We have no complaints about the hotel itself, or our villa in particular. The villa is beautiful, bright, and clean... But what's going on with the staff? We travel a lot, but this is the first time we've encountered such unprofessional, untrained, and simply lazy and clueless reception staff....Only memorized formulaic phrases and zero desire to help. All this so ruined our positive impression of the hotel that we simply didn't wait until the end of our stay and left for another hotel, simply wasting one night... Total disappointment...

Quietly stylish hotel, with well trained, efficient and friendly staff. Well located, on a beautiful bay, with a small town nearby with enough good restaurants to last the stay.
