Miloca

Loved the outdoor space, the kids loved playing on the swing and we had some fab barbecues. Being so close to the beach (2 min walk) was wonderful and the water was perfect for the kids.

Garden, proximity to beach

Aunque no era una casa nueva tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, barbacoa, chimenea, jardín con buena sombre. Echamos de menos unas hamacas pero tampoco nos pareció algo negativo sino algo a mejorar. Nos costó más de dos horas encontrarla ya que no había ningún tipo de identificación en la casa, ni número, ni nombre ni nada que pudiera reconocerse para saber qué era la casa que habíamos alquilado, eso nos pareció un gran fallo. Tampoco había un teléfono de contacto para poder hablar directamente con la persona era una central de Valencia lo cual lo complicaba todo más.

Wir waren durchweg zufrieden und es hat alles geklappt. Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders geliebt wurde von unseren Kindern die Schaukel im Garten. Der Strand ist quasi nebenan, was perfekt ist, um noch mal eben kurz schwimmen zu gehen. :) Ich komme definitiv wieder!

This is a beutiful looking holiday house surrounded by a well maintained garden with toys. The house is very close to the beach and is in a quiet area away from large hotels. The house itself is comfortable and reasonably equipped for a holiday although there is no air conditioning or internet access. Beach toys and parasols are available to borrow. There is no house number so it can be a bit tricky to locate. There are no fans available in the house and as the shutters need to be closed at night because of mosquitoes it can get quite hot at night. I would recommend that the house is aired better before arrival of guests as it smells musty. Some repairs are necessary, e.g. kitchen window has broken glass and closing mechanim. Also some of the furniture is a little bit dated and could do with a replacement, e.g. bed stands, however it is still in good clean condition.
