Pasamos un fin de semana genial en este hotel. Las instalaciones estan muy nuevas, el staff es muy profesional y las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y limpias. Creo que todas cuentan con terraza con hermosas vistas Al ir en temporada baja no estaban abiertas las piscinas, ni el bar no el restaurante, pero el desayuno buffet era bastante bueno. Aparcamiento por 8 euros al dia pero habia sitio mas que de sobra en la calle. Por poner un pero, quizas la insonorización de las habitaciones no es la mejor.

Hotel just in front of a small port and easily walkable to the main port where bars and restaurants available. The hotel is lovely and clean we didnt eat in there but plenty people did. There is a bar inside and the drinks were reasonably priced. Also a outside bar but it was only open at the weekend. The pool is lovely. Would definitely rate it a 4 star. And if returning to the area would go there again.

The room was great very much like last time, we did have a problem with the TV, it only played the radio & housekeeping came to sort it out but as soon as they left I tried to change channel it went straight back to radio, rang reception & told someone would come to sort it out, but no one came so no TV on our last night, otherwise ok, only other thing was the bar/cafe was closed, understandable as the hotel was very quite compaered to our last visit.

Loved the hotel, Would of been nicer to have a kettle in the room. The room was very clean and nice as was the hotel. We were not aware the pool is closed until January , Terrible drainage smell coming up in the toilet / bathroom having said that we would absolutely stay again

Todo un 10: recepción, habitación enorme con balcón con vistas a la playa, animación fantástica (destaco a Laura y su amor por si trabajo con niños o adultos). El bufete es excepcional, con opciones veganas y sin gluten, solo hay que pedirlo. La playa Bahía a 2 minutos andando, las piscinas limpisimas.Todo perfecto!!

Arrived early no problem checked in, a great room very spacious, twin beds, settee, & a good sizes bathroom, a very good buffet breakfast, only downside was the Bar/Cafe, it opened & closed at odd hours, closed in the day & open 8-30pm to midnight, so even if you only wanted coffee you had to leave the Hotel, we were out of season but would have preferred to have been warned there might be less service, otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Rooms and hotel were very clean.can not call it a hotel as only food you could get was breakfast. Restaurant was closed if you were not part of a bus group. As we were arrived in the evening we wanted to relax, but instead had to get cleaned up and go out looking for somewhere to eat. Bar was open for two nights of our stay than closed.

This hotel is in a very good location, within a short walking distance of the beach and sea. Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. I booked the deluxe double soundproof room, with air conditioning, sea view (The Level), on the top floor of the hotel. When we checked in we were told that only the first 3 floors were open, 4 & 5 were closed due to low occupancy. Despite still being “winter” the room was quite warm at 24/25 degrees. The air conditioning was not operational and was told that it is turned off until later in the season, so opened the patio doors to cool the room down. The dining room and bar, were also not open after morning breakfast and advised to try other nearby places, that were also closed. At night, with the room cooled down to 21 degs, the patio doors were closed along with blackout curtains. Despite being a sound proofed room, on the 3rd floor and 50 to 100 mtrs from the road the room was quite noisy with every passing car and the local gulls around the waterfront. The room may be soundproof but the patio doors & seals certainly not. We also had problems with locking the room ‘digital’ safe, only to find out that we had to pay 4 euros per day for a security key to activate the safe. Have never seen this over the many years of travel to hotels. Likewise there was a 5 euro per day charge to use carpark….

The bedroom’s were large and also the shower room . We had a pool view but also had sea view, the restaurant was a little bit like a cafeteria with no atmosphere but it wouldn’t stop me returning.

Fantastic suite room with panoramic sea and marina views. Good quality buffet breakfasts with great choice. Found some great seafood restaurants and ice cream parlours in the area. Highly recommended and excellent value for money at this price.

Well its the first 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in that charges for a kettle in the room, and charges to park your car in an empty car park, has no bar or restaurant available. Also when trying to check out 6.30am the receptionist could not find my bill, 20mins wait, so as we had to get to Alicante to catch my flight we had to to leave, then he could not open the gate to let me out. Was stressed to say the least. I know its out of season, but come on you are supposed to be 4 star

Las habitaciones lo único bueno, están modernas y cómodas. La piscina pequeña y con un bicho muy pequeño, pulgas o pulgones, de los cuales tengo fotos, que nos pusieron apañados a picaduras durante toda la semana. El buffet muy muy escaso y repetitivo, todos los días patatas, empenadillas, croquetas y paella. Luego un pescado y una carne. Siempre terminas de comer antes de que te traigan la bebida, debido a que solo hay un camarero sirviendolas. En cuando a la bebida del todo incluido en piscina, tienes que entrar al bar, al cual no puedes entrar mojado. En cócteles muy escasos, solo dos, incluidos en el todo incluido. Para entrar a comer, desayuna y cenar, tienes que elegir el turno que quieres en el checkin, no es según te venga bien cada día. Animación? Algunas cosillas durante el día y muy escasa en la noche. En la noche volvemos a las bebidas del todo incluido, si tienes suerte te tomas dos copas, ya que solo atienden en mesa y con solo un camarero, terminando el horario del todo incluido a las 23:00h.

Honest review. As a family with 2 children we stayed here for 2 nights on a full board basis. The hotel is in excellent condition, well kept, clean and modern. The pool area is spotless however the roof terrace was closed when we were there in April. 10/10 for the way food is presented, they go above and beyond to make sure it all looks perfect. The kitchen staff and waitresses work really hard. Staff were understanding when we had problems with a leaking iron, I definitely recommend that they change the iron board covers as they're extremely worn. The location is near the beach with a small port around the corner, make sure you find the look out point there. However if you want to explore or go shopping you'll need to travel further out. The late check out option is a bargain, don't hesitate one second.

Lovely Hotel and grounds, no sun bed saving. Good beakfast with a lot of choice. We only booked B/B but had lunch there once, it was off a menu 4 courses for €17, the food was excellent. Outside the Hotel there was limited restaurants but all decent. The staff were all very friendly.

Have stayed here numerous times and standards of cleanliness and food remain very high and outstanding value for money early and late season. Couple of lovely beach bars opposite the hotel - Joeys and Ermita and a few chiringuitos along the beaches. The port is walkable with weekend music events and plenty of eating options

Good pool, big and modern rooms that could be better maintained, however. What we didn’t like was the food: the ingredients of the lunch buffet were of low quality throughout with exception of the salads, which were always fresh. Particularly poor was the dessert. None of which was made in-house. It rather seemed that the cheapest possible pre-baked cakes were bought in.

4th time staying at the hotel which provides great service for the mazarron area. Hotel was busy as Bank Holiday in Spain - they do now charge for parking at a very pricey 10 euros per day. Stayed half board the food choice was a little repetitive but was always fresh and well presneted
