The check in is not 24/7, we arrived a bit later than planned and there were no one there, 4th floor without an elevator, very small room, no window, but great neighborhood

The hotel is very convenient for visiting central London and in particular the main museums. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it's cheap compared to the other options. The area around the hotel is safe and relatively quiet and there are a number of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean but very small and there is nowhere to store any valuables. I didn't have any hot water in the shower which made for a refreshing experience!

Really great budget hotel if you aren’t claustrophobic! Staff are very friendly and great location. My only fault with it is that I wanted to have a hot shower and there hasn’t been any hot water 😢

No elevator if you have issues with stairs then don’t stay here No hot water, shower was maybe Luke warm. Reception made you feel like you were a bother It may be cheaper than most but not even with that

No hot water for 2 days of a 4 day stay staff couldn’t really care when told them. Rooms are ridiculously tiny. Walls are thin. Could hear the person in the next room snoring their head off.

The room had quite a whiff of drains which was not pleasant, and there was no hot water (4 of us stayed in 4 different rooms, no-one had hot water). Extremely small rooms, no carpet, mains points under the shower at the end of the bed (not exactly convenient for phones), no bedside table since the wall is right against the bed on one side and a 6 inch gap on the other

Pros: The hotel is in a good neighborhood close to nice restaurants and the tube is walking distance (0.3 miles to earl's ct, gloucester road) Cons: no elevator and if your room is on the 4th story you have to walk up with your luggage. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to help me though. The room was pretty much a capsule hotel room with room for just the bed. The bathroom was tiny and the shower drain wasn;t working. Next time I will just pay a 100 quid extra and get a proper hotel room

The shower had no hot water, didn't enjoy having cold showers every day. The property also doesn't have a lift, so be mindful of that if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, it was what I expected to be, and the air conditioning kept the room a pleasant temperature.

Small room but clean and modern.

No heating or air con, but good ventilation, it wasn't cold. clean room and exactly what was needed for a night. I was in a economy double with no window, and this was fine for 1 person.

This is truly the worst hotel I've ever been to. I stayed at easyHotel in Amsterdam and absolutely loved it, which is the only reason I booked the stay at this one. Although this hotel is in a great neighborhood, behind it's doors is a completely different story. We arrived around 9pm and checked in. The issue was the dirty sink, dirty shower, and absolutely disgusting bed. The first two pillows had beige stains on it. The second two pillows had small blood stains on the corners of it. When lifting up the comforter from the bed, I saw pubic hair throughout the bed. Taking a closer look at the bed, I saw stains as well. When I went into the bathroom, I saw there was stains on the sink and hair at the bottom of the shower. when I tried to get out of the bathroom the door handle broke and I got stuck in there. This is where I knew this hotel was absolute trash. It took my boyfriend 10 minutes to get me out. We went to talk to the person who checked us in and asked for a different room. When we explained what happened and asked for a different room his response was " Whats wrong?". I repeated the issues and he said there were no other rooms left and he can give me a refund. We grabbed our things and left. We got put in the position to try to find another hotel at 10pm in the middle of an unfamiliar place. Called this hotel the next day to confirm refund and they were so rude. They do not have any cleaning standards and horrible customer service. Stay as far away as possible.

Room was what was expected, clean, although decorating wasn’t perfected, pillows very flat. Booked as I was at the Royal Albert Hall for an event

Clean comfy room. WiFi worked and it was quiet. Not close to The Hyde park area for BST gigs but easy enough to get there on public transport or with taxi. Friendly helpful staff. Had no issues at all. Close to lots of amenities. Would definitely use again

Mould on windows, hair on towels and tiny space

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a hotel. The TV channels didn’t work, the shower was terrible with no power and the rooms cleanliness was very questionable. It also says the rooms are sound proof, which they 100% are not. My room was unfortunately next to reception and the front door. I could here every word that was said in reception and the front door banging until 1am and then around 6am when people were leaving, which needed up with me having very little sleep!!

Bed sheets had hair that was not mine. Bathroom shower curtain had mold. Dusty floors and air.

I wasn’t expecting it to be anything special for £75 but this was horrendous Litter was left in the bed Toilet not cleaned No room for luggage / space to move Not worth the money

The only thing good about this was the location, it was dirty, terrible sulphur smell from the sink and and taps, the shower curtain smelt mouldy, the bathroom and sleeping area needing a good clean, horrified after first night as bottom sheet moved as there was what looked like blood stains on the matress protector. There were no towels, had to find someone in the basement of the property, who was less than friendly, and sighed whe i asked for towels! It was also like a sweatbox, when we got to the room the door was wedged open and a fan was on the floor of the doorway in an attempt to cool a room woth zero ventilation, we kept the shower room light on so the fan in the ceiling may give some airflow

The bathroom was just dirty, I couldn't face showering in it so checked out early and got showered at work. Also place advertises as air-conditioning in the rooms, there is but you can't control the temperature- what is the point !!!!!

Good safe location. Just a few mins from Kensington High St. Tubes and buses close by. Hotel has a lot of steps to access the building so good knee joints are a must. Room has a comfortable small UK double bed. And thats it. No furniture, just two hooks. At best, this double room is ok for one person. For two, ok only if you have no luggage (as there is no space for luggage) and packed lightly. We were a couple and did only sleep in room. Out at 8am and back about 11pm. This is a very basic room and you can only move one step before banging into the bed or the wall. Tiny, Tiny, Tiny. For about £20 more you can get a Hub-Premier Inn room and its a million times better than this. Try a Hub-Premier Inn room before booking here. This is a last resort hotel. Having said that, it was clean. Staff were friendly. We were also advised about Breakfast for £6 each in hotel next door. It was actually £7+ service charge and I wouldnt recommend it. McDonalds breakfast is quicker and cheaper.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel nights I've ever spent in London. I was in room G1, which shared a wall with the reception and I could hear every movement made on the other side of the wall as clear as day, which woke me up several times. The mattress was bumpy and uneven, the toilet roll holder was broken, the shower was either scalding or freezing, the walls were scuffed and bare, as was the furnishing of the rest of the room - not even a side table or glass for water. The only real redemptions were the nice young man at the front desk - Jorge - and that the room was at least superficially clean. Needless to say, I won't be going back and not only would I not recommend anyone else stay at the hotel, but I would actively discourage it. I would, however, gladly accept a refund (or partial at least) for a wholly forgettable experience.

This property is great for the price, the staff were very helpful and it was easy to find from the tube station. The rooms are very compact but great for single night usage. It was unbearably hot in the room we was in on the lower floor so we had to ask to get it turned off, when we awoke the next morning it was on again and we was melting! But easy fix and staff were always happy to switch off for us. Bathroom was very clean other than the toilet seat, but it’s an easy miss. The rooms have similar walls to cruise ship cabins if that resonates with anyone, magnetic walls which are quite cool which is nice when both sides of the bed touch the walls. Overall great value for money, great location :)

The room was essentially a pod - very small. There was no way to adjust the temperature, or store anything but it was secure and comfortable.

Comfortable 1 night stay - the room was extremely small.

Room very very warm, probably due to being without windows and sandwiched between two others ( I knew this was a windowless room, so not entirely unexpected) bathroom fan screamed like a banshee, paper thin walls so no sleep due to one of the neighbouring rooms having someone snoring and the other ( maybe the same) having an iphone alarm going off at 4:30am which didnt seem to wake the sleeper for quite a while. Inside door lock didnt seem to lock, and with only centimetres of hardboard seperating rooms anytime someone walked in their room it sounded as though they were in my room. However the bathroom pod was scrupulously clean despite being shabby.

The rooms are so small you can’t move in them . The first room we were offered was awful there was only a two foot square to stand in bed and a tardis bathroom. Not recommended if you what comfort . They need to pay you to stay in the first room I was offered.

Good value for the price. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Would not recommend to couples because of the size of the room. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE CLAUSTROPHOBIC - or at least get a window room. Also there is no room for luggage so if you have anything bigger than a carry on don’t stay here.

This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again.

Central location, 24/7 reception, multilingual staff, cheap and safe area. Highly recommend for a tourist trying to explore and experience london!

Booked for a one-night stay, and unfortunately I became ill with food poisoning before arriving. Andrew and George were very helpful in checking me in and speaking with me about possibly reserving another night, if needed. When I got to my room, all I needed was to lie down and recover. The bed was warm and very comfortable, and I got a great night's sleep that I'll remember for a very long time. The next morning I woke up feeling much better, and was able to get out and get to the tube to catch my flight with no problem. Thanks! (I only gave "condition" a 4 instead of 5 because the hot water was barely warm, but I didn't really need it anyway. Maybe it was a high-demand time of day. Room 2.2)

Receptionist (lady) was awful on arrival - room was too clostrophobic and water took nearly 10 minutes to run through til it was warm. Never made it to hot! Receptionist on leaving (man) was much better

Easy Hotel South Kensington is my go-to hotel when I am in London - I have probably stayed there 3-4 months total in the past few years. The staff are great and strive to accommodate your requests if possible. It is a very short 5-10 minute walk to Earl's Court Underground Tube station where you can take the District or Piccadilly lines - which is especially convenient for coming or going to Heathrow Airport as well as Central London. To be honest the rooms are fairly small - however the beds are comfortable - and the price is usually among the best in London - don't expect luxury -= however except for sleeping I am seldom in my room when in London so that is not an issue for me. There is a large grocery store as nearby and at least three self service laundromats nearby (most of which have a service to do you laundry and pick it up later if you are short on time).

Really nice place to stay. Served us well for our 2 day trip. the bed was so comfy. staff really lovely and helpful especially Andres and George. Definitely be back again :)

Great location, everything was in walking distance. The room is exactly what you pay for - very small but very cheap for the great location. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The property is well located, 2 minutes from Sainsbury and 7 mins walk from underground. The room is quite small but that's fine given the price. I particularly liked how helpful the staff was when I asked for some special considerations. That made all the difference. Normally I don't write reviews but given the helpful staff, I wanted to appreciate the great service.

I booked this as a very last minute, change of plans stay in London and was pleasantly surprised. For just having somewhere to dump your stuff, go out and about, come back, get clean , sleep and repeat it's great. I did miss the lack of window or a smaller light as you only have main lights or the bathroom ones so once they were off you were in the pitch black. For being near the main road and in London the only noise i could hear was movement and voices from people in the building which was nice. The rooms/ pods are small (there was only me which was good) and might struggle with more than 1 person and luggage in room but for what I paid, I'll take it. Would definitely stay there again as it was easy to get to (between 2 stations), multiple train lines available, sainsburys near by for food, Earl's Court rd for coffee and good value for money

The hotel is really well located, we could walk everywhere to explore the city during our stay. It’s situated in a quiet and central area in the city and close to many stores. The room was small as we already knew because of the pictures and dimensions but it was clean and had everything we needed, perfect for the price we payed. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and nice stay in London, I would definitely book it again.
