We booked one night and paid extra for the spa, having high expectations for the trip. The spa had mold in it, both visible and we could definitely smell it. It was very disappointing and upsetting the pay extra for an unusable spa. When complaining to the staff, he did not understand at all what we meant and did not care. The room and breakfast was okay, clean but not 4-star hotel quality.

Ok property but not what you associate with 4 stars. As a 3 star hotel it would have been fine. Tiny pool that you have to pay a minimum of 15 euro per person to use. Breakfast was also 15 euro per person (including kids) with a very limited selection and staff that have to be prompted to replace empty buffet platters. Parking is 20 euros per day. Everything has to be paid in advance. We loved Vilnius but would chose a different hotel next time.

Excellent location and nice facade. Yet, it's not a four stars hotel. I was given a room in the third floor, without elevator!!! I was notified about that in advance, and the staff helped me with the luggage, but it was hard to climb up two floors at least three times a day. There was no water in the room, no slippers, etc.

Hôtel divinement bien situé, on pouvait absolument tout faire à pied ! L’hôtel est très agréable, Le petit déjeuner parfait. La chambre, rien à redire. Nous avons aussi profité du parking suite à une location de voiture, 20 €, ça vaut le coup vu les cris à l’extérieur.La seule chose que je trouve vraiment dommage c’est la piscine qui est vraiment très petite et le sauna, ils n’ont absolument aucun intérêt pour 15 € par personne, d’ailleurs il n’y avait jamais personne ! À la rigueur à 5€, nous en aurions peut-être un peu profité, pour nous relaxer en fin de journée, sachant qu’elle ferme à 17h, ce qui est dommage dans ce cas-là. À part ce bémol tout était vraiment parfait. C’est un hôtel que je conseille à 100 %.

King size sengen var god for de som liker en litt hard seng, sovesofaen var for myk for voksne. Fint utført renhold. Vi hadde også en liten kjøkkenkrok med bestikk og vannkoker. Hotellet hadde en veldig fin beliggenhet med gåavstand til alt vi ville oppleve i Vilnius! Eneste skuffelsen var at det som var profilert som basseng ikke var inkludert i prisen, men man kunne kjøpe seg tilgang i et ganske begrenset tidsrom for 15 euro pr person. Etter å ha lest anmeldelser andre har skrevet var det ikke verdt det.

From outside place looks amazing but the room was a little let down old broken furniture room is dark. Shower had no proper hot water pressure took me a while to have a shower. And the smell in bathroom was bad not sure where from I assume it was pipe smell. Staff downstairs was very friendly.

Fick först ett rum med 2 enkelsängar, inte i klass med bilder som visas på bokningssidan, dessutom var det ofräscht, en mängd hår på badrumsgolv, brödsmulor i lådor och på golv från tidigare gäster, ngt vi påpekade. Ingen åtgärd den dagen, nästa dag fick vi ett nytt rum med dubbelsäng, det rummet var rent. Men hotellet ger o bjuder på en fin fasad, håller dock inte måttet invändigt. Frukosten var underbemannad, en stackare skulle serva ganska många gäster, båda kaffemaskinerna var ur bruk, så han fick dessutom springa till baren för att fixa kaffe. Innehållet vid frukosten var ok, men inte mer. Åker vi tillbaka kommer vi prova ett annat hotell!

Una experiencia muy negativa, lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el patio delante del edificio. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor, la habitación desde luego no parecía de hotel de 4 estrellas, un hostal seguro que estaria mejor. La habitación con un olor desagradable y falta de limpieza . Lo único que se salva es la posición respecto a la zona centro.

Great location, room was spacious, and clean, shower head was at an odd angle and couldn't be adjusted (other than holding it by hand) so it was awkward to shower. Some of the streets nearby were not well lit so did not always feel safe, but this was NOT the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Nice courtyard. Would stay again.

The hotel is very near to most attractions in Vilnius, situated between the old town and Uzupis. But unfortunately we had a room with a window to the loud street, the room itself was a bit dark and gloomy, and the hot water in the bathroom was very difficult to regulate - sometimes it went extremely hot or cold during the shower. The interior could get a make-up as well.

The overall experience was okay, but nothing exceptional. The room felt outdated — closer to a 2.5–3 star standard. The furniture was old and made with rather low-quality materials, and the space hasn’t been renovated in quite some time. The shower had poor water pressure and the temperature wasn’t warm enough. Good hotel with a good location within walking distance of the old town, Uzupis, Vilnius cathedral and many other interesting sights. Room was very spacious with a separate lounge area. It even had two bathrooms (but the second one might not have been in use, and there was a moldy smell there). Breakfast was good but slightly limited choices. Staff was corteous. My only minor complaint was the check-in which probably took around 20 minutes and was seemingly third in line.

This is a great place to stay if you have a very late arrival or a very early departure flight because they have a 24-hour reception desk. Staff is very helpful if you need a 3 am ride to the airport. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Traveling as 2 friends, we were abl to get a room with 2 twin beds. Bathroom had a bathtub, which feels like a divine indulgence to me as someone from drought-prone California. Hotel is steps away from Vilnius park and a 5-minute walk to the tourist information office/heart of old town. Maybe 8 minute walk to Cathedral Square. There is a Europecar meet and greet rental hub about a 1-mile walk away if you need a car, but don't need it right when you land at the airport. There are also CityBee cars close by if you just need a car for a day trip. Mabre Hotel is on a high traffic street, but it calmed by 11pm and the windows dramatically dampened the sound if i closed them. I am very noise sensitive, and I had no trouble sleeping from traffic. --though earplugs were helpful for the in-room mini fridge (which i made very good use of bc I'm too frugal to pay for breafast). Aesthetics of the room were meh, but the bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly spacious for the price. So if you are a function over form person, this is a very practical choice. :)

On check-in, staff need to genuinely welcome guests and not just go through the motions. I arrived extremely hot, dusty and tired after a 5 1/2 hour motorbike ride in 34 degree heat. All they were interested in was saying I need to pay €2 tourist tax and €10 to park my motorbike. Give guests a chance to get in to their rooms, cool down and relax if that's the case. Not all guests arrive in an air-conditioned limousine, some may have had a terrible journey due to traffic or rail problems, as well as by motorbike.

The Mabre Residence Hotel is a unique property. It is a former monastery that once belonged to the neighbouring Russian Orthodox Church. It is well located, being just steps from some of the old town Vilnius highlights, such as the Church of St. Anne and the Bernardine Church complex, and just a few minutes away from Pilies Street, the primary pedestrian street in the old town. The rooms are a nice size and are comfortable. The only drawback I can think of is that the building does not have an elevator, but staff will gladly help with bringing luggage to your room.

Goed hotel in een oud klooster. Mooi binnenterrein met mooi terras uit het zich van het langskomend verkeer. Hotel ligt in het hart van het oude centrum tegen de zijrivier. Kamer was prima en de bedden ook.

On Hotels.com the hotel states it has a swimming pool and sauna, However, both activities are priced as a supplement of €15.00 and a €5.00 for slippers. The customer is not made aware of this until after payment is made. The Breakfast Buffet is just about adequate, although the staff was slow on re -filling the hot options. On the 2nd day the room cleaners did not arrive to clean the room until after 3pm, by which time we had been out for the day and had returned to the room, consequently the room was not cleaned or fresh towels given. Overall I did not think that the Hotel should have 4 stars.
