Otelin fiziki koşulları ve temizliği çok iyi. Merkeze çok yakın yürüyüş mesafesinde. Kaş merkezde genel olarak araç için otopark problemi mevcut. Otelin kendine ait otoparkının olması çok büyük kolaylık. Otel çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Otel mizacı gereği misafirlerine jest yapmayı seviyor:)) Gayet memnun kaldık. After a long day travelling we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff. We had the pleasure of being upgraded and our room was spotless. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, the only trouble was there was too much choice!! The Spa is fabulous, recommend the Hamman. A fantastic stay. Thank you.

Parking is very easy in their close, gated parking lot. Upon arrival, staff assisted with luggage from the lot. Beautiful view from our room with a lovely balcony.

What a great hotel! Everything you are looking for is here. Awesome helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious. Free hot and cold water. Minibar is free too. Walkable to the downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Definitely stay here when you’re in Kas

Excellent stay. The view of the bay is incredible. Delecious breakfast, and such helpful staff. Glass water bottles in the minifridge, with refill stations on main level, so very eco friendly.

Beautiful views of the water from this hotel. Two small pools for swimming and a lovely terrace for breakfast and drinks.

This is a hidden gem of a property. The staff is so kind and professional. They go out of their way to make sure your vacation is memorable. The food is fantastic- the daily breakfast is great. The location is in a quiet section of town (5 minute walk to town) with direct views of the Aegean Sea. Free access to the Leymona beach club, allows you swim in the sea. Best of all this property seems to be run by mostly females, empowering women in the town.

Piccole stanze con entrate separate, abbastanza pulite, ben tenute nella parte alta di Kas a 5 minuti dal porto. Carina la piscina, ma molto piccola. Bello il panorama a colazione, meno la colazione, tranne la domenica che fanno il pane fresco, Mini bar gratis. La vista giardino in realtà da su un parcheggio sterrato. Molto cortese il personale. Nel complesso buona esperienza.

Konum, temizlik, kahvaltı, sessiz ortam, her anlamda tatilimizi keyifli olmasına vesile oldular. Otelin yanında bulunan, pizza, vejeteryan restoranı, sushi bar, spa masaj hepsi harika idi. Yalnızca havuzu küçüktü biraz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Outre le fait d’avoir dû demander deux fois avant qu’on nous ouvre la barrière du stationnement, l’hôtel est bien situé, à deux minutes à pied de la marina et des restaurants. Chambre avec vue superbe sur la mer, climatisation efficace, tranquille pour dormir. Le personnel, peut-être parce qu’il s’agissait d’étudiants, manque un peu d’expérience. La nourriture, tant à la pizzeria qu’au resto de sushi, était correcte, sans plus. En somme, agréable hôtel.

De badkamer stonk best wel erg naar riolering. Het ontbijt werd na 10.00 uur niet meer bijgegevuld, wat ik niet gewend ben van andere hotels waar ik heb overnacht. In de foto's denk je dat het ontbijt gedeelte met het uitzicht ook als lobby dient, echter behoort deze ruimte na 11.00 uur tot een restaurant. Er is dus geen lobby beschikbaar in deze hotel.

Customer service was amazing and always available, we ran into some small issues when we arrived, for instance the room ground was very messy, was full of long black hairs (my wife is blond). My wife just decided to clean the floors herself because she did it want to bug the staff. In addition the restrooms had a weird sewage smell that would come and go. A gentlemen in front desk came and check it out and he went into another room and confirmed that both bathrooms had the same smell.

The hotel, room, local restaurants, and environment are excellent and well worth the stay. The only small downside that stood out to us was that housekeeping could have been better. Remove the empty bottles (not the recyclable water bottles provided), replenish the toilet paper and even replace the dead batteries for the air conditioning controller. That aside, the place is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, we will miss the freshly baked bread. Thank You for making our final days in Turkey exceptional.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. Staff was always very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was truly delicious full of delicious breads and cheeses and other tasty treats. The chef here at Payam makes the best pizzas and breads and croissants.

Everything was really nice but the room could be more clean. Other than this, we loved it!

The only thing that let it down was the cleaning in room they didnt do enough sweeping around furniture found dead ants that we had to kill my misses hates ants if u go in 833 and look in the grooves of slideing doors going to balcony it full of dea ants doesnt lok to be cleaned for awhile maybe someone should check rooms fter cleaned many thanks david anthony

Kaş seyahatlerimdeki en mükemmel oteldi. Temizliği , personeli , kahvaltısı ve manzarası hepsi çok iyiydi. Herkese rahatlıkla tavsiye ederim.

Kahvaltı lezzet ve çeşitliliği açısından oldukça iyiydi. Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakın ve kendine özel otoparkı olması büyük kolaylık sağladı. Manzarası güzeldi. Çalışanlar nazik ve güler yüzlü. Çarşaflar ve havlular biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Tekrar tercih ederim.

My room, 833, had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Same with my family also staying in a room just one floor below. They came to work on both rooms stating it was an issue with the building being older. They came almost immediately and checked/cleaned. It smelled great for 24 hours but was back to the same issue the day after. Honestly, the customer service at this hotel made up for that issue. They were great. I appreciated they spoke English because my Turkish isn’t great at all. Always friendly and willing to help. Would stay here again but I’ll ask for a different room/building if possible. Great view of the ocean, breakfast spread is impressive and the entire hotel property is very idyllic. Parking is tricky. Be sure to note they have a private parking lot that requires you to call them to open the gate each time you want to enter or exit. Very safe!

We got the room with a sea view, a little small but it was fine, a small balcony with an incredible view, good bathroom, air conditioning ok, great cleanliness, a bar in front of the sea that serves well, ok

The room was great and spacious. Bedding sheet is not confortable and too small. Only 2 single duvets were put in the room of 3 people, so had to share a single one at 2. Plenty of safe parking and great location to town.

Staff are particularly attentive and helpful in all aspects with good command of English. Breakfast is very good and will keep you going all day. Breakfast staff are lacking in attention to detail. Having to regularly asking for, bowls, cups, cutlery, tea, milk, yogurt etc. Which is a bit painfully everyday. Otherwise, its better than most that I've beenbto in Kaṣ. Would I book again at the Payam. Definitely Yes. Thank you

When we walked into our room, we didn’t wanna walk out. The view we had over the sea and the amphitheater and just everywhere was just so outstanding that we just wanted to stay in the room. The room itself was also lovely spacious with two balconies, one for sitting on the other one had drying racks for our towels. The food was excellent at the restaurants. The staff was nice. Breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to this area.

Overall good hotel. However be careful of getting a room facing a street as it might be loud. We were in a low season, but did not get an upgrade of a room despite really little guests and many rooms free.

Beautiful location and view from our room on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. The room had a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea. The breakfast area also faced the beautiful sea surrounded by plants and flowers. And the food was amazing and very organized.

I would recommend this hotel as the rooms were clean. We stayed in the comfort room which was beautifully decorated. The roo.looks just like the photos. We had two balconies one with a beautiful sea view and another one overlooking the street. The location is convenient to the Kas town center close to restaurants and shopping. They also have their own parking lot which made parking convenient.

For the money so close to central Kas, it's okay. Breakfast is good, lots of options. View from the breakfast bar is incredible. Rooms are basic but pleasant if not a bit small for the price. Rooms are clean enough. We paid for the sea view room and from the photos this seemed to have an expansive view however when we got there there was a palm tree blocking about 1/5 of the view, right in the centre. This probably won't bother other guests. I am quite a fussy guest - but it seemed like false advertising as the pictures for the room clearly showed an unblocked view. It would have been pleasant with the palm tree had I not expected it to be otherwise. I booked this hotel only for the view and would have stayed elsewhere if I had seen this room beforehand. I asked about moving room and while they tried to treat me well it was clear they did not understand my issue/ found my request quite ridiculous. They did show me the room next door, it was an improvement but not too significant. The third room along and the corner premium room were most desirable but unavailable. I would warn that the corner premium rooms, unless you are on the top floor, have the jacuzzi baths visible from the car park. The staff tried to be professional but especially the main receptionist was quite cold and any requests felt like an inconvenience for them. It made my stay quite tense and unpleasant as I wished to avoid the staff.

We had a fantastic two week stay here. Emily and the rest of the staff really made our stay. They were extremely helpful and attentive, always going over and above which turns good stays into great ones. The hotel itself has a varied breakfast menu, Oburus bites is a restaurant located on site that offers lovely food and cocktails and you just never tire of the views of the sea and islands. Certainly will be back, Kas is great spot to explore, and Payam is a great base if you want to a close but quiet spot.

Stayed a week at the Payam Hotel. The staff at reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The daily breakfast was excellent. The outdoor breakfast area and view was fantastic. Would recommend!

5 min zur Stadt

Genel olarak memnun kaldim. Oldukca merkezi bir yerde. Arabayla geldiyseniz otoparki var. Yuruyerrek ulasmak icin biraz yokus cikmak gerekiyor. Bir kaç bloktan oluşan otel kompleksi. Biz ilk bloktaydık. Binaya girerken 4 merdiven var sonra asansörü kullanabilirsiniz. Personel çok iyi, kahvaltısı mükemmel, ev yapımı ekmeklere bayıldık. Restoranın manzarası cok guzel. Klozetlerin kapakları sararmış, onlar değiştirilebilir. Duş başlığında da sorun vardı ama yıkanmaya engel değildi. Kendine ait plajı yok ama bıraz yokuş inip paltformlu özel beachlere ulaşabilirsiniz. Tekrar kalırım.

We stayed 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! Welcoming kind staff, great breakfast! We enjoyed the balcony and the view 🙂 The room has AC. The location is 4-5 mins by walk to the center, which is great. If we go to Kaş again, we will stay here again for sure!

Excellent location with 100 meter to the amphitheater and easy walking to markets, yacht, beach, main street eating places. Corner room with great ocean views and watch sunset in jacuzzi was gorgeous. Room is clean newly renovated (a bit painting smell is the only defect).

Fantastic hotel. Perfectly located, easy walking distance to the center of town, but far enough out that there was no issue with noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even assisted with our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Really cool bohemian vibe, a place that you just wanted to hang out at. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic!

Payam otele 3. gelişimiz yine çok memnun kaldık kahvaltısı efsane ayrıca yeni açılan pizza restoranı da cok lezzetli pizzalar yapıyor herkese tavsiye ederim.
