The property and hotel was top notch. We were working in town and needed a quality place to stay. The on site bar and kitchen were not fancy but we enjoyed that instead of going out to eat. Very convenient.z Thank you.

This was my 4th stay with my grandson. Also the first time I was a little let down. The pool's filter didn't seem to be working and the pool was very dirty! The final day it was obvious something was wrong when the water was 6" lower than the night before and you could watch it going lower. The toilet paper holder was broke in our room. This is a wonderful hotel and I certainly hope this isn't a sign of things to come. As always, the employees and breakfast were awesome.

We would have liked to have fresh coffee, not just after breakfast with enough creamer. Coffee in the lounge was out most of the time and not hot. The Laker’s Lounge bar was always closed. Shower gel and pump hand soap would have been nice. Shampoo and Conditioner was nice. Hotel was not close enough to places to eat and places that were around closed too early.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast was outstanding, offering everything from cereal, eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, and waffles that you make your own with many choices of toppings. The lady working at the breakfast area, I believe her name was Kathleen, was very helpful and friendly, and helped with our needs with a smile. The pool was a perfect size and comfort level. The gym was clean with the right amount of equipment for our needs.

It's hard for me to list all that I like about the hotel. Our king bed room was huge, and scrupulously clean. The temperature controls worked beautifully. I like a firm bed, and this one was perfection. The bathroom had granite countertops , and a big area around the sink for the trappings of two people. And the towels, if not luxurious, were big and absorbent (very important). The front desk staff was friendly, alert, and very lively. And for those of you bringing pets, there is a great deal of grassland, far away from any busy road, where they can cavort, and do anything else necessary. Hampton Inn is not a luxury brand, but within that framework it's the best I've found.. Also, it's a half our from Syracuse, but much less expensive that hotels closer in. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Arrived at one I. The morning due to flight delays. Person on duty was amazing. Sent me to a room and when I walked in, bed was unmade and trash on tv stand, obviously not been cleaned and bathroom towels on floor. Front desk chap Was lovely and apologized profusely and I was upgraded which was nice. Cleanliness of rooms leaves a bit to be desired. Hair in shower, embedded in carpets, and some nasty looking stain on the duvet that was hidden by the top fold of the sheet. A wipe of the toilet roll holder would t go a miss with the dust all over it either. Breakfast was hot and cooked very well and staff were friendly and helpful.

Probably wouldn’t stay again. Towels were dirty , dogs barking, alarm clock went off at 6am that I didn’t set, bandaid on the fire alarm. Wasn’t great

The rooms were large,(queen suites), very affordable. Staff friendly, and very helpful. I booked the 2 rooms to see my family, 1 for them the other for me, their room ,upon check in had trash in the can, there was hair on the pool's deck for days. my only complaints. Breakfast was nice, eggs, meat, waffles, muffins so on. They have a guest laundry, not mention in description, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Other then the main lobby entrance, all other doors are locked 24-7. Will I stay again? YES!

Lots of little things, room 310: dead bolt didn't work, toilet paper holder broken, could not close curtains all the way, shower door kept sliding open. Minor things but did enjoy stay and friendly staff.

The staff was outstanding: very helpful and friendly, especially Brittni. The hotel was in a great location: Cazenovia is a beautiful place. The rooms are comfortable. My only request would be to fix the airhandling units to make them quieter. They were obtrusively loud. Otherwise, I would be happy to stay again.

Breakfast was good. The room had a weird set up where the desk/ table and TV were in the center of the room and one couldn’t watch the TV from either the bed or the sofa bed/ sofa.

Hotel is clean. Bed was hard. Pillows were like sacks with socks in them. There was a huge window (see picture) directly in front of our bed and the middle six feet or so of the window had white sheer curtains. The rest of the curtains (on either side of the white sheer curtains) were thick dark greyish but they were fixed and didn’t close the gap. Needless to say, bright light comes through straight to your face! Hope you didn’t want to sleep in! Clean, newer hotel but not much on comfort! King bed was nice and big but a mattress topper would go a long way!

I hosted a birthday party for my sister and the Hampton allowed me to use their dining area. It was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked the seating in the lobby. We had a lovely reunion. Thanks!

After a long day of driving, I arrived at the property. I requested from the front desk person checking us in that I wanted a room far away from the elevator and to a quiet room. When I got to my room, it was literally 3 doors from the elevator! At that point, I was too exhausted to go back down with all of my bags and change rooms. Very disappointed in the lack of LISTENING to the customer!

I want to comment on the wonderful, warm greeting we received when checking in. We had been driving all day from Niagara. We were beat. The desk clerk was friendly and gave us all necessary info such as network password!! Nice snack shop too. Clean room, quiet, fully stocked and everything working. Would stay again. Desk clerk warmed and won our hearts.

It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. In our room we were welcomed with an as requested nonalcoholic champagne, chocolate, and other goodies. This was above and beyond and we really appreciated it. There was a water issue that couldn’t be fixed in our original room and we were quickly upgraded to a nicer room. Loved the morning, free breakfast options!

This is a quiet location just outside of Syracuse, NY. I feel very safe in the area. There are little shops and restaurants 5 mins from the hotel. The staff are friendly and casual. Makes you feel like part of their family.

It's a pretty remote area with not much around. The hotel was very clean, check in was super easy and stay was very friendly. It's close to SUNY Morrisville which was a plus.

The hotel is in good shape, the town is so cute and a lot of great dining options. My one issue was the use of teenagers to perform room cleaning and linen refreshing duties. These kids have no idea what good looks like. It was disappointing…BUT…the staff at the hotel corrected anything that was not correct! They did what they needed to in order to make things right! I really liked the lady in the breakfast area! She was the hardest working staff in the whole hotel and always had a smile on her face. The breakfast was solid!!!

We went to Cazenovia for a quick get away to see The Wild. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, taking advantage of the pool and full breakfast. We will definitely be returning. Rooms were spacious, clean and affordable. :-)
