BackHome Fez's Policies & Conditions: ( if you don’t respect our policy you will Be kicked out from our hostel , we are big hostel and we have to keep everything in it place , you don’t follow the hostel rules we don’t need you here , you follow the rules we are here to make your stay unforgettable) *Check in: 15:00 *Check out: 11:00 *Payment upon arrival by cash (if you do not have cash to pay upon arrival YOU WILL NOT BE CHECKED IN) *Taxes not included - occupancy tax 30.00 MAD per person per night. * terrace ( Roof Top ) closes at 11 PM , if you want to hang out till 1 or 2 am at the Hostel you can at second and 3rd floor * DO NOT BRING any thing from the room to the terrace like blankets or pillows or anything from the room not allowed. * Visitors Not Allowed *Free breakfast included: Tea, Coffee, Yogurt, Jam, peanut butter , Butter , Eggs , crepes , Bread. * Payment is to be made on arrival in local currency only * Age restriction : we only accept guest over 17 years old not suitable for kids . General: *No curfew *Smoking area available inside hostel *Reception available 24 hours BUT (if you are arriving after 10 PM you will have to let us know by Email or Whatapp otherwise you will not be able to check in ) * Avoid being guided by street Boys trying to show you directions- they will demand money from you after. please contact us instead and we will help you with directions or anything else you need. * Moroccan nationals are welcome to stay in our hostel only if they hold a valid European passport. Guests must present their European passport at check-in as proof. Moroccan nationals holding only a Moroccan passport will not be accepted.
