I found the hotel very conveniently located near an airport line station, was excellent for a Bangkok stop-over including the city. The room was very clean and spacious, and the early and late checkouts made my stay very low-stress and comfortable.

I would dearly love to give this hotel the highest marks (this was my third time staying there, and my returning itself shows that I think it's a great place). And I loved the room, the pool, the staff. But this time around, I had mosquitoes in my room. At first, I just tried to kill them myself. That did not help. They kept coming (from the bathroom, I assume). And when I told the front desk staff, they said they were sorry (that's great, but it does not solve the problem). They also said they would spray the room, but then they forgot. When I reminded them they again said they would. And then they said they did. But I saw no difference - we still had mosquitoes. This was not the case a month ago, when I was in room 809 - that one had no mosquitoes. Room 710 (my last stay) did. Stay away from room 710 :) However, I must add that if I am back in Bangkok, I will stay at this hotel again.

It was an excellent hotel, excellent stay for an excellent price. I was annoyed that I needed to leave a 1000 baht deposit at my check in - I have stayed in 4 other hotels in Bangkok in the last month, and nowhere did they ask for a deposit. But that is a minor thing, and they did let you know ahead of time (it was mentioned on Expedia). A lamp in my room did not work, so I went downstairs with it, and they replaced it with the one that worked, and said I should not have come downstairs, I should have called and they would have sent someone. The tea kettle in the room is not meant to work, you are expected to go to the cooler in the corridor to get both cold and hot water. But even without me asking for it, they brought one into my room as they did the daily cleaning the day after I came. That was nice and thoughtful. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very nice and clean, and it had everything I needed. I will definitely come back.
