Lift in gebouw is wel aan de kleine kant. Kamer op bovenste verdieping had een terras met uitzicht op de Altstad, heel gezellig om 's avonds even te bekomen van den drukke reisdag. Geen frigo of glazen op de kamer, wel een heel nette badkamer met douche en voldoende stopcontacten

Couldn’t really give an excellent for staff because there was none, but checking in was pretty easy. Even though we don’t speak German we were able to figure it out! The elevator is super tiny and we almost didn’t fit the two of us with our two bags but we just laughed every time we squeezed in! A great stay and would do it again.

Asked for high floor given level 1. Asked for double bed given twin beds. Nevertheless, the overall stay was pleasant as the lift was unique, the room was spacious and the location was next to Rathaus mrt entrance.

I was afraid of the booking I made because some of the comments were quite negative, but in my personal experience I enjoyed the property very much. It was clean, convenient, safe and silent. The water was warm and we had coffee. Compared to other hotels the room is quite big, it had kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The place is good, you have the cathedral and the river in a distance of five minutes. And both the check in and check out are very easy. I understand that if you hadn't use the self check in before you could need some minutes to understand the system, but for me, I received the code 1 day before my arrival, and made the check in 20 minutes before arrival, then I was able to access the hotel and get my keys immediately. It is true that it can be a little bit noisy because you are in the city center, but nothing serious. For me at least was ok. Also there is no Air Conditioning y but we had 32°c yesterday and was quite ok

Location is fantastic and rooms are fine. Drilling started at 8AM, and thin walls both between the rooms and to the street outside meant there was a lot of noise. Lack of staff even in the middle of the day made checking in difficult, as the automated system is overly complicated.

The hotel is lovely - was able to get an apartment which had a small kitchen area as well as the bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice. The rooms were really nicely decorated, and the bed very comfortable. It's also very central, with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. The only issue was checking in. There's no reception, instead you need to use a code to get in (or check in via an app). The details for this weren't shared by hotels.com. Instead I had to phone the hotel while stood at the front door to get the necessary codes. Apparently hotels.com are known for doing this. So something to be aware of if you book this otherwise lovely hotel.

Location was perfect. Bang in the middle of everything. No problem getting out in the morning to fetch a coffee and breakfast. A little noisy (my room was opposite a popular bar), but that was not a problem for me. Don't book if you need absolute silence to sleep.

Super Ambiente und ganz toller Blick vom Balkon auf (Rathaus?-)Platz und Dom. Sehr gepflegt und zweckmässige Raumaufteilung. Allerdings wäre eine menschlich besetzte Rezeption auch besser. Der Check-in per Automat hat aber zumindest tadellos funktioniert.

This property was very well located. It is right next to a town square where there plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to the river on one side and the impressive Cathedral on the other. The self-service check in was easy to understand and the building and room felt secure with the doors closed. The room was comfortable with basic kitchen facilities that including a fridge. There was plenty of storage space for your clothes. There are 2 things missing. There is no safe in the room, and the building does not have air conditioning. The positives far outweigh the negatives and I would not hesitate to stay at these apartments again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the Alter Markt square (a big square with lots of restaurants and pubs) and a few hundred metres away from the Dom. However, the beds are horrific, they are very hard and not a very good sleep. Also there is no airco, which was not pleasant because the two days we stayed it was 29 degrees celcius outside but inside even warmer. So overall: location great. Room not so great.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in 30 years. The unstaffed check in was nearly impossible, when you could finally get hold of them staff not helpful at all. The building is extremely noisy making it nearly impossible to sleep. I want a refund!!!!

Ein spannendes Konzept, auf dass ich mich für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise mal eingelassen habe und vorab: Ich habe es nicht bereut. Den Check-In habe ich bereits problemlos auf der Anreise erledigt, Einlass ins Hotel mit dem zugesandten Türcode war auch ohne Schwierigkeiten. Die Zimmeröffnung via App hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber der Automat am Eingang hat schnell die Zimmerkarte ausgegeben. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Dass es mitten in der Altstadt nachts nicht leise ist, weiß man vorher. Die Lage ist super, mitten im Leben und fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. Das war gewiss nicht mein letzter Besuch.

There is no concierge desk at this property. I failed to recieve and email from the hotel with my entry code for the front door. I waited on the street for 45 minutes until another hotel guest was exiting the building. I had to plead to be let in the front door before I could check myself in. An email to the hotel failed to get a reply. Very poor customer service.

This property is in the middle of everything.. great location very convenient for people without a car... However, it seems to me that this was a party zone. Music and people going on all night long. You're not a party people so it was a challenge for us at night trying to go to sleep wait so much noise. Read the check in instructions well before you get to the property. They don't have stuff there to help you checking in.

Location is fantastic and rooms are fine. Drilling started at 8AM, and thin walls both between the rooms and to the street outside meant there was a lot of noise. Lack of staff even in the middle of the day made checking in difficult, as the automated system is overly complicated.

Great place to stay. Lively outside on the weekend, so not somewhere for people who like quiet. I loved it though. Great location. Not far to the cathedral, river or station. Couldn't fault anything.

Sehr zentral gelegen und solide Zimmerausstattung, aber viel Lärm in der Umgebung und im Hotel bei schlecht gedämmten Fenstern und Türen. Im Hotel selbst läuft sehr laut Musik (vom Hotel selbst), die ich, wenn ich abends etwas Ruhe finden wollte, als sehr störend empfunden habe. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Location was perfect. Bang in the middle of everything. No problem getting out in the morning to fetch a coffee and breakfast. A little noisy (my room was opposite a popular bar), but that was not a problem for me. Don't book if you need absolute silence to sleep.

This place is in the best location you could ask for. The cleaning was second to none and the beds are really comfy. The maintenance leaves room for improvement, TV in room 301 does not work, foot prints on the wall, broken bathroom heater and damaged wall art.

This property was very well located. It is right next to a town square where there plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to the river on one side and the impressive Cathedral on the other. The self-service check in was easy to understand and the building and room felt secure with the doors closed. The room was comfortable with basic kitchen facilities that including a fridge. There was plenty of storage space for your clothes. There are 2 things missing. There is no safe in the room, and the building does not have air conditioning. The positives far outweigh the negatives and I would not hesitate to stay at these apartments again.

Super Ambiente und ganz toller Blick vom Balkon auf (Rathaus?-)Platz und Dom. Sehr gepflegt und zweckmässige Raumaufteilung. Allerdings wäre eine menschlich besetzte Rezeption auch besser. Der Check-in per Automat hat aber zumindest tadellos funktioniert.
