I have stayed at Seginus four times before, so this was my fifth visit. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience so far. This time, the rooms were not as clean and the housekeeping was poor. However, the rooms themselves are good, as they are very spacious. The food was just average, with a rather limited selection. The pool area and the beach were good as always. The evening shows were absolutely terrible and very disappointing. The staff, especially those working in guest relations/customer service, were extremely unhelpful and disappointing. Overall, it was an okay holiday this time, but unfortunately, I don’t think I will be coming back again.

Beautiful luxurious resort for families. Lots to do from variety of food buffets and restaurants to evening entertainment, a fun fare, kids club, beach, and the variety of pools and food courts and endless drinks! We had an amazing time. The only downside was the lack of English/communication with bar staff in the lobby. Despite being Muslim and my husband insisting no alcohol in his drinks, the staff failed to understand and give alcohol on two different occasions while we stayed! Disappointing.

Thank you Royal Seginus for yet again an amazing stay. Enjoyed every minute. Big thank you to Polat, Cumali, Eylūl, Berkay, Ahmet, Azra in the patisserie and Eda for her service at the lobby bar. Your helpfulness and kindness was fabulous. Love the Turkish hospitality!
