Great location. Hotel was in the middle of pretty major refurbishment, which it probably needs, but it did mean hotel space as you enter (reception and bar area) was very much reduced, and it was noisy - even at breakfast. Breakfasts were good. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Good stay and probably the best located hotel in Vilnius. Breakfast was okay. Parking was a pain as there is no onsite parking / only some available in the shopping centre which was a bit dodgy and pricey. Close to all sights and walkable. Clean and quiet.

The hotel was nice enough and it's good to have (included) use of the sauna and steam room up to 10.30pm, but they're not very well signposted and there were no towels available when I went at 9.30pm. It's also a shame that the sauna was cold at 8am given that the gym opens at 6am. The breakfast choices were a little limited compared to other hotels in Lithuania and elsewhere in the Baltics - no hot vegetables (mushrooms, tomatoes etc), no smoked salmon, no herring, no fried eggs - and the scrambled eggs were very watery, but there was sufficient food available. I could have done with a few more 'black tea' teabags in the room (but it seems common to have just one, plus a couple of flavoured teas) and there's no milk provided (which is also common). I'm glad I'd packed teabags and some powdered milk. The Reception staff were very helpful re getting a taxi to the airport and, at EUR8, it was considerably cheaper than reviews elsewhere implied.

Great room with an amazing view! There were some stains on the carpet which looked like foundation spilled which needs to be cleaned up. Also we had issues with the TV, noise problems and couldn’t get the casting to work which was a pain but didn’t affect our stay. Had a bath and shower which was also really nice. Location was perfect for sightseeing, close to literally everything

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage – alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Flughafen gelangt man in ca. 20 Minuten für nur 8 € mit dem Taxi oder Bolt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, und sowohl die Zimmer als auch das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Trotz der zentralen Lage bleibt es bei geschlossenen Fenstern angenehm ruhig. Perfekt für eine Städtereise! Die Mahlzeiten habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen und kann sie daher nicht bewerten.

Modern hotel in centre of city nice clean good food good serving good cooked breakfast very good selection for a hotel buffet breakfast. Only problem bathroom door is in 2 parts that join in the middle therefore light , smell and sounds from the bathroom disturb a person in the bed this is a crazy un expected problem for a modern hotel.. my bedroom had a sofa and bath and completely separate showere cabinets so very pleasant

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller on 15/11/2025. I arrived at 14.00pm to see if I could get an early check in but my room wasn’t ready. I was allowed to check my bag into the storage room then returned at 15.00pm and it still wasn’t ready so I was upgraded to a different room. The check-in lady seemed a bit miserable, she didn’t smile and I had to ask her to repeat most things she said due to the language barrier. It is worth noting there is a 2 euro city tax to pay upon arrival and you also have to register a credit card to your room in case you use the mini bar. The room was on the 9th floor at the front of the hotel overlooking the main street (picture of view attached.) This was great in the day but very noisy at night with the sound of cars revving and people laughing and making noise. The room was spacious and modern with a mini bar and tea & coffee facilities. The bathroom was large and shower was hot with good water pressure along with quality shampoo & shower gel provided. I did find two small hairs stuck to the wall in the shower and there was no milk for the hot drink station so pointless unless you like your hot drinks black. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was a large t.v but it only had 1 x English speaking channel (BBC news.) Overall, I was satisfied as the location is perfect for any stay in Vilnius, it’s literally slap bang in the middle of old town and also for one of the ‘nicer’ hotels it was well priced at £52 through Expedia.

I liked the location - very central. Hotel is quite nice and facilities are not bad either. Service was a bit questionable sometimes. Our check in was done by a trainee and it felt like a bit more supervision would have been required. We were not offered an upgrade, despite the hotel being half empty. Housekeeping ladies were nice and friendly.

Hotel is centrally located in Old Town close to bars and restaurants and cathedral square. Room is modern and spacious with comfy bed and pillows, main road in front is busy at night so if light sleeper requests. Room on the back. Staff were polite and breakfast was good quality and rooms cleaned every day. Only slight issue If leaving bags no receipt was given and you just walked in to collect from a room so anyone could take your bag!

We stayed over the festive period at this property and the location is simply fantastic, everything is walking distance. The property was clean and had great informative staff at reception. The bar staff were lovely. And housekeeping were great aswell. The breakfast choice was good from juices, coffee hot breakfast options, pastries and cereal. Great! Amenity wise everything was great only thing the tv wouldn’t connect to the chrome cast to watch things off of our devices, to which we gave up after a while. My partner did end up mentioning it to the front desk to which a lady just shrugged her shoulders and said “it doesn’t connect” which was honest but not really helpful. Nonetheless the experience was great and I would highly recommend this property for it location. And thank you to everybody who looked after us.

This is probably one of the best located hotels in Vilnius as everything is in walking distance - the Old Town, the river and a trendy business district across the river. Next to the hotel is a street lined with wonderful restaurants and bars. The 88 bus service from the airport stops opposite the hotel, the 3G bus service stops just a short walk away. I have stayed here twice now because the rooms are always pleasant and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, a choice of pillows available, rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. They are cleaned daily unless you request otherwise and noise from outside and other rooms is almost undetectable. Staff are helpful and the check-in/check-out process is quick and seamless.

Historic landmarks, excellent restaurants, and supermarkets are all nearby, making this an unbeatable location as a base for sightseeing. I felt there was some room for improvement in soundproofing and the elevator, but I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again when I visit Vilnius.
