An amazing stay. The hosts could have not been more accommodating. We got upgraded as we were the only people there, but the hosts we fantastic at making sure breakfast was ready and that we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lancaster

Delicious breakfast. Owners friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous view of the Lancashire countryside from our window. Room clean and spacious. Proper power shower in the bathroom. We were only able to stay one night (this time) but it was pretty much perfect. 10/10

Steven and Ann are wonderful hosts and keep a spotless well run B&B. Lots of choice for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The description is not correct as it says there is a bar/ lounge with food available . There is a lounge but no food or drink except for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8.00 which is not much use if you are working or have an early start.
