I had high hopes based on other reviews but this property fell short. - Our linens were clean but there were handprints on the windows and spots on the desk that had sticky spots from prior guests. No microwave in room. - Hallways had paper/garbage in the evening that was still there by checkout the next morning - Pool ladder near the hot tub was loose making it dangerous to climb out on that side. Also wish the employee that checked us in had let us know the waterslide was only open after 4pm. - Breakfast was just fair. Cold eggs, thin Tim Hortons style "bacon", pancake machine that didnt work and no employee around to ask for help with fixing it. Stale pastries. - Uncomfortable bed made for an awful night sleep and sore back in the morning - Employees smoking out front - Generally apathetic staff I usually stay at Martensville Canalta but thought I'd give this one a try. Next time I will stay with Canalta.

Have stayed several times and have had no complaints. Just one this time: the pool REALLY needs to be cleaned. Black gunk on the edges and in the corners, the water was very cloudy this time.

Pool was great for family with young kids. Hot tub was warm and worked. Pool was not too deep and did have a shallower end. Waterside does not drip on hot tub users. The pool experience was great! Beds were clean and decent. Bathroom soap was a favourite of mine. I always wish hotels had thicker bedding but that is my own personal preference. I do wish breakfast was a bit better. There was nothing wrong with breakfast per se, they had hot and cold options but nothing stood out as absolutely amazing. I would stay here again. Nice location.

Property inside and out were clean and well maintained. Hallways were wide. We had 3 adults, 1 child and dog so it was great to see a spacious room with high ceilings. Had comfortable beds and a place to work. We all enjoyed the fitness room and pool. Breakfast had cold and hot items nothing special it was fine. Staff friendly and professional.

I took my son for a "staycation" and we decided to come here because of the waterslide and pool. The pool was probably a foot of water below where it should have been, so it didn\'t feel very deep. The waterslide isn\'t turned on until 4pm also. I felt the pool area was a bit dirty, chewed gum on the ground, bathroom unkept. Our room however was nice and clean, no complaints other than the tv is a tad small and sound is not so great.

The housekeepers need to dust and clean the corners of the rooms and bathrooms, the pool and area needs a good cleaning you can tell they dont spray it down nightly like other places do. The hallways are loud because sound proofing there sucks...not a horrible stay but we wont be returning.

This hotel was alright. It was clean, which is what I was most concerned about and look for in hotel stays. The air conditioner was broken in the unit though, which sucked because we had to turn it off half way through the night due to it being way too loud. My partner said it sounded like “a helicopter” was in our room. The tv was fine but very limited channels as well- it was a budget hotel and you could tell. The breakfast was not good at all. I managed to have some toast and sausages. The eggs were inedible. The staff was nice for the most part, however, my partner felt a staff member was being passive aggressive when she saw us with a luggage cart she goes “oh there’s the other cart” and we apologized that we needed it and she just kind of shrugged.

It was good, the staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. However the only suggestions that I could offer PUT A KING SIZE BED IN SOME ROOMS. The rooms are large enough, especially in the queen suite. Also tv the turns towards the bed and more channels to watch ( example: Food network & HGTV).

The property was clean and well decorated. It was wonderful to be located in the same parking lot as a shoppers drug mart. However the service was less then stellar. We waited for 25 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. Once we got to our room the hdmi cord on the tv was no good so all the channels had horrible static so you couldn’t watch anything. The light switches in the entrance didn’t appear to turn anything on or off. Not even sure if they were hooked up. We did stay on New Year’s Eve. We were awoken by what sounded like a entire team of teenagers running up and down the halls blowing noisemakers and yelling as loud as possible. Now I can appreciate youth and being excited for new years, what I didn’t appreciate was them doing it for 20-30 minutes with continuous yelling and noise making. This is a hotel not a party! The most disappointing part was the fact that we paid just shy of $200 for one night at this location. Not only was it an unpleasant experience but I felt like we grossly overpaid for the service and experience provided. We will not be returning.

Front desk staff were excellent but cant understand the Hotels policy on early check in. I asked for an early check in and was told it would be $20, I had no problem with that. My wife and i were going to a wedding and didn't realise some good friends of ours were also staying there, they asked what time we were arriving so i told them 12 was our early check in time,We decided to leave Battleford to get there a little earlier then 12, are actual time of arrival was 11:15am, i asked if i could check in then as i was told the room was ready, unfortunately the front desk said it woukd be another $20. I reluctantly paid it after a discussion with my wife. Conclusion is I am very disappointed in what she called the management policy.It sucks in my opinion,with all the wedding guests that were there a little discretion would of gone a long way. This philosophy of getting as much money from paying guests really highlights how greedy society is getting especially the hotel trade. I ran a hotel for 4 years and as long as the room was ready i let my guest in on early checkin ins. Really really disappointed in management

Upon checking in at the front desk, I was informed I did not have a reservation, due to a cancellation. I had called Expedia, to cancel 1 room out of 2, that I had booked, and confirmed with the agent, 1 room was still available. Front desk staff did not offer to book me a room, I had to request it myself. In the morning while checking out, I had asked the lady about the room being cancelled by Expedia, and she said that just one room had been cancelled, and I expressed that I had to pay for another room. She was going to contact Expedia to see what happened and have not been contacted. In total, I have been charged enough for 8 rooms.
