Vi var mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Trevliga personal, städning varje dag. Bra läge, enkelt med både egen bil och taxi. Massa matställen i området. Finns en bra köpcentrum intill. 매일 청소였는데. 7박동안 딱 두번 했고 휴지통도 비워주지 않았고 타월도 두사람에 두장 주면서 매일 교체도 요청하지 않으면 해주지않아 실망했어요. 타월도너무 낡아 교체가필요해요. 청소직원이 충분하지 얺았어요. 호텔 위치는 너무 좋았어요.

The breakfast selection was pathetic and the environment was not good. As well on day 2 one of the light bulb in the room was damaged and on day 4 the shampoo and shower gel holder just drop off. Luckily I was not in the shower at the time. Imagine it falling off and if it hit the feet.

Nice cozy property. Amenities in the room was good. Layout was nice. Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was totally unacceptable... When set to 20 Deg Celsius and on Hi Setting, All it could achieve was 23.5 Deg Celsius which is nowhere near cold nor cool. When sleeping under the duvet / sheets, it was very uncomfortable.

Location of hotel was good as it has a Shopping Mall below and lots of food outlets & Banks all round the Hotel. Only downside is there is no Train station nearby. But they do have a Shuttle bus that runs to the Kelana Jaya LRT Station every 30 min.
