Hotel ok mas esperava mais… Limpo, quarto ok mas com chão sujo peguento… extremamente cheio, funcionários não eram muito simpáticos e em um almoço pedimos o carro pq precisa usar o valet do hotel e demorou 40 minutos pra trazerem o carro. Um absurdo na minha opinião. Não voltaria

Emplacement face à la mer, belle décoration. Bar agréable, chambre très grande et bien aménagé personnel. Avenant bon petit petit déjeuner belle piscine. Rien n’a rien à redire. Tout était parfait.

Elevators were an issue throughout the trip!! 10+ minutes at times. Every time we wanted towels at the pool we were told 30-45 mins before we got towels. The shower could only be described as violent. The bedding and towels in the room were inconsistent and ill fitting. This was our 3rd and FINAL stay at this hotel. It definitely isn't the same feeling from our first experiences.

Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning my room. There were Cheerios in the rug from a previous guest’s stay. Also, there was lack of toilet paper rolls. Fingerprints all over the windows. And the room I was in was an expensive suite. No back up toilet paper rolls. Slow drains in the sinks. I notified the front desk about and it took 4 hrs to clean my room after multiple requests…even after I told them we had no toilet paper and clean towels. When I returned to the room after it was clean we had less towels than before and the fingerprints never got cleaned off the windows and the Cheerios were still on the rug.
