I decided to stay at Hopeland Hotel for 2 nights in Sukhumvit area. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, front lobby area, restaurant, a Gym and saunas and a large rooftop swimming pool with all the views of Modern Bangkok, the big light up sign is easily seen miles away. The Hotel room was clean, the bed was good, shower is great too. The Balcony is nice but there were no chairs or tables on it. The Location is close to the nightlife but not too close if you want a good nights sleep and that you will. Overall Hopeland Hotel is an underrated place to stay in Sukhumvit.

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it. Convenient location, great rooms, with mini kitchenettes and a washer. Gym and rooftop pool. We stayed for 2 weeks and easily could have stayed longer! Thank you

Steer clear of this hotel! The first thing that meets you when you enter is an indescribable bad smell - a strong musty smell. This smell is repeated in all common areas and in the rooms. Huge construction site right behind the hotel - a lot of noise from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. Impossible to lie by the pool on the roof because of the noise. Mold in several places in the bathroom - both in the shower, by the bathtub and by the sink.

Room cleaning was so so.. Dirt around all of the baseboards. Mirrors were not cleaned. I even wrote dirty in the dust on the wall. You can only see it when the sun shines on the dust. Spots on the sheets and pillow cases. Also got 4 mosquito bites at night. Overall nice property. But cleaning the rooms needs improvement

Hotel room was dirty and old. Very very poor lighting, AC did not work properly, bed sheets were old and I had to request them to change on my first day. Sink was clogging up. There were urine smell on the hall way. WiFi do not work half the time. There pile of dirt under the bed as well. I wanted to leave that place but Since I paid in full I had to stay there with my nose closed and could not sleep because of the AC issues.

The hotel was nice, the rooms that we stayed were nice but the rooms need to be dust. I been stuff up with sinus the whole time I stayed. Houses keeping only make the bed and give you towels. They don’t clean the bathroom. Bathroom needs to use bleach you can see the mold on the ytile in the bathroom. Construction work noise

Friendly staff. Really great location! Close to everything and still not in the middle of a party. Downside was construction workers building a house next door. Starts early to late. Lots of noice if your room is to the right side. Only Sunday off for the workers.

Excellent front desk services. Rooms and common areas are clean. Wi-fi okay in my room, maybe better in other areas of the hotel. Location is excellent in very quiet area but 5 minute walk to everything you want. Only negative is that the room lighting needs improvement. Bathroom is dark and no lamps or appropriate lighting for reading in bed.

A very clean and comfortable room with lots of amenities including microwave, electric hob, sink and fridge! The roof top pool was a nice place to relax and the hotel is well located in Sukhumvit, only about a 10 minute walk to BTS Nana. The staff were a little underwhelming at the front desk and didn’t give a friendly vibe in general but absolutely no complaints.

Excellent staff, housekeeper for our floor it was astounding. Construction noise around the property was loud. Although we were on a night schedule . Anyone staying on a normal schedule, probably wouldn't have even noticed. When we asked about switching rooms because the noise during the day while we were trying to sleep was loud, they instantly found us a room on the other side of the hotel where it was barely noticeable.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is in a good and convenient location. Close to all types of stores, businesses and restaurants. A very short walk to the MRT. Located towards the end of Soi 8, you are just far enough away from the craziness of Sukhumvit but only a 3 minute walk to BTS Nana Station. At the front of Soi 8 are many bars, great restaurants, and massage places and there is a small alley way that you can take a short cut to Soi 4 and avoid having to walk on Sukhumvit road. My only disappointment was that the pool was verry small. Breakfast buffet at the Hotel was adequate but nothing special. Cereal, fresh fruits, rotation between ham, bacon or sausages, eggs, breads and croissants, juices for 360 Baht Around $10 USD). Inside scoop, the currency exchange place at the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi 8 offered the best exchange rates in all of Bangkok. Overall, a very comfortable room and great location so highly recommend, especially for singles or couples. Complementary coffee, tea and Expresso machine in the lobby available 24 hours was actually a really nice feature for travelers like me who are coming and going at all hours,

It is a bit further away from the night life of Nana and Soi 4. It is still an easy walk. Hotel clean, good location and reasonable price. I paid double last time for something not much better.

Værelser trænger til en opgradering, men de var pæne rene. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden var perfekt, i et område med let adgang til alt. Poolen er et ekstra plus, men kunne også trænge til en opfriskning. Morgenmaden var det eneste som skuffede, det var lidt spild af penge. Jeg vil helt klart bo der igen, ved mit næste besøg i Bangkok.

It is not that long ago since this was a new hotel, but time catches up... There seems to be things not functioning so well. Light for the bathroom mirror did not work (a bit tricky to shave), light in the wardrobe did not work. There are no bed light, so you need to get up to turn off the light. Small things, but somehow irritating. Breakfast is basic. The rooms are spacious, and there is a small table and sofa in the room. The bed is nice. Top floor has sauna and pool. The location is great, with close walking distance to restaurants, shops and Sky Train.
