Whilst the pool, fitness club and views are outstanding, the hotel is tired (eg hundreds of pool tiles broken or missing, broken toilet doors in gym). One major disadvantage is its isolated location as taxis are required to go anywhere, which one must pay. If the hotel offered complimentary shuttles to local village and Corfu old town this would make a huge difference. Feedback was given to hotel so hopefully they will take action, as they did seem to care.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Angsana! The infinity pool is gorgeous, the poolside snacks delicious and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings and the onsite restaurant had delicious Japanese food. Definitely a kid friendly hotel and highly recommend for families.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Views are stunning. Infinity pool is incredible. Great indoor pool and gym facilities. About 30 mins to Corfù town which is well worth a visit. Smaller village with restaurants very close to hotel also. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Angsana is a beautiful property with the most fantastic pool I have ever been in. The rooms, view, gym, breakfast, lounges. And pool are all excellent. The food options on site are average, and all extras are quite expensive. You can’t drink the water on site, which apparently is true across Corfu. You constantly need to be asking or paying for water which was a real downside. The private beach was just ok. Not the nicest beach or water on the island. The shuttle is mildly convenient, but you do have to wait a fair bit if there are lots of people. Benitses is walkable, but the ride to old town was always between 35-45 mins and taxis and private rides are very expensive.

The Angsana and the Staff was amazing! My wife and I could not have been happier. Each person that we met at the hotel went above and beyond. The room, the gym, the spa, the restaurants, the bars and especially the Staff was simply above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be going back.

Wenn ein Hotel auf seiner Homepage mit luxuriösem und stylischem Aufenthalt wirbt ("premier luxury resort") habe ich ganz klare und sehr hohe Ansprüche. Insbesondere wenn auch entsprechende Preise aufgerufen werden. Daher ist diese Bewertung im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie zu sehen. Pool: Bedauerlicherweise ist der große und beeindruckende Infinity Pool das größte Problem. Dieser wird in großem Umfang von Kindern lautstark als Spielplatz genutzt. Auch unbeaufsichtigte unter 12-jährige Kinder, welche eigentlich nicht allein im Pool sein dürfen, finden sich hier ein. In Maßen ist dies auch vollkommen in Ordnung, irgendwann sollte hier jedoch eingeschritten werden, da der Erholungswert der anderen Gäste stark beeinträchtigt wird. Und genau das geschieht leider nicht. Springen vom Rand ist an der Tagesordnung und die Lifeguard Dame schreitet nicht ein. Fangen spielen, um die Liegen rennen: kein Einschreiten. Ein Schild mit den "Regeln" beindet sich lediglich am kleinen Kiosk, mehrere wären wahrscheinlich hilfreicher. Am Rand des Pool sind sehr viele kleine Kacheln defekt oder fehlen und man kann sich an den scharfen Kanten verletzen. Allgemein ist der Bereich für die Liegen zu klein und diese werden frühzeitig belegt. Die Regelung, dass diese nach 40 Minuten Nicht-Nutzung geräumt werden, wird nicht vollumfänglich umgesetzt. Und obwohl ein Kinderpool vorhanden ist, ist dieser fast imner leer. Jeder Gast am Pool bekommt 500ml kostenlos Wasser, weiteres Wasser

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities are top of the range. The spa’s decor is absolutely beautiful and the ambience in there, as well as the beautiful treatment rooms are unsurpassed. The hotel has a private beach with a shuttle service every 15 minutes which runs super smoothly. The infinity pool is really beautiful as well. The rooms are big and spacious and the bathroom has a very modern, powerful shower which was great. The staff are so kind and friendly and go above and beyond, such as personally showing you around and escorting you to your room at check in. A fabulous experience! I will be back!

Unfortunately our room the bathroom had an ants on the sink counter as we did not know room Service was available for 24 hours. We talked to the reception the next day when showing the reception a video and pictures of the ants that we had killed with the towels as evidence she dismissed our case and just told us that room service was available 24 hours, we had felt that she had not taken us seriously as we were unable to use the bathrooms amenities due to the ants. Additionally the lights kept switching on and off along with the shower going on and off during the middle of the night on it Own. However the rest of the stay was nice, food was great, pool and beach was great.

Loved our visit to angsana! Lots of positives Staff are super… Nicos (very best) from the reception to the house cleaning everyone is super nice… two slight points to point out ! The beautiful Glass that surrounds the hotel is never cleaned during our stay ! It should be it’s the part of this special place and it’s a shame … the other Hotel needs to up the food in its restaurants … local restaurants in the village of Benitses are serving incredible food so no point eating in the hotel! So the hotel looses out on this revenue! We talked to a lot of people and all said the same thing! We would have loved to enjoy the hotel restaurants and its views if it wasn’t for the lacklustre food choices whole time the restaurants empty ! Other than that … we absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will definitely think of coming back…

The resort itself was amazing. Breathtaking views, amazing Infiniti pool with cabanas. The food was just average (do not recommend sushi at the Asian restaurant) and the service was ok. There were a few hiccups with the room- housekeeping left the door open on night after turn down service, the AC did not work well and the room was average. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and transportation accommodations.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities are top of the range. The spa’s decor is absolutely beautiful and the ambience in there, as well as the beautiful treatment rooms are unsurpassed. The hotel has a private beach with a shuttle service every 15 minutes which runs super smoothly. The infinity pool is really beautiful as well. The rooms are big and spacious and the bathroom has a very modern, powerful shower which was great. The staff are so kind and friendly and go above and beyond, such as personally showing you around and escorting you to your room at check in. A fabulous experience! I will be back!

Hotel was very nice, excellent sunrise view, pool and super nice rooms. However, service was extremely slow. I stayed for 4 days and could not have proper breakfast, coffee and juices were super late every-time. Another minor issues were the poor internet connection and that first aids wasn’t fully equipped for sunburns emergencies.

We stayed in the corner suite, which was beautiful. The room was well-appointed, the view was tremendous and the quality of the bed/bathroom was exceptionally high. The hotel fell down a little in terms of proximity to other attractions and amenities. You are a little secluded on the hillside, which may be a bonus to some, but if you do not have a car and do not want to fork out for a taxi, then walking up and down a steep hill becomes your only option. Food and facilities were excellent. Price is high for on-site restaurants but that was to be expected at a 5* resort. Breakfast is broad and of a good quality - always plenty of space to be seated. The staff did seem tired on occasion, which is quite understandable after a long season.

Though the hotel has stunning views and is a nice looking property, the service is not 5-star level. The staff are nice and polite, but most are clearly not trained in hospitality. I would like to give a special shout-out to Guest Relations manager, Nina. She went out of her way to correct the hotel's egregious error and made sure to check in on us. We checked in late in the evening. I booked through Expedia a Ionian Junior Sea View Suite. Upon getting into the room, we had a view of the sea BUT also an even bigger view of the hotel entrance with heavy traffic. We could not even enjoy the balcony as we had no privacy whatsoever. Everybody could see us from the hotel entry. When asked to change room for the one we booked, I was told the hotel was full and they could maybe change us the next day. No supervisors were available but we did not find out until many hours later as the front desk kept telling us “we are talking to the manager and will get back to you”. The next day we had a full day of activities and the manager offered to put us in the same room with same view but higher up. The room was not ready though so she offered to move us that night but we had unpacked since we were staying for short period of time. The view being the same I declined switching. Then we had issues when asking for our car and towels. We found ourselves at a beach 1h30 away from the hotel with no towels so we had to bought some because they “forgot” about it. For the room the supervisor told me it was basically my fault since I refused to change rooms and for the towels issue they did not even offer to reimburse us for them since it was their oversights. Basically the managers especially Angeliki were not helpful and all she managed to do was to blame me for not changing rooms. Definitely NOT a luxury hotel at all in term of guest service.

This is not a 5* hotel The service was very poor. None of my emails in advance of our stay were answered. The check-in was slow. We were made promises which weren’t followed through with. We had asked for a late checkout. No one came back to us with an answer. At 10, the cleaner came into our room telling us we should have left at 9 when the normal check out is 11 The room was ok but large parts of the hotel were empty and characterless. We won’t be returning

The Angsana and the Staff was amazing! My wife and I could not have been happier. Each person that we met at the hotel went above and beyond. The room, the gym, the spa, the restaurants, the bars and especially the Staff was simply above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be going back.

A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The swimming pool, poolside and private beach are fantastic. The hotel is quite swanky. In our experience the service was top notch. We were surprised at how welcoming and friendly the team are at Angsana whilst delivering great service. The poolside team being particularly notable in this regard.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Views are stunning. Infinity pool is incredible. Great indoor pool and gym facilities. About 30 mins to Corfù town which is well worth a visit. Smaller village with restaurants very close to hotel also. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Angsana is a beautiful property with the most fantastic pool I have ever been in. The rooms, view, gym, breakfast, lounges. And pool are all excellent. The food options on site are average, and all extras are quite expensive. You can’t drink the water on site, which apparently is true across Corfu. You constantly need to be asking or paying for water which was a real downside. The private beach was just ok. Not the nicest beach or water on the island. The shuttle is mildly convenient, but you do have to wait a fair bit if there are lots of people. Benitses is walkable, but the ride to old town was always between 35-45 mins and taxis and private rides are very expensive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Angsana! The infinity pool is gorgeous, the poolside snacks delicious and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings and the onsite restaurant had delicious Japanese food. Definitely a kid friendly hotel and highly recommend for families.

My boyfriend and I loved Angsana resort!! It was very clean and a beautiful place to stay. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing. The resort also had plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff are very welcoming and genuinely are there for your ever need. The area is very convenient, as it is close to corfu old town. I highly recommend Angsana resort if you are going to Kerkira, you will not regret it!!

Angsana is a wonderful hotel to stay in. We loved the pool area as well as the beach. The restaurants are great, with a special mention to the amazing desserts. It was a wonderful stay - beautiful facilities and great restaurants with excellent beverage options. Especially the desert dishes were outstanding. Spa was excellent too but the therapists were not as experienced as I expected. However, they were very well trained and extremely pleasant. The balcony of the room had a heavy sliding door we struggled to open, and we learned it is designed not to open from outside. So once you are sitting on the sofa on the balcony, you have to have someone else to open it for you from inside. We were trapped once and had to ask for the hotel staff's help. The private beach was wonderful and it had a nice beach bar. It was overall a great experience.

Amazing property. Amazing views. Lovely staff as well. Very accommodating and nice. Only downside is there was limited options for vegetarian food in the restaurants in the hotel itself. Best resort experience for our family! The mountainside views of the sea and mainland were breathtaking, and it was nice to have easy access to the local town of Benitses. The excellence of the facilities was only matched by the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional, arranging all excursions and activities with ease-particular kudos to Christos and Maria. We will be back ASAP!
