Studios Belvi

The owner was helpful upon checkin by meeting us and showing us where to go. The area itself is fabulous. This spot is in old town and close to everything. We ended up parking in paid parking which cost €10 per day. We were also provided restaurant suggestions and discounts. Great stay and would recommend.

Stedet ligger i gamlebyen, nær den sørlige porten og adgang til bymuren. Kontaktpersonen var lett tilgjengelig på telefon, sørvis-opptatt og ville bidra til at man trivdes. For å komme til leiligheten må man gå opp ei litt bratt, utendørs steintrapp, og innvendig er der ingen heis.

Great location in the old town! Very close to one of the gates. A short 5 mins walk to the free parking place. Also close to the passage way going up to the fortress. Have good restaurant and ice cream shop in 2 mins nearby. The owner of the place is very nice and polite. Fast response to messages and calls. Also shared a lot of histories and travel tips of Kotor. Radohin ha sido muy atento durante la estancia y el piso estaba muy limpio. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado (dentro de las murallas) y se puede llegar en poco tiempo a las principales actividades, aunque está situado encima de un bar con mucha vida nocturna (genial si te apetece tomar unas copas, pero a considerar si prefieres descansar durante la noche). Respecto al apartamento, dispone de lo necesario. Las camas son muy cómodas, aunque el sofa cama (de una plaza) no dispone de aire acondicionado directo. El parking gratuito se encuentra relativamente lejos del apartamento, ya que es un parking público (aparcas en la calle) fuera de la ciudad amurallada. Aún así, muy buena estancia.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were greeted by a friendly host who was happy to share information about the city’s highlights and gave us great tips on which restaurants to check out. He had even prepared maps in Norwegian for us. He offered us free beach towels and invited us for coffee. The apartment is very central and convenient. The host also helped us arrange an affordable taxi back to the airport, as many drivers charge high prices for this route. The only negative thing was that the internet was occasionally unstable. There are many stairs up to the apartment, but the host helped us carry our luggage. I see several complaints about noise, but that’s to be expected when staying in such a central location. We had no trouble sleeping. We felt very well taken care of and can highly recommend Studios Belvi.

I wouldn't stay there again; you can certainly find many better options in Kotor. Too noisy, no curtains on the windows, too many stairs, no parking, and the host is very polite but unsympathetic.

The owner is a wonderful young man who is very helpful and will be there whenever you need him. This particular time, the parking situation was not good. We had to park at a gas station three blocks away, which for us, caused us a little stress. The owner said no problem, and he was right. He even helped us take our luggage to and from his property. Also, the Wi-Fi was out most of the time we were there and we really needed that so that was tough. The owner said it was a citywide outing so it wasn’t his fault. It’s hard to be fair when reviewing this property because normally he has a good parking space and I’m sure the Wi-Fi normally works just fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Nice apartment right in the heart of Old Town Kotor. The space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and also includes a washing machine. The owner is very knowledgeable and informative on places to visit and things to do in the area. If you come by taxi it is a short walk from just outside the city walls. There is a grocery store just outside the walls as well and it’s about a 5-7 minute walk. The space is located up a few flights of stairs and above a bar. It does get a bit noisy in the evening so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. All in all a great place to stay in the heart of Old Town Kotor.

Chose Studios Belvi for location: easy walk from Kotor's main bus station:10 min with luggage! inside historic Old City walls. It was even easier to find that we expected: walked in the Gurdic Gate & in two minutes in front of Studios Belvi's green shutters. We sent a message via Hotels to the host letting him know when to expect us BUT the bus was late (slow border crossing from Croatia) so we arrived at 8:45 instead of 8:15 yet the host Radonga was there waiting to help with luggage. We had hesitated about booking because pix showed two beds: but the host, seeing we're a couple, offered a unit with a brand new large bed! Perfect. The unit we got was on the first level up, which means a set of stairs from the street & another inside the building- not hard to navigate but nice that we had the host's help! In fact, we'd say that the three best things about Studios Belvi are: (1) Location (2) Host (3) Value. The unit's small, kitchen tiny: we only wanted it for the frig & making tea & coffee so it was fine.(Has everything you need to make meals: we just enjoyed eating out in Kotor.) A real closet with plenty of space, shutters to block out light & noise, slept very soundly. Radonga gave us info about options for tourism & at our request met with us our first morning to talk about those. His suggestions were all excellent: first rate boat excursion & restaurants. Studios Belvi top uni is the best (may take it next time!) & host has another bldg with upscale apts @ Kotor Beach.

Location perfect. Steps from everything in old town. Host, Radonja, very friendly and welcoming. Gave us tips and local recommendations. Bit of confusion on check in as hotels.com says to contact the host 24+ hours prior to arrange check in time. Host only had Montenegrin phone number listed so we couldn’t be in touch. Radonja was there when we arrived though so no problems. The bathroom smells due to the old plumbing and historic location. This was pretty similar in most bathrooms in the area. But since we weren’t in room for long, it wasn’t too bothersome. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The room is located right next to a very loud bar that goes on until the early hours of the morning. The beds are two sofas and the decor is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing. The host was incredible. He bought us coffee a few times in the cafe outside, he booked us on a boat tour and he was very informative.

Little cute & clean apartment in the location in Old town Kotor. The host is amazing: responsive and very hospitable. However his apartment is located right next to the loudest pub/bar in old town Kotor. The bar’s very loud music goes on exactly up until 1:00 am. Our unit had washing machine and very powerful AC.

Otel Kotor old town da mükemmel bir konumda zaten Biz iki oda konaklama yaptık zaten toplamda üç odası olan bir yer otel bize ait gibiydi. Temizlik üst seviyede basit ama yeterli ve rahattı Yakında bir çok yeme içme yeri var heryere yakın bir nokta Radonya çok yardımsever bir işletmeci idi Kendisine ekstra teşekkür ediyorum

Very well located right in the middle of the old town, the owner was very nice and helpful but the property needs a bit of renovation

Our stay was great! We arrived much later than expected (midnight instead of 6pm) and the hotel owner was kind and understanding. The next morning he gave us many tips for our trip in Montenegro over a cup of coffee. The property was clean and affordable and perfect for two friends. The bathroom was clean and efficient. It is also located very close to the bus station and right in the old town, so it is a great location with a great price. I am very happy we chose Studio Belvi for our short stay, it was the perfect place to see Old Town in a short time.

First of all the host Radonja is a decent man and it was easy to contact him and he was flexible for our needs, as i arranged with him the night before arrival he was waiting for us outside the property and he welcomed us and gave us alot of recommendations from sightseeing to dinning and we followed most of it and we didn't get disappointed as it was amazing. The studio is clean, centrally located in the old town and of a good size just enough for 2 person despite the toilet is on the tiny side. It's a lively area so expect noise till after the midnight. Thank you Radonja for your nice invitation for the coffe and all the nice recommendations which helped us having better holiday

De studio heeft een zeer kleine badkamer en een mini keuken, ik zo er niet willen koken. De kamer zelf is erg ruim. Het grote probleem was dat het zeer luid is op de kamer met de muziek van 2 bars die er vlakbij liggen, zelfs met alle ramen en luiken gesloten. Dus tenzij je van plan bent om niet voor 2 uur te gaan slapen, kan ik het echt niet aanraden.

The host was excellent. He took time to greet us upon check-in, show the map of the places we should visit, organise a Podgorica airport transfer, take us to restaurants (we arrived late at night, so he wanted to make sure where we can find places to eat), and also he let us leave our luggage (in fact, a late check-out at no additional cost, given it's quiet being winter) until we were ready to leave in the afternoon for our flights. All these immensely helped our visit in Kotor, and made things a lot easier for us. Really appreciate everything!! Kotor is a beautiful town, and the Montenegro locals were so helpful and friendly. (To be honest, quite a comparison to our experience in Croatia, in a pleasant way!)

旧市街の中に位置し、周囲には飲食店も多くロケーションは最高です。近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、部屋にミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、調理器具、食器などもあるので食事には苦労しません。 フロントデスクがなく、チェックイン時には電話する必要があるので、人によっては面倒に感じるかもしれません。外の通りでは午前1時まで音楽が流れているので騒音が気になる人もいるかもしれません。 全体的には大満足で高評価です。

He even arranged a taxi for us for our departure. It was beyond our expectations. The apartment was comfortable and we felt at home. Bed was comfortable. Great stay! The host was very friendly and helpful! The location is absolutely fantastic inside the beautiful Kotor old town!
