Good check-in. There was some confusion about parking arrangements in the hotel's covered parking and outside the hotel, resulting in my motorcycle being given a parking ticket. Eventually a good solution to the parking issue was agreed with the hotel receptionists, but getting to that solution was stressful at times. Parking in the centre of Vilnius seems expensive.

This is a nice, clean, comfortable, safe hotel adjacent to Vilnius’ Old Town. It’s very convenient to walk from here to area attractions. There are two negatives, however. The layout of this hotel with multiple levels, elevators and access points is confusing for first time guests and not really accessible for those with physical limitations. To get to the elevator to our room we had to walk through the lobby and up stairs, walk through the housekeeping work area and then through the parking garage. Also, the web site said parking in the hotel garage was €30, which I thought was high, but was prepared to pay, however they wanted €50 for “the last spot!” That was VERY disappointing. Just park in a nearby lot and save the difference.

Very nice place, and we had a lovely stay. The breakfast was particularly good, the best hotel buffet breakfast I've had in a long time. The only negatives I can think of was poor water pressure in the shower and that the pool/sauna area was only open during mornings and evenings.

if you have a lot of luggage this is not exactly your place - too much stairs between the lobby and elevator. Otherwise the hotel is nice, well located. the wall are thin and I almost took a part in a kids TV show next door

Allee in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Der Pool ist ein tolles Extra. Problematisch ist nur das Parken, das mit 50€ pro Nacht wirklich zu teuer ist. Ich habe mein Auto auf einem bewachten Parkplatz 1,7km entfernt geparkt für 9€ pro Nacht.

trevligt, bra beläget hotell i lugnt område. sköna sängar, stort och rymligt rum. stort minus för dålig städning, smutsiga lakan vid incheckning samt städet tog ej med sig smutsiga glas/koppar så det stor flera dagar och vi behövde säga till i receptionen. Smutsiga skoavtryck lämnades i badrummet efter att städet varit inne. Trist.

Hotel is good and comfortable in a very convenient area close to everything in the Old Town, restaurants, cafes and main squares are all around the corner. Breakfast is great. The only issue was air conditioner barely worked even on the lowest setting and we were visiting during much colder weather than is normally in August so I can’t imagine how hot it would get in the rooms during a truly hot day.

Overall very good stay. Room was very warm due to sky lights and air conditioner fan was not very strong. Took a long time to cool down for sleeping. But overall the location was very convenient for restaurants and walking in Old Town.

Great location right at the heart of the city near multiple bars and restaurants and walking distance from all the main attractions. Huge rooms but with dated decor and a shower that could use updating still with curtain… TV was too small for the room size and AC is using motion sensor so stopped during the night breakfast is great

We had very pleasant stay in Artis hotel. We stayed in suite and it was very spacious with balcony with great views. Beds and pillows were especially comfortable! Friendly staff, nice reception by Rugilė. Best location, close to everything lnice restaurants and main attractions. I'd definitely come back again!

This was my first time in Vilnius. I am very happy with the choice I made for accommodations. The staff who greeted me were super friendly and accommodating.The hotel is only two blocks from a street lined with great eating choices. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area but only a few blocks from a major shopping area and tourist attractions. If i return to Vilnius I would certainly stay at this hotel.

Loved our stay. Really nice classic hotel. Large rooms with great high ceilings and lots of space also had a small balcony to enjoy the sun. Breakfast is the highlight here. Good full English range as well as pastry and sliced fruits and yogurt. They also have some fresh salmon sashimi and herring which goes great with a boiled egg. Great start to the day. The staff was efficient and friendly. The location is great with a nice sushi place just next door as well.

The place has redeeming features but the overall impression is one of a tired hotel that desperately needs a refurb. I will start with the best points. The location is fantastic and, without doubt, the best thing about it. The staff are very friendly, the cleaning staff do a good job and the beds are comfortable enough. I can't comment on the pool or spa because I didn't use them. Everything else required improvement. The breakfast consisted of a large buffet with the usual options. It was all edible but not great quality and the coffee was mediocre at best and out of a machine. The first room we were offered reeked of old, stale carpet to such an extent that we asked to change rooms. We were then shown four more, which all smelled the same to a greater or lesser extent. We settled on the least offensive for one night, with a promise that we would be given a better room for the remainder of the stay. The room that we were then given was exactly the same, leading me to believe that every room in this hotel smells of dirty carpet. The new room also had an extra peculiarity, in that the plug socket by the bed would only work if one of the other lights was on, meaning that I couldn't charge my phone by the bed. That seemed pretty basic. The restaurant and bar at the front entrance of the hotel were permanently empty, which spoke for itself. All in all, the hotel was bearable but not 4-star by any stretch of the imagination and we won't stay here again.
