空港内なのでレストランやお土産屋さんはたくさんあるし、直前まで荷物は預かってもらえますし、たいへん便利でした。ワンフロアなので、上下の雑音もありません。各部屋にセイフティボックスがあればもっといいかと思いました。

繁忙期で仕方ないですが、駐車料金が周辺地域と比較しても高い。空港内でお土産も調達でき、レストランも充実しているので、過ごしやすくて良かった。客室内はシンプルでキレイ。空港にあるホテルだからか、大きなスーツケースなどを置く充分なスペースが扉の横に確保されていた。便利で快適だった。

食事がないので、近隣のお店で食べなければいけない、6時半から夜は21時までしか開いてない。コンビニも23時までと深夜は何も食べるものない。荷物はチェックアウト後も預かってくれる。

空港ビル内にあり、空港チェックインカウンターまで5分ほどの距離なので、早朝便で出発の際は、前泊に利用させて頂いています。また、ホテルスタッフの対応、施設の清潔さ、キーをキーボックスに返却するだけのシンプルなチェックアウトも気に入っています。

施設内も綺麗で、ワンフロアーなので便利。できたら、カップ麺や何かしらの軽食などの自販機欲しいですね。外に出てコンビニ行くのもちょい遠いです。従業員の皆様の対応は素晴らしかったです。ちなみに、今回2泊したのですが、海外だと泊数分ミネラルウォーターをくれますが、こちらは一泊分でした。暑かったので残念。

電子レンジがお部屋に無くてもフロントでお願い出来るので助かった。お部屋番号が702とか502なので幾つか客室フロアがあるのかと思いきやワンフロア構造で初めてなので戸惑った。チェックインの際一言あれば良かった。

The location is undefeatable, right inside the terminal, best choice for early morning flights. Apart from the location, the hotel is just mediocre. The carpet is so dusty that I suspect whether the last vacuuming was done 5 years ago.

衛生面、トイレとかベッドに髪の毛がついてたのが気になってました。それ以外、スーツケースをホテルに預けて、部屋にもってきてくれたことに感心しました。そして、心地よくて、深く寝れました。翌日早朝のサンドイッチ予約をして置いてチェックアウトの時、すぐに受け取りサービスが良かったです。また宿泊したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

This airport hotel is basically perfect for its purpose. You cannot hear the airport (or airport mall, for that matter) noises at all. And I say that as someone extremely vulnerable to sleep disruption from noise. A minor issue when it comes to cleanliness is that, apparently, the space between the beds and the walls doesn't seem to get cleaned. When I looked down the left side of my bed, which was right next to the wall, I saw some minor trash and dust. However, this is barely even a complaint, as everything else was absolutely clean.

Comfortable room with all amenities. Very nice staff. Shops and restaurants very close by. The perfect place to stay if you fly in late and need rest. Room was small, no view. Very quiet. Linens were comfortable.

The hotel is right above the terminal, which is very convenient. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, but it was a bit cramped. All the rooms are strung along a very long hallway, which may be a hassle if you have heavy luggage, though the hotel seems to allow luggage carts from the airport inside. For an airport hotel, it was very quiet at night. (There are no departing flights before 7:00 am.)

It is right in the airport which was extremely convenient when we arrived exhausted from our long flight. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and they gave us a free matcha cookie that was so good we had to go buy more downstairs in the shopping area. Unfortunately it is not the most comfortable place to stay, the walls are think and you hear all footsteps and voices easily. The bed is also not very comfortable because it is very hard and small. It is listed as queen size but it's more like a full size. Two people barely fit in it, unless both of you are quite small. Despite all this we were happy just to have a place to sleep without having to exit the airport.

We really enjoyed staying at the airport - they have a lot to see for an evening. Lots of good restaurants, a good gift shop, huge viewing deck with a small water play area for kids, an oddly placed but nice furniture store on the 4th floor, etc. The only problem was tour room's AC didn't work properly. They offered to move us and get us a fan, so the staff was great, just don't get room 602. It took all night to lower the temp 5 degrees. 603 was fine.

Positive: 1) front desk staffs were very friendly, helpful. 2) very conveniently located inside of the airport (3rd FL) easily found, near many restaurants/shops. 3) quite room. Otherwise, In Japan, we knew everything is small. Room (& bathroom) is very small 1/3~1/2 size of typical US hotel room. Not even enough space for 2 luggages. the mattress & pillows are very firm/hard causing back/ear pain. Ck out time is 11am firm. We opt to pay 2,200 yen for 1pm ck out for extra resting.

I had emailed another hotel several times without any reply which made me anxious. I asked the night manager at this Airterminal Hotel if she would phone this other hotel on my behalf to confirm a reservation. She so kindly did this for me using her Japanese. This relaxed me and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation without having to worry.

Very convenient in being inside the airport to board the plane early in the morning with a toddler. Also convenient with many restaurants in the airport and with the limousine bus to get to city. Staff was very friendly. We left our luggage before check in and everything was brought inside the room before we arrived back to check in. Very small room though.

This was great for an overnight stay after a very long flight from the US to Narita and then to Osaka Itami before heading on the next day to Kyoto. It is located on the top floor of the airport so you did not even need to locate a shuttle bus. The rooms were modern and clean and there plenty of opportunities for eating at the airport. The staff was efficient and friendly.

伊丹空港　到着口出てすぐのエスカレーターで3階に行きすぐで立地は最高です。飲食店も空港内の飲食店、コンビニが利用できて良かったですが、23時以降やってる飲食店、コンビニは無いのでご注意ください。また、宿泊者のマナーの問題ですが通路での話し声が多少気になりました。

Great staff and great room. Exactly what was needed for my last night in Osaka. The convenience of staying in a hotel in the airport can’t be overstated. I’ll try to do it from now on. Made what can be a hectic day into a breeze.

チェックイン後の仕事を終え、夕食を考えた時、伊丹空港にあるすべての飲食店が候補になる。つまりどこででも、食事が楽しめる。結局私は、前菜をすし屋系で一杯、メインをマグロ屋系で一杯、そしてワインでしめて、3店をはしごして楽しんだのでした。大阪空港ホテルに滞在すればこんな楽しみ方もできるんだ！と、選んだことを喜びました。その後は、吸い込まれるように眠りについたことは想像に簡単です。翌朝の目覚めの良さも、出張続きにはうれしい次第です。

娘が翌朝1番早いフライトだったので、やはり空港内という所が1番ですね。水ももらえたし、暇つぶしにお店をぶらぶらするのも面白かったです。その後残った私が¥900で朝食が食べられたのも良かったです。

食事施設が一切なく、空港の施設が閉まれば何もできなくなる。朝食もサンドイッチ注文しか方法がなく、ホテルライフとは言い難い。自販機の水も売り切れでなすすべなし。

飛行機の欠航で急きょ利用することになりました。若いスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。翌日の早朝便に合わせてサンドウィッチをテイクアウトできました。500円で味が良く量もちょうどよかったです。そのほかにも和食の朝食が800円と聞きました。朝食が高いホテルが多い中、旅行者にはありがたいと思いました。

I stayed at this hotel to catch an early morning flight. It was really convenient because they also delivered room service from the airport restaurant. If I wanted to go shopping, I could take the airport monorail to a nearby shopping mall, so I would stay at this hotel again in the future.
