Had a lovely few days here. Lovely accommodation and owners are v welcoming. V relaxed on rules which was great. Pool runs on a timetable so you get sole use. Also has unallocated slots which are first come first served. Lots of pool toys and crabbing kits, buckets and spades to use. Milkiosk vending machine at neighboring farm is positively addictive - we went every day and brought 2 litres home with us.

We have stayed in 3 different barns, all excellent. Molesworth this stay. Fully kitted out kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Lovely touches like milk, scones, cream and jam on arrival. Pool and hot tub a massive plus. Also, think it’s the only place we’ve stayed that actually have bath sheets in the bathroom instead of towels not fit for purpose. Would definitely recommend a stay and we will be certainly be coming back.

Very thoughtfully laid out property. Amazingly well designed barn convertion. Provided everything you could need including slippers, detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, toilet paper, dog bowl and many more for those who don’t bring their own. This barn is one of the most private on site. I particularly loved being able to recycle. Facilities were fantastic. (Heated pool and hot tub neatly organised in a timetable to have the place to yourself) Brilliant value for money. Lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of busy areas.

Cannot fault our stay at Molesworth Barn! Very clean and had a wonderful welcome treat of Devon scones, cream and jam! It had everything we needed and bonus of a washing machine so that we could get the washing done before coming home which was great! Fantastic location and in the countryside! Additional bonus of a shared swimming pool and hot tub and private pool timetable worked really well! We would love to stay again! Thank you for a lovely week x x

Each barn was exceptional and ideal for our family holiday. We settled in quickly and met Anne-Louise a couple of hours later, she was just so lovely and very informative. The cleanliness of the barns was excellent, every detail had been so carefully thought through, especially in the kitchen, the beds were so comfy and big and having underfloor heating was luxury. We were delighted by the welcome treats too; the scones, jam, and cream, along with the locally sourced milk, were all absolutely superb! The warm pool and hot tub were fantastic additions to our stay. No matter what the weather was doing outside, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves inside. Overall, this place is a real find! Anne-Louise was the perfect host and we'll definitely be back again. Thank you for everything!!

Spacious and well equipped barn with excellent bathroom and generally very comfortable and homely. Great location just a short drive to the main road network. Shopping and a selection of supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away. Perfect for EV car owners as good charging facilities. Nice swimming pool too.

Just back from a lovely holiday at High Park farm just what we needed the accommodation was very clean and the cream tea left for us was yummy, the swimming pool and hot tub was very clean and we liked the fact there was a rota so everyone could enjoy it on their own. The Thatched Inn at Abbotsham was nice and we were made to feel welcome we had 2 meals there which were excellent

The property was perfect for a couple and dog. Close to amenities and beaches, but also rural with lovely views. The barn has been converted to a high spec, with modern fixtures and fittings, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool is an added bonus. Everything was sparkling clean and communication over directions and check in was clear and easy.

This must be one of the best if not the best of all the holiday accommodation that we have stayed in with our dogs, location,facilities,cleaning,all very well organised even down to the hose pipe and outside tap to wash the dogs muddy paws !!

5 stars is not enough. The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable. The owners made us very welcome and were available at any time (even though our stay was over Christmas!). Thank you so much for a very restful and enjoyable few days. We will be back again.

10/10 across the board, outstanding facilities with gorgeous views. Close enough to Bideford and westward ho! But felt secluded enough to be able to relax completely. Can't wait to return and enjoy it all again.

This is the third time we have stayes at Molesworth Barn and we would really struggle to find fault. It is well located and very peaceful and the facilites in the accommodation are excellent.

The barn itself is very nicely appointed, with all the utensils and facilities you are likely to need for two people. We usually cooked at least one meal each day when the wind and rain meant we didn't much fancy heading outside. There is a very large bed with good bedding and towels provided. There are TVs in both rooms with decent Freeview reception. Heating is under-floor and worked well. The dogs really enjoyed the warm floor. The Wi-Fi is pretty good, but speeds drop dramatically when all the adjacent barns are occupied, especially if there are lots of kids each with their own connected devices. Initially we found we couldn't connect to our own barn's Wi-Fi, but could to another barn's system, so perhaps it can only handle a small number of connections to each barn. The bathroom was newly redecorated and worked well, with plenty of hot water available at all times. The pool and hot tub were very nice to have available. There is a time slot allocated to each property every day. Most of these were not convenient for us and, although there are first-come, first-served slots for the rest of the day, we'd have preferred a pre-booking system so you don't get your swimming gear together and head off to the pool only to find someone else got their first. Car parking was fine. We never had a problem getting a space outside our barn. The location is fairly remote with no public footpaths or convenient dog walks nearby. You can't easily walk to any shops either, so a car is a must. It's then only a few minutes to lots of supermarkets and Atlantic Village retail centre. We knew this before booking as we'd stayed here before and were fine with it. We cycled into Bideford which involves travelling on the surprisingly busy road at the end of the driveway, and then onto the main road past Atlantic Village with occasional shared cycle paths. Once in the town you can get onto the Tarka Trail towards Meath or Barnstaple quite easily.

Fantastic 5 day break for my wife and I including our 3 dogs. Home from home comforts with fantastic hosts. We will certainly be back thank you for a great holiday. 👍🙂

We had the best time at molesworth, Everything we needed , The scenery and peace was awesome The wildlife, The location Swimming pool and jacuzzi So much room for the dogs to play off lead Lovely host . Lovely cleaners who were in the neighbours property but still had a chat give information and asked if anything we needed. We will return as it was Everything we required. Better than the photos . Very warm and the comforts of home .

High Park Barns offers luxury accommodation with everything to a high specification, including a swimming pool and is ideally located for the north Devon beaches and close to other amenities. Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great communication with the host and facilities up to scratch. This was our second visit and will definitely come again.

From the moment you arrived until you leave you will be in a bubble. Everything is perfect. The views, the barns, the swimming pool and hot tube. Easy access to any beaches around and country side things to visit and do. The owners are a fabulous couple, always happy to help. This is our second time coming and we already book for next year. Do not change anything here, it’s just perfect the way it is.

A private swim also appeals with the swim schedule making sure you can have the pool every day and plan around the schedule. Excellent pubs locally and the Atlantic village is a stones throw away although you would never know in this quiet haven with green views. Self catering but all essentials provided with a warm welcome of scones and a pint of milk from the local farm milk kiosk. Other places we have stayed supply nothing. Already booked to stay again.
