Staff very unhelpful - don’t book this hotel unless you speak Turkish. Room only has poor north facing views - dark and damp

I don’t remember their name, but the staff member at the front desk in the morning was always welcoming with a warm smile. Their friendly attitude made my stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism!
