great place to stay. will be staying here again. clean rooms. centrally located. the only downside to the stay was the underground parking was difficult as there aren't many spaces so trying to find a place to park underground was difficult - which sucks since your paying for parking otherwise was a great place.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean. The rooms were large and modern. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The workout room was pretty good. Ski shuttle was so helpful. And the free breakfast was perfect. We were so pleased!!!

Very convenient and close by the Grand Tetons. Good variety for breakfast. They have an exercise room and a laundry room. It was so convenient to get out and walk around town. Great restaurants that are easy to walk to, and some really cute shops. I would recommend paying for the parking they offer, made it so easy to park and we didn't have to worry about finding a space. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice and comfortable, with plenty of space. Everything is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, including eggs, fruit, waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, etc. The staff were all professional and friendly. They do have a parking garage but they charge 19 dollars per day. There was plenty of free street parking and also a free parking garage across the street, so we just did that. The location is very convenient. We didn't have to drive anywhere downtown.

Modern hotel in a perfect location for skiing Jackson Hole and/or Snow King! Rooms are modern and spacious. There is an underground heated car park too! The complimentary hotel is also very good! Everything in Jackson town is within walking distance and the Teton Village to ski Jackson Hole is only a 15min drive to the free Stilson Parking Lot (where you can get the free shuttle from which takes around 15mins). Special mention goes to Ted and Brian on the front desk - we had an issue with our rental car and they were so kind and helpful!

Bathroom did not have a night light. To see to get there had to turn on bright light that wakes others. The sliding door has opaque glass emitting so much light. It could not be closed for a crack of light. Room set up was weird. Tv could not be seen in the sitting area. Only seen via bed. Parking was hit and miss. $22 to park under the hotel or public parking across the street and up a ramp. Will stay elsewhere for next visit to Jackson.

We spent a week here and it was a great place to stay in the area! My husband was able to easily work while we were there and liked the desk space in the room. Convenient location near town square. Good breakfast too! Definitely would return.

Lighting in room is not good. TV remote needed batteries. I reported that I was having issues with remote but nothing was done about it. Poor signing and lighting leading to underground garage.

Great service. The manager called our room at 8:15am about a problem over payment. The individual that checked us in did not run our card through the credit card machine. No problem would have happened if the card was run during the check in process. This could have waited till later in the day. Did not like being woke up by a phone call that early on vacation.

After waiting for 20 minutes for the staff to get off the phone with an irrelevant call, i was informed the king room i booked was not available. What's the point of booking a specific room? No offer to fix it or make things right. This will be my last night here..... ever.

The staff in every department was outstanding. Friendly, engaging, and always helpful. It's clear they're trained in customer service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. It was always stocked, and the ladies were always on stand-by to refill. It has to be the best breakfast of any hotel offering the continental option. This is way better than a typical continental. Your new lobby is very well-done, even though I never saw it before the work was done. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Temp was easy to control, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the shower amenities. It was a very good value compared to other properties in and around Jackson. I was unaware of the $20 per day parking in your garage as I was not told, nor did I see it posted anywhere. I'm not surprised as parking around the hotel is scarce in terms of a parking lot. There was another garage across the street (I think public), but we didn't price it as the convenience of yours was a logical choice and very secure. With the winter season essentially over, you need to have it vacuumed to pick up all the debris that gets left behind as snow melts off the vehicles. It's like walking on little marbles.

This hotel was an excellent option for our stay in Jackson Hole area. Rooms are a very good size, entire place is clean and updated. They have a free shuttle service to Teton Village and is walkable to all attraction areas in Jackson (dining, shopping, galleries, bars, square). Would recommend to anyone. Stayed here for a week around New Year.
