We had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous.

We arrived later in the evening and were warmly welcomed. A table had already been reserved for us in the dog friendly area.. The dining offering was superb and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble. Probably the nest hotel stay we've had in many years of travelling.

We stopped at this hotel on the way down south and were very happy that we did. The room was well laid out, clean and we received plenty of help and communication from the staff. Breakfast was a highlight and now ranks amongst the top breakfast we've had on our travels with plenty of options complemented by some great tea and coffee. If you have time, you can enjoy a drink beside the river before you set off. We'll be back

Such a wonderful place to stay, George couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, the room was gorgeous with a real cosy country feel to it. Everything has been thought of, down to a towel and bowls for our dog. Breakfast was amazing! And the bar in the evening for drinks was welcoming and relaxing

This place is absolutely amazing. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Our evening meal was some of the best food we've ever eaten. We also used the wellness facilities which were equally fantastic. Overall a superb place.

We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff and provided with comfortable well equipped accommodation. The food was excellent at both dinner and breakfast with a wide choice of well cooked locally sourced produce. The hotel is in a wonderful location with plenty of outside seating.

The room had clean bedding and towels, however, first impressions were clouded by the fact that neither the bedroom nor bathroom bin had been emptied after previous guests, however this was dealt with immediately once brought to the attention of staff. One of the cups in the room also had a line where tea/coffee had been . The place was clean but the cutlery needed replacing as the knife handles were very worn. The menu was very limited and overpriced but the food was good and we couldn’t fault the service in general.

Average stay, the building is nice location by the river bank and the staff are ok. Menu is pricey and not all that impressive too much faff not enough substance. We were there for one night only and wish we were there longer. It was truly an exceptional experience! The service, the food, the room, the setting etc. of the hotel was just absolutely impeccable. We keep thinking when we can go back and stay at least two nights. We truly look forward to their great service, amazing food again in the not too distant future! George & team, we really look forward to seeing you again! Keep up the good work!

This is the second time we’ve stayed and both times have been really good. George is a lovely host, the food is superb and the accommodation of a high standard. There are nice touches such as fresh milk and home made flapjacks in the room.

We had a fabulous stay at The Riverside. We stayed in one of the Garden rooms which was perfect in every way with thoughtful details, such as a torch to walk back with after dinner, and fresh milk in our fridge for tea/coffee. What really impressed was the service we received from the staff. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, the manager and his brilliant young team looked after us so well . We will definitely return!

Amazing host. The location is pefect for exploring both locally and a little further afield, such as Worcester, Hereford and Ludlow. Great quiet accommodation. This is a foodie paradise, the restaurant is amazing, local produce on a blanced menu cooked to perfection.

We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff and provided with comfortable well equipped accommodation. The food was excellent at both dinner and breakfast with a wide choice of well cooked locally sourced produce. The hotel is in a wonderful location with plenty of outside seating.

Had a great stay at Riverside, sat out next to the river and watched the bats other wildlife. Staff are very helpful and serve very nice locally sourced products for dinner and breakfast.

We had a fabulous stay at The Riverside. We stayed in one of the Garden rooms which was perfect in every way with thoughtful details, such as a torch to walk back with after dinner, and fresh milk in our fridge for tea/coffee. What really impressed was the service we received from the staff. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, the manager and his brilliant young team looked after us so well . We will definitely return!

We had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous.

We arrived later in the evening and were warmly welcomed. A table had already been reserved for us in the dog friendly area.. The dining offering was superb and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble. Probably the nest hotel stay we've had in many years of travelling.

The room had clean bedding and towels, however, first impressions were clouded by the fact that neither the bedroom nor bathroom bin had been emptied after previous guests, however this was dealt with immediately once brought to the attention of staff. One of the cups in the room also had a line where tea/coffee had been . The place was clean but the cutlery needed replacing as the knife handles were very worn. The menu was very limited and overpriced but the food was good and we couldn’t fault the service in general.

This place is absolutely amazing. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Our evening meal was some of the best food we've ever eaten. We also used the wellness facilities which were equally fantastic. Overall a superb place.

Average stay, the building is nice location by the river bank and the staff are ok. Menu is pricey and not all that impressive too much faff not enough substance. Room was ok, petite but well furnished,Breakfast was good WIFI is free but terrible coverage and speed, had to leave after breakfast to conduct teams meetings

An absolute gem of a property! My partner and I stayed for a quick overnight escape. The accommodation was stunning, the staff absolutely wonderful...very hard working and extremely professional and friendly. We had Sunday lunch which was better then most Michelin star restaurants we have attended Just an overall faultless stay. We will be back! x

Great stay but there was only a bath and no shower. Unfortunately the taps leaked and there was some damage to the floor and chrome. Not the hotels fault but with the sticky weather a shower would have been nice. Very pleasant staff and great hotel.

This is such a special place - the accommodation is charming, comfy and convenient, the spa facilities are SPECIAL, staff are lovely and helpful and the food was great. It's a true indie place within striking distance of many great walks, and equally a fab place just to chill and unwind. Gorgeous and so well looked after.

The room, although small ,had everything and more..homemade flapjack, ground coffee, fridge with water and mik in. The food and many drinks,locally sourced and beautiful. Tastes untasted before..lovely

This is our second time to stay at this property and it’s as good as the first time. Very nice dinner and service was impeccable even though they were so busy. Will definitely stay again. Well done Andy and George! Keep up the good work!
