Subject: Formal Complaint: Substandard Experience and Management Concerns – Room: 519, July 29-August 03, 2026 Dear General Manager and Hotel Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property. As an experienced global traveler, I am deeply disappointed to say that the level of service and facilities experienced during my stay fell completely short of five-star hospitality standards. I would like to highlight the following critical issues: 1. Housekeeping Malpractice and Missing Amenities Day 1: I requested additional drinking water from your housekeeping staff and provided a gratuity (tip) at the time. Day 2: We noticed that two hand towels and two face towels were missing from our bathroom. Day 3: The room was again serviced without the two hand towels being replenished. Given our consistent generosity, the repeated and deliberate omission of basic bathroom amenities over two consecutive days raises serious concerns. It leads us to reasonably suspect that the housekeeping staff or supervisor was intentionally withholding supplies to solicit larger tips. This reflects a severe flaw in your management and staff ethics. I urge management to thoroughly investigate this matter. Staff engaging in such practices should not be retained. 2. Severe Soundproofing Defects Impacting Sleep The guest room doors lack proper sealing strips, causing excessiv

Ok hotel, but considering it’s a 5 star almost new hotel I would expect more from everything from service to design, breakfast etc.
