Valet parking is MANDATORY at $42 a night. There was no TV remote in the room and my wife forgot her entertainment bag so all we had was the TV to kill two hours. I called the front desk and was told one would be sent up. We waited two boring hours waiting for the remote which never did come. It came back to the room at 9:30 that night to no remote. I called down to the front desk again and was told he would personally bring it up. After waiting again for 45 minutes this time we gave up and decided to go to bed. I went to hang the “Do Not Disturb “ sign on the door and found the remote hanging on the door know with no knock to let us know the remote was there. The hotel is perfect for location since Great American Ballpark is right across the street.

Nice hotel. Rooftop bar is nice with great views of Cincinnati skyline. Having to pay 45.00 a night for valet parking is not ideal when you consider coat per night of rooms. Just across street from Great Amwrican Ballpark so it is very convenient if you are going to a reds game. Hotel.needs to have room service as wwll aa have kitchen in rooftop bar area stay open later.

This was a great property. I throughly enjoyed myself and will absolutely return. The staff were all super helpful and prompt. The rooms were very clean. The gym was great and it’s in a fantastic location across from a beautiful garden, walk along the river, amazing views and great dining options in the area. The only thing missing was better food at the lounge. The menu was very small. Other than that it was great and great value.

The hotel and staff were great. They may want to mention that they only have valet parking on the premises and that the charge is $42 per night. In and out privileges are included with the valet price.

Was between baseball and football stadium Very active night life area Would be very challenging to get to if Bengals and or Reds were in town but once situated would be very convenient. Facility due to that traffic was alittle “ worn” but overall fine for the family trip we were on . Roof top bar had a great view of the river

This hotel has an incredible location if you are going to either the Bengals or Reds stadiums. Easy valet parking and stadiums are within walking distance. Lots of food choices as well along the banks. Hotel staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean.

Floors were dirty, I left black footprints on the shower floor. The room finishes and artwork were clinical and depressing, all grey and brown. The breakfast was not managed, no plates or utensils to be found for the buffet The parking at $40 daily is a rip off as is the daily room rate of $360.

Stayed before, room seemed dirty, grime on bathroom counter, desk was dirty, didn’t have a clean feel. When we got our car back from valet there were white ashes all over passenger seat and dash. I had detailed my car before trip so it was really upsetting.

Excellent hotel, close to the ballpark too. Staff was excellent; everyone was welcoming with smiles and good mornings. We were there to see the Reds/Braves, and loved our room with balcony. Excellent bed, super clean room, nice shower, etc. Our booking included breakfast — not typical but tasty with good coffee. Parking is valet only; parking team was great. Check-in was with Deante (not sure I spelled that right) and he was extremely personable and gave us all the info we needed. We’ll plan to stay here again the next time we’re in town!

Urine spots on the floor in the bathroom. Pubic hair in the towels in the bathroom. Some lights didn't work in the room. Initially no heat, but eventually it came on. Won't stay there again.

Great stay! We got a corner room with an incredible view of the river. Huge walk around balcony made for a very nice setting! Directly across from the Morlein Brewery. Super close to Reds and Bengals stadiums. We will definitely stay here again.

It's the perfect place to stay if you're in town for a baseball game. The park is right across the street. The hotel is great and the staff is very helpful. The only downside is if you face the street that runs into the ballpark the bars are open late and it can be very noisy. Be sure to ask for a room off that street if you want a better night sleep.

If you’re going to a Reds game, you can’t beat the location, there are bars and restaurants right around the corner. The bed was a little hard and did not care for the pillows at all, but the air conditioning work great, even when it was 90 outside.

Not only are the rooms modern and comfortable, the views are stunning. Conveniently located within walking distance from multiple professional sports venues and dinning options. What really set this property above others is the service. The front desk staff really went above and beyond. Dan helped me sort out a booking issue. Anna not only helped us find late night food delivery, she even ordered it for us when we didn’t have the necessary apps on our phones. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming including the parking valets. The desk staff happily accommodated every request we had. We had a minor issue with our room selection but they rectified it right away with very little discussion - no objections either. Great location too! Really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

We were disappointed with the valet (wait was very long)…. Then the room was incorrect. We booked a king and were given a double… then the staff acted like they really didn’t have a king for us to begin with and gave us a king over a loud bar area. You could not get extra coffee for your coffee maker. Room was not worth almost $300

Great location and plenty of entertainment and food options within walking distance. We were here for a Bengals game and the stadium was just a few blocks west of the hotel. Hotel is right in the middle of all the fun stuff to do at The Banks! Room is spacious and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the convenience and location. The walk everywhere was nice. Really enjoyed the details to breakfast. They fly croissants from Spain, they are incredible! It was the most beautifully presented and delicious food bar. The service was the best we have ever had here in the US! We definitely want to come back. But reason we originally booked here was for the rooftop experience and the night we stayed-the rooftop was closed. We were so disappointed and so sad. So maybe call and ask beforehand (bad thing is I called with a question on something else before I booked and never thought to ask about that).

This is a lovely modern hotel by the stadiums and riverfront. Great gym and rooftop bar. But the lobby was very sterile - no water or coffee - and I didn’t appreciate the high cost of the parking and breakfast. We asked for a river view and got a room facing the stadium wall, very loud in the evening. When I asked to change rooms, the front desk attendant shrugged and said that all double queen rooms were on that side. Our bathroom didn’t have a fan or any lotion. The room’s beds were on the small side and there was nothing written about the hotel or city. I had to ask where to find the gym. So generally I’d say you are paying for the location. This hotel is more about looks than comfort.

The location was great! We were there to see the Phillies vs Reds and it was right across the street. A few improvements I’d recommend are: 1. Add a restaurant to the hotel; 2. Supply free coffee/tea/water station in the lobby; 3. Include a free continental breakfast for the price you pay per night; 4. PUT A RUBBER SHOWER MAT IN THE TUB! It is extremely slippery!!

We visited for a wedding and a Reds game. Property was safe and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Only downside was no on site restaurant, but there are many within a ten minute walk.
