Everything was great here, except how one should book spa and massage which was very confusing and unpractical. Though you are different companies, you should be able to communicate better with eachother threw phone or computer. It should not be up to the customer to go between the two receptions. There were also no schampo in the bathroom. Beside this things I was very satisfied with your hotel. Good location, calm, quiet, clean room, nice fresh spa and good massage, good breakfast, good service; with special Thank you to the receptionist who aload me to park my suitcase at the hotel until my room was ready/my boat would leve And who locate my forgotten towel.

Great hotel. Parking is limited. We had to use city parking. The restaurant is wonderful. It's staffed from 9-9, and requires your room key for entry after hours

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location right at the port, the entire old town just a short stroll and the Old Ferry right around the corner. The room was lovely and very comfortable, particularly appreciated being able to cast to the TV easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.
