I'M Hotel

Estancia perfecta, el hotel increíble. Habitación en planta 21, un poco ruidoso por el tráfico horrible de Manila. Lo mejor el spa y los masajes del hotel

Se nota que acaban de abrir. El hotel tiene mucho potencial pero esta vez quizás no está a la altura de lo que cuedta. El desayuno a mejorar mucho y el servicio en desayuno también. Estoy seguro que en unos meses estará a 100% y se mercería la calificación máxima. Ya he estado en algunas ocasiones en el hotel antes de COVID y era de "10". El Antidote era una atracción y muy animado.

Check in took over 2 hours. The key cards would not work, the hotel had to call in someone to change the door mechanism. It took time for the repair person to arrive, and repair. In the meantime, the front desk would not give us another room, we went for dinner and still had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. No other form of compensation was offered, even when asked. Over our 2 day stay, we had to run down to get the key cards reactivated a few times. The breakfast was fine, room was clean and quite big, but after a 5.5 hour flight (it's 8 pm) you just want to go to your room.

From checking in to out, it was absolutely amazing. Although we only stayed for the night, it was definutely worth it. Would love to come back again and stay here. Staff was awesome. Place and amenities were just perfect.
