Clean, staff attentive and polite, food was good but limited, amenities great but get rid of that huge lock for the door and update to a modern lock. It’s cute but too cumbersome. Wifi was limited and phone reception terrible. Unfortunately as a foreigner the safari’s were expensive for what you get.

I was impressed by the room and the space, but the shower was a severe let down. I was in room 803 and the shower had next to no pressure at all, and given the size of it thought that it would act like a steam shower but nope. Also, the toilet was broken which wasn’t a huge drama but it should have been checked. The shower products should have been better, they looked cheap and nasty so I didn’t bother using them. Food wise, they had a good menu, but the pizza was horrid, barely any sauce under the cheese and fresh tomatoes sliced on top, it wasn’t nice. Breakfast after the safari was ok, but the pastries were rock solid and the pancakes looked like an elephant sat on them and turned them in to paper discs.

The staff are very welcoming especially Manohar and Abhay on the front desk and Ajay and Mahendra in the restaurant. The restaurant food was good and of decent value, breakfast was ok but limited options. On my last day I swam in the pool and there was a thin film/layer of dirt with dead wasps and bugs in the pool, but otherwise the property is well kept. The most annoying part was I was there for a short time and advised the shop I’d be back to buy a few things, but they didn’t put a not up or communicate it would be closed, so I couldn’t go as it reopened after I left. I was forced to drive to a sister shop which wasn’t ideal as it added time to an already long day and wanted the specific things in the shop, poor communication and I left disappointed as a result

Since there are not many alternatives in the area, it is a hotel that can be accommodated but needs to be renovated.During our stay, the water was cut off while we were in the bathroom and we had to wait for a while.
