Air conditioner super noisy and kept going off and on. There was hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the whole room didn’t feel particularly clean. Smelled weird.

Everything was very clean with the exception of the toilet bowl. Nice comfortable beds. Front desk staff very nice and helpful, housekeeping not so much. Breakfast was not great but the gardens out back were wonderful. Over all I enjoyed my 3 day stay and would recommend this place.

The hotel is nice. The check in lady was rude when checking out. Yelled at me! They charged 250.00 for a pet. She never asked me if I had a pet or explained about the non pet hyperallergenic room policy. I've never heard of this policy before. It was not explained at all. Very rude but the woman was tickled pink to charge the 250.00. It was like the happiest point of her day. I believe its a predatory practice by this hotel to get that extra 250.00. I would have been happy to change rooms if I knew.

The pool closes at 10 and opens at 10. I chose the hotel to use the pool and hot tub. We got in at 9:30 and I really wanted to use it. Then in the morning if it doesn’t open til 10 and you check out at 11, no time to swim. Please extend hours.
