L’hôtel est magnifique ! Le personnel est souriant et très à l’écoute . Le cadre est sublime et la nourriture très bonne ! Seul bémol le matelas t’es dur mais certains y trouveront leur compte

Très belle hôtel, confortable. Le personnel est au petit soin. Très bons services. Manque un peu d’animation en dehors de l’hôtel et à l’intérieur

房間大致整潔,裝修非常美麗, 可惜我想入廁所時,發現廁所門口有一隻小蜘蛛在門前半空懸掛, 嚇得我目定口呆！心想通知酒店, 但發現酒店床上有一張卡寫到這酒店環境有壁虎 , 所以預料這些郊外一定有小昆蟲出現,所以才沒有報告. 但論服務及環境,這酒店是一流的,不愧是世上最美的jw Marriott, 而且到處都有很多美麗的女孩在影相,人生一定要試試！酒店的沙灘是意想不到的美麗！ 藍白色有點像馬爾代夫！我們拍拖紀念, 酒店第一天用毛巾摺了一對天鵝在床上, 而且有歡迎的果子贈送, 估不到第二天床上用毛巾接了一對對魚, 超級驚喜！ 餐廳食品也很好吃, 但spa便一般般, 收費太貴了.

My stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with unique architecture, beautiful beachfront surroundings, and an atmosphere of pure luxury. The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food, facilities, and overall experience were exceptional. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Be aware, the prices at the resort are a bit more expensive than what you'd expect in the rest of Vietnam.
