The general manager, Tripp, took excellent care of us, especially when Hotels.com forget to send our reservation over to the hotel!

While the front lobby has a fresh look the pool area needs attention. Room seemed to be “remodeled” with outdated shower stall and Motel 6 shower head. Lack luster items available for purchase, minimal toiletries. Hotel was no where near the quality expected with a $364 nightly room rate. No matter the time of year, “busy season” or not, it is at maximum $220-250 a night quality. Considering the rate for the room June into July is only $196 average, that range seems appropriate for “busy season” as the hotel staff alluded too.
