St Palace Hotel

We had a wonderful four-night stay at St. Palace. Our room was a good size and had an incredibly comfortable bed. The balcony off our room was also a lovely bonus for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Located at the North end of the main street running through Vilinus; it has a number of great restaurants near by. The hotel is well decorated in an older heritage building. The only draw back for some people may be the lack of an elevator. Getting to our room was a bit of a maze and up some winding stairs.

Breakfast was good, many restaurants close by, staff very helpful, walking distance to many attractions. Room 316 was a little quirky - elevator to third floor and then down two flights of stairs to room 316. To go to the elevator to go down, you have to go up two flights of stairs of to the elevator to go down. You'll master it after a couple of days. Additionally, there are other rooms in the hall and there is a sloping roof that you may have to be aware of to get to 316 - the slope continues into the room as well. Still, the room was large enough, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, in the center of the old town. However, our room was situated in a separate building behind the reception, and we only encountered staff during check-in. There was no elevator; the staircase was very narrow and poorly lit, with the lights turning on only at the bottom. We had to use our mobile phones to navigate the stairs safely. Additionally, the bed linen was not fully clean, showing visible discoloration, and it did not adequately cover the bed, which made the room feel cold. Overall, the room did not match the description or photos advertised, and the hotel felt rather impersonal, similar to an Airbnb accommodation.

Lovely area, great for dining and wandering. Parking lot was a bit small but manageable. This hotel does have an elevator but there are floors that are accessibly only by stairs...if you have any mobility issues, ensure you are assigned a room you can access by elevator.

Very central, yet convinient location. Just a short walk to the central train station. Pleasantly cean and fresh room, as well as the bathroom. Somewhat narrow but they shure have bigger rooms if this is important. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant and bar was closed upon my arrival at about 21.45,on a Monday. Almost everything in the area seems to be closed at that time so it would be a benefit if possible to have a nightcap or just relax together with collueges if the arrival is a little late.

Great location, very clean boutique hotel St Palace Hotel is on a main street in the Old Town next to several churches and the Philharmonic Orchestra site, which is ideal for sightseeing. It is in a quieter part of the Pld Town but is central. The hotel is niceky decorated although the lift was out of service in early May 2023 and so would not be ideal if you're on the fourth floor with heavy luggage. The breakfast is served downstairs over several floors with a nice spread including Scandanavian style blinis and is nicely presented. The room is very clean and with nice accessories in the bathroom. There is also water provided daily in the room which is perfect for walking around. The hotel has a nice lounge and bar and the restaurant looks good too but was not tried on this occasion. It is certainly a hotel that I would return to amd would perhaps try a larger room.

There were a few problems. 1. I absolutely understand that I am in a different country but I found Lithuanians to have excellent English skills. The front desk girl did not. As such she could not understand the problems. 2. The shower would not drain properly. I had to turn it off about every 30 seconds and let it drain. Super annoying when you just want a hot shower. 3. The idea of there being an elevator is kind of a joke. We literally had to take the elevator to the third floor, then down one flight of stairs to a landing and then up two more flights of stairs. I’m pretty sure we were on floor 3.26. Then we got there it was completely dark in the hallway. Literally no lights until you got close enough to a motion sensor. The rooms require the key to turn the lights on but since the hallway lights were out it was pitch dark. We had to use our flashlights on our phones to get to the room and try to turn the lights on. Very frustrating. Oh and I should mention getting back down stairs. One very narrow set of winding stairs that are very low. Lots of fun with 100 pounds of luggage.

Beautiful hotel and great location! I would however have expected conditioner and body lotion for such a hotel. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom.

Great staff, clean and comfortable hotel

Our room was a little on the small side (only enough space for a bedside cabinet on one side of the double bed). Air-con was fine, but the air extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. A couple of dead spiders on the window sill. There were a couple of complementary bottles of water, as well as a kettle. However, there were only a couple of teabags and milk cartons, and no sachets of coffee. The teabags and milk went on our first night, and supplies were not replenished. Breakfast was reasonably good, though a little greater choice in cereals would have been welcome. Overall, an average hotel. Not horrendous, but not memorable either.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location just inside the old town. Really convenient to see the sights and explore the city. Really good size spotlessly clean bedroom, and lovely bathroom, liked the underfloor heating.

The hotel is really nice. It’s located in old town which is a short walk to everything you’d want to visit. The staff are friendly. The place is spotlessly clean! Rooms are big and luxurious.

Hotel is in the middle of old downtown in Vilnius. Excellent location, very convenient. Room was dirty and dusty, but linens were clean. . Bathroom was clocked and water was not drain , no shampoo or body Lotion. Breakfast is ok, not good as in another hotels in Vilnius.

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff and clean and recently renovated. The only odd thing was that the roomservice wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners so the plate was standing there for two days. Made the room smell like food, the food was actually great so no complaints thefe but it was a bit odd. I didn’t know if i should bring it down to reception and leave it there or what to do with it.

Very comfortable bed (mattress not super-hard, like many hotels), great location, helpful staff, very good breakfast. Quiet, good wifi. Everything you could ask for.

Mixed stay here. Location is excellent, and the room was a good size (room 312 with the roof terrace which we specifically requested and they did accommodate). When we got to the room we turned the air con off as it was cold, and it then made a very loud noise every 3 to 5 minutes while it was off. We told reception (at 2pm) and they said they would get it fixed. Arrived back at 10pm, asked if it was fixed and they (very un-apologetically) said they hadn't anyone look at it. (And that was it). We asked what we were supposed to do if it was still making the sound and she just shrugged. We asked if we could move rooms but she said they only had one room left and it was more expensive so no! No one came to fix it at all during our stay. The bathroom had the bottom of the shower tray hanging off and we had to take the plug cover off as it was flooding, and the private roof terrace wasn't private at all as another room could get to it so we woke up one morning to people eating and drinking outside our bedroom door essentially on our balcony. Service was bordering on unfriendly, the room was OK overall despite the bathroom and air conditioner issues but the whole thing was very frustrating. Overall Vilnius is lovely, and the road that runs down from the hotel is full of nice local restaurants and cafes.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel right in a great location in old town Vilnius. Our room was pristine with a stunning bathroom and comfy bed. Air con was also a plus during the 27 degree heat!

Sehr gute Lage. Große und ruhig gelegene Maisonette, aber leider nur mit grellem Deckenlicht. Hier wäre noch eine Stehlampe gut gewesen. Die Einrichtung war insgesamt etwas zu spartanisch, was es etwas ungemütlich wirken ließ. Ein Schlafsofa quietschte zu sehr. Der obere Bereich war sehr schön. Sehr gutes und großes Bett. Einmal wurden die Kaffeekapseln vergessen und die Shampoo- sowie Duschfläschchen wurden auch erst am 2. Tag ins Bad gestellt. Sonst sehr sauber und viel Platz. Etwas distanziertes, aber höfliches Personal, das auf Beschwerden oder Wünsche zuverlässig reagiert. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Excellent hôtel situé dans la vieille ville de Vilnius. Le personnel est excellent et m’a toujours aidé positivement et avec le sourire pour chacune mes demandes. (Fer à repasser, cintres supplémentaires, réservation de taxi et autres questions) L’état de la chambre était excellente (moquette récente et propre), le service de chambre était également excellent, tout était propre après leur passage. J’avais juste un défaut dans ma douche que je n’ai pas signalé, car le receveur de douche devait être un peu bouché. Mais il suffisait de couper de temps en temps l’eau pour que ça coule. Ça ne m’a pas vraiment dérangé. J’avais une vue sur les églises depuis ma chambre, vraiment sympa ! À mon étage, il y avait également une table à repasser avec un fer disponible pour tout le monde dans le couloir. (À utiliser dans le couloir) La climatisation dans la chambre fonctionnait bien. Le literie était confortable. Je recommande !

Great location in the Old Town. Tired hotel that was renovated in part. The room was very large, and decorated in uncontrolled glass, gold and mirrors, and oversized velvet chairs. Truly tasteless. There was a large bed, but unfortunately the cover was not wide enough to cover the surface, leaving about 8 inches on either side of the bed without a blanket. When we asked for a second blanket to cover the difference, the extra blanket was unceremoniously dropped on the bed, without putting it on the bed. The front desk was surly, never a pleasant note and not helpful.

Amazing stay at St Palace Hotel, the hotel manager is very friendly and even offered us directions to Vilnius TV Tower and asked us how our experience was when we had returned. If we return to Vilnius or any friends and family decide to visit the capital, I will be recommending this amazing hotel. Very comfortable and walking distance from all the landmarks.

Great place in Vilnius to stay and see a good chunk of the city. I was only in Vilnius for one full day but was able to see so much. The hotel staff were super friendly and stored my bags while I explored and it made it so convenient when I needed to head out later that day. The room was very cozy too!

The hotel was clean and good facilities. Also they were so nice and kind to us. We had to leave for the airport at 7:30am which is the breakfast starting time. They organized to prepare the breakfast 20 min earlier for us, and we could have it before leaving. We appreciated their hospitality.

Min venn ble veldig dårlig, at vi måtte få hjelp av resepsjonisten. Han ringte ambulanse og var med oss hele veien for å oversette. Han var en herlig person og utrolig serviceminded. Stor pluss til han og måten han håndterte situasjonen på.

Great hotel, room was spacious, luxury, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was perfect as it was in the centre, 5minutes walk to old town, 2minutes to coffee shops and restaurants. The area felt posh and safe to walk around even at 11pm. I was travelling as a solo female and felt very safe.

Well located in the old town. Easily walkable from the bus or train station downhill. A really lovely hotel.

The location is just absolutely awesome and walking distance to the key spots in Old Town. There are a lot of eating out options around the hotel as well. Rooms are sufficiently clean though the interiors can be a bit a jarring in terms of lots of gold/other ostentatious fitments in the room (presumably to give a “palace” feel to us lesser mortals!!).

I thought the breakfast was a bit boring

This is a nice property located close to old town Vilnius. Everything is a 10-15 min walk around this place and it’s a nice hotel. Breakfast is sumptuous and has a cellar like appearance where one sits.

Decent hotel located perfectly in Vilnius old town just past the Gate of Dawn. Great looking exterior but do not expect four stars past that. Breakfast was a disappointment though as basic items (coffee, bread, butter, juice, cutlery, glasses, etc.) constantly ran out and were not replenished.

We had a fantastic stay at St Palace. The lovely staff even during our very late arrival were delightful and helpful. The breakfast was among the best we've had in a hotel - all fresh, excellent choices with something for everyone, I especially recommend the smoked salmon! The room was big, very comfortable with lovely views. Great powerful shower in a huge bathroom - all spotlessly clean! Location is right on the edge of the old town so we walked everywhere, but away from the crowds. We would highly recommend - good value for money!

Very nice hotel. About a four star property for a boutique hotel. In the heart of old town - much larger than a town. All attractions and restaurants very accesible and walkable. Very European town center. Daily breakfast buffet in lower level kind of neat. Great buffet food for all types.

We were so pleased to be in the Old Town and so close to everything we wanted to see. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast buffet was so ample and varied in selections. Staff throughout the hotel were very kind and helpful. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel.

Staff make you feel very welcome and they have been helpful during all my stay.Room is confortable,cosy,modern and well décorâted.Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices.I would stay again.
