Arthouse Hotel

Warm welcome on arrival. Please note they do ask for photo ID it's not something that's listed on this site. Huge room and lovely jetted bath. Only downside we were in a room above a club opposite the hotel and the music was on till very late. Location is perfect for those heading for a late night on the town. So many pubs and bars close by

Does exactly what you want for a multi bed room..beds comfortable, clean bathroom, air conditioning, great location..could go on

Send an email for breakfast option, even called the hotel to arrange for this. Day of check in they informed us that breakfast is no option. The shower was broken so we were unable to adjust the temperature. Floor was damaged

It wasn't pleasant. Bath didn't fill. Tap didn't work.. restaurant and bar closed Expensive for what it was

Great location and good size room the only issues we had was the bathroom and absolutely no info in the room regarding he heating or air con. The jacuzzi we didn’t use as the tap had fell off and we couldn’t get the water to heat up , no shampoo or anything in the bottles

A very warm greeting and a smile from the 24hr reception team on arrival who always had a smile and were always on hand throughout the stay to help with queries. As a group of 5 we checked into the room and found that we still had so much space, the beds were super comfortable and the 'massive' shower & jacuzzi tub were a nice plus. Perfect location (about 30 seconds to concert square), parking nearby. A perfect place to stay in the heart of everything. We'll 100% be coming back to the Arthouse.

Rooms need to have smart tv’s so Netflix can be viewed Fridge in the room was not working, rang reception and got told someone would be up for fix but no one turned up

Nice themed rooms, jacuzzi baths are awesome and big enough for 2 people. Booked an extra room by mistake and was refunded. Staff helpful. Good location. Little bit of noise from the bars close to the hotel but not too bad, it’s too be expected on a Saturday eve in a central location. We have stayed here twice and would book again

Arthouse stay is always great. Only problem this ti.e was it was a bit cold, Jordan on the desk brought us up a heater which was great .the rooms are so bug rhat the heating of them is difficult. Everything else was spot on, staff lovely as usual, beds comfy and hotel location perfect

Whilst our stay was comfortable we were extremely disappointed to be woken by water pouring through the shower head into our bath from the room above. The large damp stain on the ceiling would suggest this isnt a new issue! We also paid a premiun rate for a jacuzzi bath that we were unable to use as the plug didnt fit & couldn't keep more than an inch of water in the bath. The floor of the bathroom also looked like it was half finished. No tea or coffee were provided although reception did arrive with what looked like their personal supply when prompted. Overall, wouldnt recommend & even the quirkyness of the themed rooms (Sound of Music) would be surpassed by a travel lodge!

We arrived at the hotel after a long travel to be greeted by a very friendly lady at the reception who took us through check in, she gave us our room key and up went went however there was an awful hissing sound in the room and the room smelt unclean like damp and foist so we immediately went downstairs to speak to the lady. She went in the room and agreed this room shouldn’t have been sold, this was room 303. She swiftly then changed us rooms to 306 which was massive however was opposite the bars which was fine we understood the location however the window was open so we thought let’s shut it to avoid some sound. However, the window was broken and there was no way to shut it, down again to reception where we asked the lady to help us with the window. She came up and realised it was broken and said it needed to be reported and we had to move rooms again. We were then moved into room 302 but by this time we were both fed up at the lack of communication of which rooms were actually suitable to be sold and we just wanted to get in the room and relax. We ran the jetted bath. Got in and lots of black mould filled the bath tub from the jet so by this point we were so annoyed so we decided to leave the hotel and go out as we were fed up. The nights sleep wasn’t the best as the night club downstairs was a lot noisier than we thought and we didn’t realise it was open until 5am!! The next morning I took a shower, washed my hair for the hair dryer to then be broke!! Couldn’t write it.

Lovely big room but lighting was too dark which meant it was hard to see anything in the mirrors. The shower was cold and took a long time to heat up and the water didn’t flow away easily meaning the bathroom remained very wet and there was a lot of mould around the toilet. The noise coming from the club was also extreme and kept us awake. The staff were great and really helpful and the heating in the room was a good addition.

Very clean, we stayed in the my fair lady room, beds were comfy, had amenities for ironing and brew in the morning. Deffo would stay again

The beds were awful, I itched all night, kept waking up and the bathroom was diagusting the jets hadn’t been cleaned and shower was p’ss poor. I felt cleaner when I got out of the place.

Hotel was nice, room was spacious and clean but just a little run down. Very noisy due to club across the road very difficult to get any sleep. Bed comfy but pillows were paper thin. Shower only had stone cold water.

Rooms were super spacious, facilities were clean, staff were so kind and it was such a central location!

I went with my partner and yeah it had 3 beds but all of them were single even the ones put together so it made it uncomfortable and at 7 in the morning there was kids running and screaming about it also wasn’t clean and a lot of things needed updated knife marks in the walls paper falling of grout was black don’t think it had been mopped and marks all over mirrors

Room was dusty and not clean, were and teres, sctatches on floors an wall and staples annd screws sticking out of padded walls. Not fixed properly. Partner has asthma room was not up to standard and clean, mould in bathroom annd rust on towel rail. Staff were brilliant. Will not lete add photos

Clean and comfortable and great value

Very large and generally well-equipped themed room with three double beds. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very central in a lively part of the city and there is a large choice of places to eat and drink close by. One or two areas in the room and around the hotel were showing some wear and tear. There was almost no noise inside the hotel but as it is surrounded by clubs and bars noise from outside is inevitable. Overall good value.

The bath was broken which is one of the hotels USP's as all rooms feature a type of bath so was very disappointed on this. In room sound system was also broken and there was damage to a number of tiles in the bathroom which could be a hazard. Step in the bathroom not signed and caught foot. Rooms not soundproofed at all and can hear outside along with other occupants on other floors. Beds are however very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were knowledgeable of the area and requested our feedback via form for management. For a conveniently located stay, would recommend but for facility use or an undisturbed night go elsewhere.

Spacious Hotel Room, right in the centre of Liverpool's nightlife. Loads of bars and restaurants on doorstep, so obviously a noisy neighbourhood, but fine for us

The welcome from the staff was amazing, wish I had got their names because it was a great start. I arrived soaked from the weather and room wasn't ready as I arrived early, they kindly hung the wet clothes on the radiator!! Room great, huge for the 4 of us, beds Uber comfy! Hotel clean Room lacked some amenities such as shower gel, tea and coffee We knew we were in a busy area, nightlife around us so we were prepared for a noisy night but it was particularly loud, better sound proofing would be an idea but as I say, we came knowing so it didn't affect us massively but you couldn't have had kids in that room, they wouldn't have slept But overall, staff great, rooms good, awesome location for the centre 😃

I booked this for my partners bday We both enjoyed our evening went for food and drinks before checking in. Loved the room, size is amazing, we both enjoyed the bathroom spent time chilling in the jacuzzi/bath The only thing I forgot to mention is the noise coming from the vent. The noise was all night and did keep us awake I would return with my partner or for a girls trip

I booked under the impression my room had a bath as advertised but it didn’t. We were put in a room with 3 beds , quite dated. Had a cupboard in there which had something inside making a loud noise all night

Rude unhelpful staff

The key card to let us in the room did not work, we had no electricity in the room, when we returned and had to contact staff at 1.30 in the morning to resolve the issues. The manager was extremely rude to my husband and was laughing at him and shouting insults at him when he asked for a refund as we would not be staying. The hotel is very noisy and has a nightclub on the ground level that is open till 5am. It is surrounded by night clubs and the noise is awful. We did not stay and I have contacted the hotel for a refund but after sampling the manger’s attitude last night I am not hopeful this will happen.

If you are after a good night out this place is perfect. Not recommended if you are after a quiet time, night life fantastic, everyone so friendly, felt safe and looked after. Staff amazing. Faye on reception/manager is the best. Couldn't ask for better.

Brilliant hotel, have stayed before so returned as I knew how good it was. Blonde girl on reception was lovely and very helpful. Up the title winning reds!

Hotel itself was ok, rooms were good and looked good on the surface. However trying to sleep at night was like you were inside a nightclub. The music is blasting from EVERYWHERE and the whole room vibrates. It was hideous. We went to reception to ask what was going on to be told to ‘get some earplugs’. Wow, helpful. We then refused to stay so at 2am checked out and got an Uber home. Whilst trying to check out and leave the hotel, a man in reception thought it was acceptable to hurl insults at my friend. We then asked for the mangers email and was told there was nothing they could do. The gentleman insulting us did not work there but was friends with the reception staff. AMAZING. Nowhere on the hotels website does it state that when staying your are physically inside a nightclub and you will not sleep. Will not be returning especially after the attitude of staff.

The hotel is amazing! The themed rooms are so creative and the facilities are immaculate. Slap bang in the centre of town, couldn’t be better. Kimberly on reception was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. <3 Will be staying here again.

The location is really central so a lot of noise from outside. If your looking at a perfect place to stay to party look no further it was a lovely hotel clean and comfortable, but being a bit older and not partying all night anymore it was loud. I would definitely recommend for young group of friends amazing time staff are all brilliant as well.

It's right in the heart of the party part of town. Ideal if you want to stay out all night but not recommended if you need sleep and have to get up early.

Terrible stay never go there again Noise from night club until 5am no sleep awful

The rooms were clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and good utilities. Greatly located if you are there for nightlife, everything you could need is within walking distance.

Great location for a girls weekend away. we could easily walk to everything we had planned and no need for a cab. Due to its location the noise from outside or other guests can be loud. This is due to location with so many bars around if you are looking for a great place in the middle of the action this is perfect. Staff were lovely And helpful and the room was great for 4 friends to all have their bed and space.

Really good room just very noisy area

Stayed here for a couple of nights. It was amazing value for money, the staff were all really helpful and friendly. Location great for exploring Liverpool. Bars and restaurants close by. Will stay again xx
