We had an excellent stay at West Meadows! The accommodations were extremely comfortable and all the extras were provided. Laundry facility was much appreciated at this stage of our travels. There’s even an iron & drying rack if needed. We enjoyed the quiet location just a short distance from town.

Love the room, modern, clean, got everything we need! For people staying on 2nd floor, there is a ramp to the upper lever car park, and you can park in front of your room, so you don’t need to lift your luggage up the stairs.

Rooms were very large and comfortable. Everything was modern with plenty of space to spread out. Laundry facility onsite. Perfect place if you're transitioning through or traveling with a family because the kitchenette was nice. Good value from the quality of rooms. It's not in town but an easy quick drive and parking downtown isn't too much of an issue ( not sure during peak summer time?). Room had views of the mountains.

Our one bedroom apartment at The West Meadows motel was exceptional with brand, new modern furniture and top-of-the-line appliances. There was a separate bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, and television in the bedroom. There was a second television in a large comfortable living space that also included a stereo system for music. We stayed on the second floor, and even though there are no elevators, there is a separate parking lot upstairs so that you can simply wheel your luggage into your bedroom. The shower could benefit from replacement of the showerhead as the water spray could not be directed and was spread too widely but otherwise we had no complaints. The laundry on the grounds was clean and worked well. The motel is located on a major road so we slept with the windows closed and it was quiet. it is a short drive to downtown. We would highly recommend this motel and Wānaka.

This was a nice, fairly new studio motel room with comfortable beds and sitting chairs. We stayed for one night. It's on a busy highway but we did not hear highway noise. The staff was incredibly nice and responsive. This location does not have any views of Lake Wanaka but is close to the town and parks.

Super noisy place right on the road. Helicopters landing in the middle of the night in the hospital - all make for a very noisy place. Fixtures in the bathroom falling off the wall and toilet seat came off. Further the HVAC made a loud clunking noise all night long Would not recommend this place to anyone

Delightful property and staff. Immaculate and up to date date rooms; nice views. Even when there was a minor issue with hot water the staff (Matt) did everything possible to get it fixed and make us comfortable. Splendid work!

The hotel design and amenities were terrific. Lots of extra touches in the room. Matt the owner was very helpful on everything. Easy access to CBD. Would highly recommend the motel. You will be very happy. Wanaka also was a vwEry pleasant experience.

Located a stone’s throw from the center of Wanaka. Convenient location if you have a car - we preferred this location (staying outside the main area) since it was quieter. Accommodations are clean and kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you’d need to cook and a small mini fridge. There is a Four Square supermarket about 5 min drive away. One of the newer accommodations you’ll find in the area and room is larger than a typical “motel”. Balcony is nice but the property should look into buying a small table for outside. We stayed for one night and wish we’d stayed for more.

We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done just fine!
