This is a really nice little boutique apartment type residence. It is a really good value and is in a most wonderful section of Mexico City. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about it except for the laundry facilities. Someone had used the washers and dryers before us and left something in them that ruined one of my white blouses. Use the laundry facilities if you absolutely have to, but be careful. The first laundry that we did came out fine but when we did our laundry at the end of our week, stay, the washers had gotten polluted with something. Period just not well maintained.

First it’s a great location to walk to many places. Paseo de la reforma, Chapultepec park, shopping, dining. All within a few minutes. The area was safe and we felt comfortable going everywhere. The property itself has good and bad. There IS an elevator now, which is fantastic. Our apt had clean sheets and towels, plenty of pillows. The refrigerator was a good size. For the bad: the floor was not clean, we asked for a broom but never got one. The showers drain very slowly. The pull out couch is really a foam cushion on the floor, fine for our kids. Overall I would stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout stay. Unfortunately there was serious construction work on our floor between 7:30am to 8:30pm which didn't make it a peaceful or relaxing stay. The gym is basic and power went out after 7mins on the treadmill. Thankfully in a great location with park nearby for outside exercise.

The condo itself was fine and housekeeping was good.However there was a renovation project going on below and made noise from 8 am until 7 pm every day. Also there was a demolition going on next door and there was a lot of dust around and in the property. The only advantage was the location next to the park.

Whoever is leaving reviews about this property, must be getting paid by the property. The service was poor at best. We asked for towels, and they outright said no. They told us to use the same ones until we leave. Our sheet were never changed, so I ask to have them changed, and they said no, but here are some sheet for you to do it yourself. The electricity went out several times. WHAT A DISASTER OF A HOTEL, IF YOUWANT TO CALL IT THAT!!!

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, nos pudimos trasladar muy fácilmente en el metrobus porque hay una parada literalmente a una cuadra, también hay varios bancos cerca y la entrada de Chapultepec esta a unas cuantas cuadras, el lugar es seguro, con muchas restaurantes, tanto económicos, como de lujo. Lo único malo es la limpieza, deja mucho que desear... Llegamos en una época en la que lo estaban remodelando y pues todo estaba lleno de polvo, lo cual es comprensible pero lo mínimo que deberían haber hecho era limpiado la habitación que nos iban a asignar, el cuarto estaba recién pintado y todavía tenia olor a pintura, la cama estaba mal armada y se nos cayo en cuanto nos sentamos en ella y así tuvimos que dormir, al otro día la reportamos en la recepción y efectivamente la repararon pero como no la terminaron de armar temprano pues ya no hicieron la limpieza, ni siquiera las sabanas le pusieron a la cama, así nos dejaron todo hecho bola encima del colchón, lo malo es que tampoco barrieron ni trapearon, ni sacaron la basura, ni nada. En cuanto a las amenidades solo las surtieron el primer día y después ya no. Lo único que funcionaba perfecto era la seguridad del lugar, por uno de los días, ni el elevador servía. Otro inconveniente es que las habitaciones no son anti ruido porque no tienes el doble vidrio como el resto de los hoteles y como es un área donde hay mucha oficina y restaurantes pues es un poco complicado descansar porque hay movimiento muy temprano.

El Guardia de seguridad es el recepcionista. Siempre había uno. Fue muy fácil el check in y check out permitiendo dejar las maletas en custodio el tiempo necesario. El apto. Limpio y presentable como en las fotos pero el sofá al desplegarse tenía migas de comida, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, no había extractor de olor por lo que entraban olores de desagüe por momentos desde la ventana del baño, mi reserva fue a través de hoteles.com lo que me esperaba un servicio de limpieza (nunca entraron a limpiar los 3 días que estuve), solo había 1 toalla de baño y pies, tuve que pedir 2 toallas más y una de mano, la caja fuerte no funcionaba y el café era de percoladora y solo había french press. Cumple con la función de hospedarse en un lugar decente en cuanto a ubicación y comodidad.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Limpieza, amplitud, comodidad, excelente servicio del staff. Que práctico fue tener un espacio tipo apartamento. Está localizado en un punto excelente para caminar hacia diversos restaurantes, el bosque de Chapultepec, etc nos sentimos seguros y cómodos. La cama y almohadas era perfectas. Dormimos delicioso cada noche. Nos encantará quedarnos aquí en un próximo viaje. Gracias x una estadía excelente!!

The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff is courteous. The room is clean, however it didn't appear they clean our room during our stay for 6 days/5 nighs.

Well located but the apt. needs a fresh coat of paint. Also the only window had an ugly view (back of the building). Security guards were helpful and friendly.

-I had paid for an apt with a view. When I arrived the 1st night, my residence has not been cleaned. I complained. They apologized then placed me in a smaller apt w/o view/window. -the key to my apt wasn’t working for one whole day and was told that it couldn’t be reactivated until the next day. Security had to open the door every time I returned to my residence, very inconvenient

Lugar muy bien ubicado, accesible para ir y venir a todos lados. Instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, lo único es que las cortinas no son blackout y permiten una entrada d e luz muy fuerte desde que amanece. Por otro lado, en la noche se puede ver todo a través de la ventana de tus vecinos y viceversa. Deberían cambiar las cortinas. Adicional, pase los tres primeros días de mi estancia pidiendo una toalla adicional que llevaron hasta mi última noche. Nos pusieron solo dos y éramos tres personas! Los aires acondicionados también necesitan limpieza. Por lo demás volvería a hospedarme acá.

Instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, lo único es que las cortinas no son blackout y permiten una entrada d e luz muy fuerte desde que amanece. Por otro lado, en la noche se puede ver todo a través de la ventana de tus vecinos y viceversa. Deberían cambiar las cortinas. Adicional, pase los tres primeros días de mi estancia pidiendo una toalla adicional que llevaron hasta mi última noche. Nos pusieron solo dos y éramos tres personas! Los aires acondicionados también necesitan limpieza. Por lo demás volvería a hospedarme acá.

The installations are amazing, it makes you feel like home. Everything the setup, the furniture, the space and other little details. I was in the first floor so I didn’t get a lot of sunlight though. My only complain is the noise. The windows are not thick enough and I could hear everything around specially at night. Otherwise I really like it.

Me saco mucho de honda que mi vuelo de 12 horas. Desde España. Llego a las 4 de la madrugada no pude acceder al departamento hasta las 9 30am. Y me cobraron. 1.160. Pesos por dejarme pasar antes de las 3 de la tarde lo hacen muy mal por que no conoces. Y no tienes manera de librarla y como no tienes para dónde ir pues ni modo pagas

Sejour agréable mais après un changement de chambre. Nous avions demandé un chambre au calme je pense que nous avons eu la plus bruyante 101 sur rue, 1er étage avec un restaurant en dessus. Apres négociation nous avons pu changer de chambre le sur-lendemain. Communication compliquée car pas de reception permanente juste de 9h à 17h sinon par téléphone ou par les gardiens mais seulement en espagnol. Deuxième chambre confortable, grande bien équipée mais ménage une fois par semaine... Propreté du sol à désiré. Gardiens charmants et attentionnés. Bien pour sejour longue durée mais demander les chambres en numeros finissant en 6, 7 ou 8.

Whoever is leaving reviews about this property, must be getting paid by the property. The service was poor at best. We asked for towels, and they outright said no. They told us to use the same ones until we leave. Our sheet were never changed, so I ask to have them changed, and they said no, but here are some sheet for you to do it yourself. En general muy bien todo. El lugar es super amplio, bien decorado, la ubicación es céntrica, la limpieza esta bien, la presión y temperatura del agua esta excelente, muy bueno el wifi, la Cocina esta bien equipada, camas cómodas (con excepción del sofa cama). Los aspectos a mejorar: Nosotros éramos 5 adultos. El apartamento lo Ofrecen para 6 adultos. - las llaves se desprograman a cada rato y únicamente te dan dos para un apartamento que ofrecen para 6 personas. - el sofa cama es inusable!! Es un colchón que queda a nivel del suelo y tuvimos que rogar por sabanas, almohadas y edredón. Solo nos dieron 2 sabanas!! Después de pedirlas 2 dias seguidos. -con las toallas únicamente habían 4 y para conseguir otras 2 toallas nos costo dos días.

Fue una estadia muy agradable, el lugar es amplio, tiene luz natural, todas las amenidades, hay seguridad, es comodo, limpio, muy buena locacion, a una cuadra de Reforma y en la esquina hay un 7-Eleven y Una Cafeteria y mas restaurantes, asi que todo estaba ahi. La verdad es una muy buena opcion.

I stayed in Mexico City for five days and this apartment was perfect. The security was on site 24 hours letting us in and out. The hotel is walking distance to Oxxo, coffee shops, and amazing restaurants. I would stay here again.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Limpieza, amplitud, comodidad, excelente servicio del staff. Que práctico fue tener un espacio tipo apartamento. Está localizado en un punto excelente para caminar hacia diversos restaurantes, el bosque de Chapultepec, etc nos sentimos seguros y cómodos. La cama y almohadas era perfectas. Dormimos delicioso cada noche. Nos encantará quedarnos aquí en un próximo viaje. Gracias x una estadía excelente!!

Friendly and very helpful employees. Safe area, great coffee shop next door. Walking distance from many stores and attraction. We do not speak spanish and I was able to communicate with google translate. Some employees were speaking a bit of English. Internet connection was good so I could work all day in my room.

It is a great and comfortable place. The staff is very helpful and nice. The only complain I have is that in the information provided for Expedia it is stated that coffee and pastries were served every morning. To clarify that: they do offer tea and coffee after 8 am when the ladies from the office arrive on working days. There were no pastries available in any of the days I was able to get coffee.

Ended up having to leave before staying the night because the room I booked was not at all what was pictured or even what the reviews reflected. The room I was given was very dusty, no utensils in the kitchen, one pan and missing silverware. Upon checking in you’re given a notice that anything missing from the room or anything damaged would be an immediate charge. No list of par for the room is given so you could be charged for anything. The bed was dirty with hair and stains. The pillows had a light cover on them but underneath were yellow. The bathroom had a missing window. I honestly might have stayed but what was really the problem was safety. There was no indoor locks so you couldn’t lock the main door while you were in the room. While we were “checking in” (the lobby closes at 6pm) with the security guard ( who was extremely nice and helpful) I noticed a man in a white truck taking pictures of us. It was something I had never experienced or thought too much about but putting everything together that night, we had to leave and book something else to stay the night. The location of this property is excellent which is why I booked but be cautious that the rooms are older, not too much sunlight bc the building is on a dark street. The laundry is downstairs with only after 5pm hours available and the rooms might be a little dirty.
