Hotel Tito

Very basic, throughly comfortable hotel, just minutes from Termini station. No breakfast is served although there are a number of good value cafes nearby.

The day we arrived there was no hot water and no other room available the next day we didn’t make it to our tour bc we have to wait till 11 to move to another room to take a shower with hot water for about 5 minutes and then wait 3or 4 minutes to get hot water again and they don’t answer the phone so we need to walk all the way to the front it was just terrible

In one of the rooms the toilet ran non stop. They tried to fix it but never did. Hot water was intermittent

Room was in another building than office. More of a room to rent versus a hotel. Hot water heater had issues first night and had to be reset. The next day it was working on and off. If staying more than two nights I would have complained more. Room was clean and nice, very European. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. 3rd floor with small elevator.

The rooms are very small. Power went out multiple times during my stay, which was during a heat wave. I ended up leaving Hotel Tito to stay at another hotel.

No hot water for shower

The room was ok very average the one thing that annoyed me I had to take my luggage up a lift in one building to check in and then back down the lift over two doors and back up a lift to my room

Though the room was nice the air conditioning could barely keep it cool even after they changed the filter, the water pressure was low then better than low again and it could take up to 15 minutes to get hot water then it would be scalding hot and you could not control it. Taking a shower was very challenging.

The hotel has an issue with water. The pressure and water fluctuates and gets super low, when opening the hot water, the water only drips, this happened everyday and it’s wasn’t great as water essential. They’ve had this issue for a long time it seems. I spoke to the team about it, they were great and tried their best, but it seems the hotel requires an upgrade to their water facilities. This was in multiple rooms as I booked 2 and asked if I could move room, they told me it was in each room. The hotel is good, but having little water at times you want to shower was not something you want to pay for.

Convenient location one block from train station. Clean room and friendly staff. Hotel experienced repeated power failures for 3 days.

Very clean and quiet property, the staff were helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect for all attractions, restaurants, shops, public transport

We checked in before the time it said we could and the staff was understanding and let us in our room. However the room was disgusting. Stains all over the bed, mould everywhere in the bathroom and water dripping from the ceiling. We shared our stay with some animals up in the roof making noise whilst we tried to sleep. The area has lots of restraunts and is a few minutes walk from the train station. To conclude, don’t stay here.

It was safe, but not very clean, and very small room. bathroom has no room in between the toilet and sink. It was okay experience

The room was clean if a little small. The on suit bathroom was well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in this room again if I visit Rome.

very unhygienic place. the cleaners don't clean properly, forget to take out the trash and don't empty the trash, causing a large pile of ants crawling all over the floor. already on the second day I talk to the reception that the shower holder is broken, it's not possible to shower, she asked the cleaners to solve the problem, the solution was to tape :/... what a stupid solution that they don't know that ordinary plastic tape dissolves in wet , because the shower falls all the time, then they came to change the room on Friday my last day which was late. The hotel is not worth a single €. all of you reading, I really do not recommend this hotel, there are many better ones. this is the worst hotel in Italy. think they don't have water or coffee in the room or slippers. Bad service

This property is about a block from the train station which was convenient for us. It felt very safe and the room was spotless. Worked well for us

I was not expecting much as this was just for a few quick hrs while in flight but room was really deplorable. Mold all over the walls, water damage everywhere annd just really unsafe conditions and breathing air was horrible. I could not sleep and became really congested, had to leave hours before expected time as I could not bear anymore…front desk staff upon check in was really odd and not welcoming, check out staff was friendly. Would definitely not recommend.

We arrived very late so it was hard to get into the building. The front desk person was very helpful though. The halls and elevators were old and a little run down but once inside the room it was very clean and updated. With it being one block from the termini, it has an excellent location for train travel! Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location to Rome Termini, but the property itself is unique. check in on the 2nd floor of the buidling next to hotel itself, to get into the room, you have to leave the front desk and go inot another building - elevators are soooo small, my husband and I barelly fit into it with our carry ons. Room was super tiny, but very clean.

Design of shower is poorly done - very easy to bump into walls while in shower. No AC No Kleenex

Room are very small. We could not control the air conditioner, we were very cold at night.

I booked this very last minute as my plans changed. I wanted it to be close to the train station so I didn’t have to lug my luggage too far. It might’ve been the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in but it got the job done and I felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, very helpful. The type of property that you feel secure in. Easy check in. The only downside was the size of the room. Slightly smaller and no place for the bed. Otherwise, I can recommend this property.

Hotel is very conveniently located. It's right by a main transit hub. Plenty of dining options are available nearby. Walkable neighbourhood and pretty close to main attractions. Friendly staff. We stayed in a double twin room. Rooms are clean but small, especially the bathroom. WiFi was not good. Taking a shower was a crap shoot. Either scalding hot or very cold. Was hard to keep at a consistent temperature. Had to do quick showers to compensate. Overall a decent hotel for the price and location.

This property if for those who will spend the day discovering Rome as the hotel offers only a basic hotel room, comfortable mattress, good size rest room and shower, tv and safe. The hotel is near transit to include tour buses, trains, subway etc within walking distance. The staff on duty were quite knowledgeable of the local area and addressed all inquiries. For the price, location, room sanitation, you can't beat it and I would certainly stay here again and again and again.

We stayed at Hotel Tito for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we noticed both the AC and TV in our room did not work. Further, the shower head in the standing shower wasn’t secure and difficult to use. We also noticed what looked to be black mold along the caulking of the shower. The walls between the rooms are paper thin - we went to bed each night to screaming neighbors and blaring music / tv from other rooms or the front desk.

The room is so tiny you barely can fit your suitcases. The fridge was broken. Overall, the room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Location is so convenient! We would book again.

Room is small, not much space to put your suitcase anywhere. It is clean and staff are very helpful. Great for 1-2 Day stay.

Staff was excellent especially the 24 hour desk clerk are very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again the air conditioner works and they have an elevator.

I booked a stay with air conditioning and the a/c does not work there. We had a hot and sweaty night. I have to wait outside in the street for the staff to open the door and they are never at desk to open Waste of time

The Good: The staff in the day were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and even though the room was small the layout was fine. Has a small fridge to keep drinks cool and the AC worked wonders in the record breaking Rome heat. Location was also convenient, it was a 2 minute walk to Roma termini station and there are a few restaurants, bars, pharmacies and convenience stores nearby. The Bad: Night staff seemed aloof and was not very helpful. When a comforter was requested the staff on the night shift unexpectedly came into the room to unlock the comforter from a drawer in the closet. It was confusing as he did not state that he needed to come into the room or did not ask, kind of just barged in. Also when requesting an extra roll of toilet paper at around 9pm we were told that there wasn't any available, yet we were able to get a new roll once the day staff came in the morning. In the 4 nights there the power went out at least 10 times for intervals of 20 seconds to 5 minutes. The water pressure was very low and the ability to get hot enough water was also inconsistent. Finally, the shower head was defective and would not stay in place and instead kept tilting forward or falling over completely. If we didn't have these issues I would rate this an 8/10 but with all said it has to be 6/10.

24 hr front desk that answered patron call from street level right away. The small clean elevator actually worked. The friendly young man at night desk was informative and efficient. The room was as advertised if not better. Super clean. Comply bed. Clean bathroom. Makeup desk. No fridge though. Shower head spewed off (hilarious) just wound hose around pole and had a great shower ha. Stayed two nights. Close to Rome terminal so we could take it to our cruise port. La chambre pas conforme a ma reservation.espace super limiter pour trois personnes.il fallait enjamber nos bagages pour circuler dans la chambre. Rien pour poser nos affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain.pour les trois lits il n’y avait que 2 couvertures avec impossibilité de recuperer une troisième.!!!!le café supposé etre à disposition,etait en rupture de stock!!! Tout etait vieux et défraîchi pour un prix très elevé. Nous avons donc écourter notre séjour dans cette établissement. Et il nous a fallu perdre une demi-journée,pour obtenir au pres du receptionists Edouard qui etait de tres mauvaise foi a remettre les informations de son établissement a exepedia afin de donner son accord pour annuler notre reservation. Un vrai cauchemar,il se moquait de nous ouvertement. Sauvez vous,je ne recommande absolument pas.

Hotel Tito was exactly what I needed for a quick overnight place to sleep near Roma termini and the airport. It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the train station and I felt safe enough to do so alone as a single female. It was also close in proximity to many famous sites in Rome. There are many high quality affordable restaurants near by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a phone charger for a European outlet and the girl at the desk was so kind and saved me the hassle and money of having to hunt one down. Thanks again!

We have stayed twice previously at Hotel Tito and enjoyed it very much. It’s clean, well-priced, and close to Termini. But this time was a disaster. Even though we had room confirmations in the main Hotel, when we arrived, they walked us out the front door and down the street to an annex property called Hotel Tito Guest Suites. That building was old, filthy, and not at all inviting. When I complained to the front desk, and requested refund compensation, they would only give us our city room tax back which was €24 for two nights. It definitely felt like a bait and switch and we will never go back.

Staff spoke good English and checked us in after midnight. They also found and returned an item we accidentally left behind.

Varmvattnet i duschen var ständigt ett problem och blev plötsligt kallt. Ventilationen lät hela tiden, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova. Servicen var dock bra och de hjälpte till när det behövdes. Jag förlängde mitt vistelse med en natt och pratade med kvällspersonalen, men nästa dag knackade de på dörren och sa att jag måste checka ut. Det var dålig kommunikation mellan personalen.

This property is an excellent property to stay at if you want to be close to the termini Rome, shops and restaurants. You literally hop off the train and go one block in the hotels right there. In the Roma Termini there it’s like a full shopping mall. You also have connections to the city subway metro, and that was so convenient. When it comes to the hotel itself, it was clean, but what was concerning to me was that it would lose power two or three times in the night. I’m not sure if it was just the electrical because it is an old building, but everything else was good. Hotel has been completely updated.

Brilliant little hotel. Only 8 rooms and rooms are not the biggest but not small Roomy bathroom. 2mins walk to train, bus, metro, hop on bus, bars, shops, restaurant. But on quiet road away from it all. Highly recommended

Helpful staff that always accommodated us on short notice. Literally steps away from Termini station. Like any other hotel close to a train station, there will sometimes be sketchy characters hanging around outside, but I never felt like I would be in trouble.

The hotel itself was nice small but ok Window view terrible The surrounding area kinda bad but one or two streets and you are in a Middle East war zone and watch your step for human crap They’re is way better places for the price No I would not stay here again not because of the hotel but the human shi! Around it

Property is clean and newly renovated. Very convenient location for anyone wanting to stay close to Termini station, very short walk. The only issue was that the washroom and the room space was very tight. That's likely the case for other hotels in the areas. No breakfast on sure however, many cafes nearby.

Perfect location, a walking no more than 100 meters to subway, train and buses since is the terminal, all the famous places in the same area, shopping, restaurants…..very convenient. The hotel is good enough, is clean, it has nice rooms…however no too big, but no too small either, personal very friendly and helpful with anything you need…

Great location for part 2 of our Rome week. Did the first three nights in the ancient Rome part of town but move to this neighbourhood for the rest. It was a good call. Nice bed and room (be sure to get the triple room). Double can be very small. Smart TV in our room but not all they said. Good location for day trips out of Rome. Grocery stores where you can heat up a prepared meal in their microwave. Save a lot of money on food and take snacks to your room. Yes they still use keys but it made me feel like a local. I recommend staying here.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de la estación central. Atencion 24 hrs . El cuarto pequeño pero limpio y funcional. No tiene opción de desayuno o alguna zona aparte de los cuartos .
