Très beau séjour aux portes du désert. Hôtel très spacieux et bien décoré. Très bons restaurants et bon service de réception et de housekeeping. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Shravan du restaurant rooftop, à Pranali de l’équipe housekeeping et à Manish à la réception. Sans oublier Moumita Karmakar, responsable du restaurant qui nous a fait une belle surprise pour notre départ. Tout était très bien, avec un petit bémol pour la piscine extérieure qui est très belle, mais qui n’avait pas la même qualité de prestations que les autres services. Toutefois, une fois signalé, le management a fait le nécessaire pour tout améliorer et répondre à nos attentes.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent courtyard with traditional programs. Really enjoyed the live Rajasthani music with the folk dancing!

This is a great place to stay.The warm and friendly people make it special. We traveled with a shy 4 year old but he made friends with Abhinandan, Hitesh and chef Pratap Singh as they made him feel comfortable and loved. They prepared food for him (he is a very picky eater) with genuine affection. On the side of condition and amenities, there is still some work to be done - the swimming pool isn't in great condition and we did stumble on planks coming out of the ground, the water was freezing and in general the pool area wasn't Marriot level. Seems they are going to renew it in March but I feel it needs a larger space to make it attractive. The game room was great, restaurants were fantastic. Priti in housekeeping kept our room impeccable. The evening high tea program is fun and inclusive. There are no tennis courts and the managers were genuinely concerned that they were listed on hotels.com and asked me for screenshots so they could get it fixed. I would definitely visit again.

The staff made us feel welcome . Rose petals were showered on us on arrival ! A musician played traditional music . They gave us beautiful Rajasthani hats . We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable though the decor was a little gloomy ( beige and brown with dismal brown blinds , when lifted revealed the garden , thankfully ) The front of house reception staff : Hardik and Binay and staff at the Jaisalmer kitchen all day restaurant , Jyoti and Durvik were very helpful and provided excellent service as did the hotel driver who took us to the Desert Safari tent( sorry cannot recall his name ) . Our only negative experience was at the rooftop restaurant on our last night, 18th November. You can find here while viewing the magnificent Golden fort , lit up ! It was quite cold and in spite of us wearing warm clothes . Three requests to the staff for providing us with heaters were completely disregarded ! No apologies were given either ! The food was average . Service was poor . We regretted our choice of restaurant and wished we had gone downstairs to the warmth , friendly service and excellent buffet at the all day restaurant ! Otherwise a great stay and a wonderful experience of our visit to Jaisalmer .

This is a very good property with a welcoming staff and good local touch. They offer good cultural programs during high Tea and Dinner. Their breakfast and dinner menus have tons of options giving multiple cuisine choices . Their staff is very accommodative to make your stay comfortable.

The overall experience was excellent. The courtyard and pool were beautiful with various activities to just chill and relax inside the hotel. The hotel housekeeping decorated our room for our marriage anniversary beautifully. Only one suggestion, the hotel should have a good coffee machine in the restaurant for breakfast.

It was a great experience staying at jaisalmer marriot...food ,services,cultural activities,rooms...all were great...there was mutiple options for kids in game zone...there was a nice swimming pool...location of property was at walkable distance to market...we really enjoyed staying here...

The pool was filthy - full of insects, algae and appeared to have no source of fresh water or evidence that it’s cleaned. When we checked in, we were asked to pay for the room which we’d already paid for. Upon check out, we were told to pay again and this prolonged check out for about 15 minutes! The a la carte food in the restaurant was appalling. The breakfast was fine. The room was okay - a little tired but the doors don’t have soft closing so it was noisy at night. This hotel certainly doesn’t live up to the Marriot name - unlike other Marriots in India.

We are really enjoying at this location and so far we have great experience with this hotel since we have checked in it was amazing evening yesterday after we checked in they have culture program and food both was amazing.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff prepared the room right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the facilities and equipment. I am glad that my girlfriend who accompanied me was very satisfied.

I liked my stay here, I think it could have been better. The individual at check out didn’t communicate well. It’s not a bad option though considering how close it is to the fort and the shopping area.

The room itself was luxurious and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one would expect from a 5 star! What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service in the dining and restaurant areas. The food was exquisite, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They accommodated dietary preferences with ease, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art. Ms Jagriti surprised us by celebrating our Marriage Anniversary in the evening with Music and Fab Chocolate Truffle Pastry. In summary, my experience at the Marriott Jaisalmer, was nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to every detail made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience. During checkout Mr Naveen (Chef) made sure of a great send off with special pastry. Looking forward to visit this property again with family!

The stay was excellent. Would like to make a special mention of the staff who were courteous and very pleasant. The dining staff Suraj and Delawar were very good and introduced us to Rajasthani dishes. Very nice, pleasant and hard working individuals. Highly recommend staying at Marriott in Jaisalmer

Worst Marriot I have stayed in. No one cares about anything. I can walk into the lobby, no one at the door greeted me. No one at the Front Desk bothered to ask me anything at all. I was early and i managed to sit at the lobby, with my luggage and no one attended to me. When I checked out, I asked if anyone can get a tuk tuk for me to go to the bus pick up point. I was told to go out of the hotel and call one myself. For Marriot, this is the worst service I have experienced.

The food was average, there was some sort of gutter smell that was annoying and therefore I got out a day early. The staff however were excellent and the head chef tried his best to come around and get his feedback
