The hotel is beautiful. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle service was great too. The only complaint I have is that we got in late due to delays and closures at DFW and when we arrived at 10:30 pm we were informed that the restaurant and bar were closed. We were also told that pretty much everything around there closes at about 10. But I remembered that I had seen there was a fast food place not far. So we took off on foot at 11 pm to see what we could find. We did find a jack in the box. We had to walk through the drive through though as the doors were locked. And then after eating we went next door to a taco place and got a margarita to go - also through the drive through as their doors were also locked. It just seems to me that the restaurant and bar should be open a little later, especially on a Saturday, when they know that DFW had closed and that there were going to be people coming in late. I would’ve also expected the front desk person to be able to tell us that Jack in the box and the taco place were a quick walk. I’ll also mention that they were having some sort of party downstairs with loud music. We were lucky that we didn’t hear the music in our room but someone who was up on the 6th floor complained about it being very loud. All in all, I’d stay there again.

Shuttle never showed up after we called and they said it was on its way. 20 mins later we called again and they said it was at airport. 20 mins after that we called and they said it would be 2 hours until they got to us. In the end we took an Uber, and we’re not reimbursed. We were given voucher to the bar for part compensation, but less than the Uber cost.

The room was good, but the water in the pool was pretty nasty, the water fountains didn’t work, the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order, and the woman at the front desk on Sunday morning seemed like she was put out when I asked for some coffee packets (there was no complementary coffee in the lobby and we only had two packs of regular coffee in a four person room). They also charged us $40 more for a fourth person for a room with two queen beds…not sure why? All of the shuttle drivers were excellent… Very friendly and kind.

There was only 1 elevator working and the working one was so slow we had a line of people waiting to get on and off. The coffee maker in the room took almost 5 minutes to make 1 cup and there was not any in the lounge for us early risers.

Ended up here due to a missed connection so needed a hotel close to the airport. Bed was comfy which was nice . Not too many food options available on a Saturday evening but did go to the tiny restaurant by the bar. Menu was limited but food was good and fresh.

Comfortable beds. Amenities pool, bar, food. Clean. Staff very professional and personable. Location to airport and shuttle service. The only negative was the hotel is attached to the convention center at the lobby. They had a birthday celebration going on and the noise reverberated in the lobby which is where the bar and grill are located. But the room was quiet.

Took 45 min to get the shuttle after taking way too long to reach them by phone to request it so we missed one and had to wait for them to come back. Then told morning shuttle full so we had to order and pay for an UBER. The front desk woman could have cared less that we were inconvenienced.

I've stayed here several times in the past few years, and up until now have enjoyed every stay. And the staff is still great. But my room (602) had a strong odor of mold or mildew coming from the shower. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the water coming from the sink, shower, and filling the toilet bowl was milky white. And even more alarming, the pool water was sickly yellow-green the day I arrived for the Fourth of July family event, and by the time I had left, the pool water had turned lime green. There were no signs warning people that the water was (obviously) unsafe and unchlorinated. It was disgusting, and even employees were commenting on it. I liked this place, and I like the staff, but I won't soon stay here again.

I stayed at this property because my flight was canceled. I had an overnight here then left out of DFW early the next day. It was adequate for that kind of stay and I didn’t expect much. But it was a smelly hotel. The staff were super sweet though. Very Patient and kind and when I checked out the next morning, only six hours later, it was the same front desk clerk who had been there all night! She was still very kind! I think it just gets used for these kinds of hurried travel situations. My critique is that my room didn’t smell good at all.

This appears to be a new property. For this reason I don't understand why Four Points installed Heat/AC units that are still extremely loud. I have stayed at lesser hotels that have very quiet units. A hotel's prime goal is to give a customer good sleep. This doesnt happen when an air unit comes on like a jet engine every 20 minutes.

The room was surprisingly large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the shower had enough water pressure to melt away the stress of my prior flight. We Doordashed a delicious dinner and ate and decompressed in the living room of the suite before going to sleep in the bedroom on what felt like a cloud. I was shocked at the quality of the hotel for the low price we paid.

I appreciated the free airport shuttle. Location is convenient to the airport. There are a couple of options for good within walking distance. Shower stall itself was nice and spacious, but the shower head is ill placed, it was difficult to set water temperature, and there was no way to fully close the shower area. This led to the bathroom floor getting wet. Body wash dispenser was empty.

Horrible service. The hotel claims pickup dropoff from DFW airport, however they make you wait an hour the least. Had a tough time to connect on call from airport. Lady answering the call was super rude. I had booked 2 queen room and 1 sofa bed for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and they confirmed the reservation byt then gave 1 king bed with a sofa. Horrible experience to say the least. Pick some other hotel if you can. Holiday inn is much better choice. Marriot needs to do some serious training to their staff at this location.

The rooms were well-proportioned, clean and comfortable. I booked and pre-paid for breakfast but was told on arrival that breakfast was not included and would have to pay for it. Once in my room I checked my email confirmation which showed breakfast was included in my booking so returned to reception, as we also had trouble accessing the WiFi (it was a work trip so needed it). The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly and insisted the WiFi was working ok but, after showing her that it wasn't and we couldn't connect, she signed us into another option which I guess may have been one for the staff. Showed her the booking confirmation that included breakfast but she was undeterred and said it didn't matter what was in the confirmation as we would still have to pay for breakfast, explaining "you didn't book it with us, you booked it through a third-party, and they're wrong to offer breakfast - you need to take it up with them"! It was probably fortunate that it was getting late and there was a queue of people building up behind me as in the end we were given 2 complimentary vouchers. However, the breakfast was completely underwhelming and not good value for money.

The room and hotel were decent however, the bartender in the lounge came off as though he was bothered by serving customers. Such a cold and rude experience which left no doubt why it was mostly empty. They can do better without him.

Hello, so my husband and son stayed here , he informed me that the front desk lady was very unwelcoming , rolling her eyes etc. You never know what someone is going through and to add on being rude is weird. The hotel in itself wasn’t as nice as the reviews were saying , it’s very outdated . To add on top of that I made sure I booked the breakfast for them due to their car being totaled otw home from Georgia to El Paso and they were told that it wasn’t included . My husband is very passive so he just said alright and left in the Uber . I will say the girl who helped me Adriana Zuniga was very helpful and friendly when I called to report it but the girl who worked front desk needs to find her another job if you can not put your feelings to the side and have a welcoming spirit , customer service class is needed.

When I asked about the breakfast I paid through Expedia she said “it is not showing here, and that’s the problem when you guys use a 3rd party for your reservations” Like it is my fault!! That I needed to contact Expedia myself. Id you accept deals with 3rd party you have to make sure you have a good communication with them. That’s not my responsibility

They were so busy checking people in that once I checked in they didn't have me in so I couldn't sign in to their internet. The elevators were broken and we had to carry all our luggage down the staircase. I booked a king size bed. They gave me a room with two queen beds. And I had requested a shuttle to the airport. But they never put me down for the shuttle. Thank goodness my son was able to come get us and take us to airport. Overall I feel they just missed the boat on my experience. Which is really sad since I always stay at the four points in Amarillo and they are amazing at that location

The hotels whole computer system was down. several of us waited in the lobby for 2 hours before anyone could come up with a way to give us a room. Furthermore, the shuttle took an hour to pick me up from the airport. Computer systems being down is understandable but not having staff trained to handle it is not.

We booked our stay almost two months on advance. I called the day we were to arrive to confirm our stay and let them know our plane landed close to 1:00 a.m. but would still need an airport shuttle. I was told to just call when we landed and they would send the shuttle. I called back when we landed. The night clerk asked for my name and when I told him, he did they didn\'t have us down. I assured him my room was already paid for and confirmed earlier in the day. He said okay, I\'ll just send you a shuttle. The shuttle came and the driver, Wilbur, couldn\'t have been any better! When we got there, the clerk said he thought I told him a different last name on the phone. He sifted through the print out list and had me double check. We finally found my name on the list but was listed as"new"and no room was assigned. Lovely hotel and lovely staff. We especially enjoyed taking the shuttle to and from the airport; it made our trip so easy and the shuttle driver, Allen, was great! Another notable memory was playing in the turf green space with our kids and working out in the well-appointed gym. The front desk was extremely accommodating. We walked to dinner at an awesome Thai restaurant behind the hotel and we also walked to a delicious breakfast at First Watch Cafe, right next to the hotel.

This is a lovely clean hotel with the impression of being brand new. It sits in an open area near another hotel. Well lit. Feels safe. Easy access to I-635 and Fort Worth or Dallas. Near the airport and all kinds of fast food and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle service was great too. The only complaint I have is that we got in late due to delays and closures at DFW and when we arrived at 10:30 pm we were informed that the restaurant and bar were closed. We were also told that pretty much everything around there closes at about 10. But I remembered that I had seen there was a fast food place not far. So we took off on foot at 11 pm to see what we could find. We did find a jack in the box. We had to walk through the drive through though as the doors were locked. And then after eating we went next door to a taco place and got a margarita to go - also through the drive through as their doors were also locked. It just seems to me that the restaurant and bar should be open a little later, especially on a Saturday, when they know that DFW had closed and that there were going to be people coming in late. I would’ve also expected the front desk person to be able to tell us that Jack in the box and the taco place were a quick walk. I’ll also mention that they were having some sort of party downstairs with loud music. We were lucky that we didn’t hear the music in our room but someone who was up on the 6th floor complained about it being very loud. All in all, I’d stay there again.

The rooms were well-proportioned, clean and comfortable. I booked and pre-paid for breakfast but was told on arrival that breakfast was not included and would have to pay for it. Once in my room I checked my email confirmation which showed breakfast was included in my booking so returned to reception, as we also had trouble accessing the WiFi (it was a work trip so needed it). The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly and insisted the WiFi was working ok but, after showing her that it wasn't and we couldn't connect, she signed us into another option which I guess may have been one for the staff.
