The parking situation is a major problem, probably not just for the Moxy hotel which has a total of 12 — yes, 12! — spots, two of which are handicap parking. According to the front desk people, if you park on the street, you will get a ticket (I took the chance and did not). The only remaining option is the big parking garage at the other end of the street but they couldn’t tell me the cost. Other than that, the hotel is perfect for short stay. Maybe Moxy can think about having a laundry room with paid machines? We took our dirty laundry to a Potsdam laundromat. The hotel staff is very accommodating and allowed us to heat up our leftovers in the microwave and use the dining tables to eat our meal.

Pleasant surprise they're a part of Bonvoy (Marriott). I had to take an Uber backj and forth cause they hotel transportation had to be arranged though a link and the payment never worked also the instructions were in German so no way to understand. Great facilities.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen für Transit oder gestrandete BER Flieger. Es gibt einen Bus zum Flughafen. Generell liegt das Hotel aber eher außerhalb von allem. Wichtig zu wissen ist auch, dass die Parkplatzsuche etwas katastrophal ist. Es gibt nur wenige hauseigene Parkplätze.

Lovely one night stay, the room looked newly renovated and modern but cosy, it was clean but there was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom shower/sink pipes, pity! Comfortable bed, all in all perfect! Staff were very nice and helpful, I got the shuttle back from the airport next morning and bought tickets at the reception.

Im Zimmer gab es den ein oder anderen "schmutigen" Platz (z.B. den Überlauf im Waschbecken und die Halterungen der Gitter an der Wand, waren sehr staubig). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Check-in und -out haben einwandfrei funtioniert. Zimmerservice ist ausbaufähig, da er nur einmal kommt, wenn man noch im Zimmer ist, kommt er kein zweites Mal. Dieser kommt nur kurz zur Türe rein, sagt entschuldigung und geht wieder. Also keine Möglichkeit mit diesem zu sprechen. Sonst sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, sollte man sich frühzeitig um die Busverbindungen kümmern und vorallem Abends oder Nachts damit rechnen, dass der Bus zwei Stunden nicht fährt oder man etwa 45 Minuten Fußweg in Kauf nimmt. Der Bürgersteig ist allerdingsbsehr gut beleuchtet und Ausgebaut bis zum Hotel.

The staff were kind, the room and all other areas of the hotel were spotless. The room was very comfortable and silent, even being 5 minutes from the airport. Very enjoyable one night stay. I did not eat breakfast, but it looked excellent. Lavish and fresh!

Beim ersten Beziehen sehr sauber. Beim Housekeeping für die anderen Tage hätte etwas sauberer gearbeitet werden dürfen (gerade Haare wurden teilweise übersehen) aber waren da ja zum Glück dann nur die Eigenen. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes aber absolut ausreichend. Lediglich die Pancakes dürften warm sein, stattdessen liegen die da leider die ganze Zeit offen rum und kühlen aus. Sonst alles vorhanden wie Corissants, versch. Sorten Marmelade und Honig, reichhaltige Aufschnitt Auswahl. Nutella, Müsli und andere Cornflakes. Getränke gabs auch reichlich, wie Kaffee, Kakao, Multivitaminsaft, Apfelsaft etc. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Hotel eher schwierig zu erreichen wenn man einen Urlaub als Städtetrip plant.

The property was clean and the dinning and the Bar was maintained well with friendly employees. However, the Shift manager was overly rude when I was checking in. I booked one day stay and then decided to add one more day of staying, the Shift Manager just rudely says NO without really elaborating as to why. Such left me and employee helping astonished. Little explanation to NO couldn’t that be Hard to say. Otherwise, everything was good!

absolut unprofessionell und unstrukturiert. Für ein Rechnungsbeleg ausstellen ist für dieses Hotel schon überfordert. Aussage, dass er per E-Mail zugeschickt kommt ist nicht korrekt. Seit 5 Tagen keine Reaktion auf E-Mail Anfrage und telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Kommunikation gleich null. Nicht zu empfehlen und wird von mir auch definitiv nicht mehr gebucht.

The check in process was really slow. The queue wasn't big, not sure if there were system issues, but there wasn't any communication from the staff working the desk at the time so people were getting highly frustrated. To add to that we had been sent from one end of the bar to the other multiple times when trying to order a drink. It wasn't a smooth process. That said, the next morning when I came down for breakfast the info hadn't passed through on my reservation that i had breakfast included but the morning staff were very helpful and resolved this with minimal fuss.

For an overnight stay before an early flight, this Moxy hotel is a good option. It's a 5-10 minute shuttle bus to the 'Easy Access Parking' facility nearby, which you take from the bus stop at the airport. You really have to pre-book this for an early morning departure so they know you're coming (and to make sure there's space on the bus). Comfy beds, good shower (with conditioner, hooray!) and nice staff. In the local area, there's the hotel bar with some food options, good music and table football, one pizza restaurant and nothing else. If you're coming from the airport - stock up at the Rewe mini supermarket in the basement first.

the hotel is brand new so still very clean with nice staff!! great location to fly in and out of berlin. not so easy to get to the city of berlin or restaurants, etc. but there is a bus stop across the street which will take you to the airport, a train, etc. uber to berlin was about $60.

Moxy is a very convenient hotel to stay close to Berlin airport. There is a shuttle bus which operates every 30 minutes and takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport. The bus arrives/ departs from bus stop B, on the ground level near carpark 2. Dining at Moxy is available though limited but we found a good menu at Tonys pizza restaurant nearby. If you have a car, free street parking is easy.

Das Hotel ist okay, sauber und nettes Personal. Was garnicht geht: An der Rezeption wird nur englisch gesprochen und das richtig schlecht. Ein 2 Kritikpunkt ist das Essen. Frühstück war okay. Aber abends: Nur Fertigprodukte! Salat aus der Tüte direkt auf den Teller. Wabbelige Pommes. Einfach weglassen!

Fire alarm went off at midnight on the first night, not a great start and, from what one other guest said, this seems to happen regularly. Room was ok, smallish but comfortable. The shower was probably the best I’ve experienced in this type of hotel. Despite being on the approach to the airport the room was surprisingly quiet. Food in the evening wasn’t great, just overpriced frozen pizzas, however breakfast was very good, lots of choice and very tasty. I would stay here again, but I’d eat dinner elsewhere.

Great hotel and reasonably priced but limited area where you can walk. Only dining options in walking distance are at hotel (salads, pastas, sandwiches, burger, currywurst and a breakfast bar), and Tony’s, which has good pizza, pasta, etc. But as we needed to work, the proximity to the airport and comfortable and pleasant space to work was fine for us. There is a business space down in lobby, also spaces to relax, play games, and eat. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Unkomplizierter check in, nettes Personal. Zimmer geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Bequeme Matratzen. Bad etwas klein, aber ok. Leichter Abflussgeruch. Für eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug vom BER top. Ca. 5 Minuten zum Parkhaus easy airport parking. Abends zum Essen gibt es nette und gut schmeckende Kleinigkeiten, wie pizza, burger, salate, etc. Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Wir können das moxy mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen vor dem nächsten flug garantiert wieder.

Es war eine entspannte Atmosphäre, kein Lärm und man hörte nur die neben verlaufende Schnellstraße, alles gut. Das allerbeste war das tolle Frühstücksbuffet. Was das Herz begehrt war auf dem Teller. so umfangreich habe ich in Hotels das bisher noch sehr selten erlebt. Großes Lob und weiter so. Wir kommen wieder.
