I was willing to order room service food for lunch but I couldn’t order food because they couldn’t cook except sandwiches. And bad sheet is too old and blanket also is not soft and really old….

This should be downgraded to 3* hotel. Flies flying around the whole hotel including food. The room is a completes mess, with wallpaper falling off or just badly put on. Terrible slow mildly warm shower. Bed is okay. Luckily I didn't spend too much time at this hotel.

It was a one day stay and they made it as comfortable as possible. Each request was addressed in a timely manner. Cleanliness was ensured. Polite staff and good breakfast spread. Hygeine was maintained. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Room maintenance could have been a little better. We enjoyed the food there and service was very fast. Breakfast had plenty options. The staff was polite and helpful as well. The hotel is accessible by car and the nearest metro station is around 3 kms. Uber costs around 250 rupees to the city center. Overall its a nice stay in heart of Gomti Nager.

It was a personal trip....the room given had some sort of disturbance all the time....there was noise of doors closing with a bang...all 24 hours of the day...as soon as you try to sleep there would be a loud bang just enuf to wake you up and wonder whats happening....other than that in my last 4-5 stays it had been wonderful.
