The staff is absolutely wonderful! Each and every staff member with whom I interacted was extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my staff comfortable. The shuttle convenient and dependable in getting around the immediate area. Shout out to my shuttle driver, Jen, who got me to my destinations safely and had great suggestions about the local area.

How this hotel has good reviews I will never know. Our room was shocking. There were dead flies everywhere. The bed had reddish brown stains that I can only assume were blood (hopefully food). Even the lamp shades had stains. The floor STUNK. The shower was broken. And after all this, the hotel would not give us a refund as we had stayed past a certain time. I recommend that everyone avoid this hotel at all costs.

For a Hilton, this property was extremely disappointing. My room had very dirty carpet with large stains all over the place. Then I found hair on the bed. I got a room change. The other room had slightly improved carpet but it was a downgrade in terms of amenities. And on top of that, the shower head had issues and the water was lukewarm not hot. I guess this is normal for them, because they didn't do much to make it right. Just very disappointed with my stay here. This is shameful for a Hilton property.

This hotel has seen better days. I assume the foot traffic due to its popularity was a good thing however it’s in pretty bad shape now. Service was friendly as usual, however the hallways, room and common areas are very beat up. Hallways smelled like lingering food odor. The wear and tear caused things to appear dirty even if they were not. I could not wait to get up and leave the next morning. It’s time to start going floor by floor and refreshing and repairing. Definitely not currently worth the price they are charging.

I have been traveling for work for almost a year now. Hands down my favorite location so far. From being able to do digital check in, digital key wax already a win. Then you add an amazing breakfast with a variety that’s actually a variety of taste & flavor. It was quiet even on a busy weekend. Employees were so friendly & helpful. Great job

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was the bathroom door. It was sliding on the outside and others in the room would be able to see whoever was in the bathroom through the cracks at both ends. Besides that, everything else was great.

The beds are hard as a rock. Bathroom door wont close all the way. Its a sliding door that leaves a 2 inch gap opened. Paid 27 dollars to be allowed to park for two nights atthe hotel.

Well, we didn't make it to the hotel. We had a problem the day of the reservation that made impossible to arrive to the city and we had to stay home. Early in the morning of the day of arriving I spoke with a representative of hotels.com where we made the reservation explaining the situation and asking for a reschedule to 2 weeks later, and even I offered to pay a fee for the inconvenience. They tried their best to reschedule the stay to the other date. They talked to the host at the reception of the hotel explaining the issue and he told them that they had to send an e-mail explaining the situation and then he would talk to the manager to see if they can work it out. Today they answered denying the reschedule citing internal politics and strict restrictions of Home2 suites Hotel. I know a could have paid the fee for cancellation beforehand but it just covered up to 2 days before the date of arrive, so it would not cover a rescehdule/cancellation for the day of the reservation. Basically we lost the money of the stay for unforseen circunstances that can happen to anyone and some corporate greed. Hope this could help other customers when they make plans to stay at that premises.

They talked to the host at the reception of the hotel explaining the issue and he told them that they had to send an e-mail explaining the situation and then he would talk to the manager to see if they can work it out. Today they answered denying the reschedule citing internal politics and strict restrictions of Home2 suites Hotel. I know a could have paid the fee for cancellation beforehand but it just covered up to 2 days before the date of arrive, so it would not cover a rescehdule/cancellation for the day of the reservation. Basically we lost the money of the stay for unforseen circunstances that can happen to anyone and some corporate greed. Hope this could help other customers when they make plans to stay at that premises.

We arrived at midnight and so I was very tired and the woman who was working the front desk was soo welcoming and kind that I knew choosing this hotel was a good choice. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We go to El Paso often and we will definitely be using this hotel again!

Bathroom door just slide over the opening on the bathroom - no lock, no latch, not even a handle. Large gaps between the door and the wall so zero privacy. It was awkward. We stayed at this hotel because of the pool and it was closed most of the time. When we asked when it was opening they didn’t know. We had to pay for parking. The nice thing about the stay was good restaurants were at walking distance.

I have been traveling for work for almost a year now. Hands down my favorite location so far. From being able to do digital check in, digital key wax already a win. Then you add an amazing breakfast with a variety that’s actually a variety of taste & flavor. It was quiet even on a busy weekend. Employees were so friendly & helpful. Great job

The room was great. The gym was adequate and clean. Staff was great. Pretty standard issue. However, if breakfast is important to you, be prepared to be disappointed. The ridiculously inefficient “incubator” that they put breakfast sandwiches and so called “omelets in is worthless. Getting in this thing with tiny little doors and tongs is next to impossible. If you can manage to wrangle out a breakfast sandwich, the bread will be rock hard and inedible. There was NOTHING that didn’t include so many peppers and onions that I got indigestion just looking at it. I managed a decent waffle in the waffle maker and some yogurt. They could do better on breakfast.

I guess my standards for Home2 was set too high based on the one we stayed at in Richardson TX. In the El Paso facility i was suprised to have to pay for parking. Next, the location is not difficult to get in and out. Oyr room was ok but the TV did not have access to streaming services, only cable channels without a guide! Last, the breakfast was awful. Beacon was chewy, egg patties cold. Really poor quality. Oh, sheets did not fit correctly. When i woke up i was sleeping directly on the mattress. On a good note, staff was very accommodating.

Despite having to leave because I no longer felt safe, my stay has not been refunded, and I was left paying for both the original stay and alternative accommodations.
