Pleasantly surprised they had 2 Level 2 Tesla chargers on site. Was able to charge fully. The accommodations were great and the breakfast was a plus. Would stay here again.

the hotel is under construction but continues to accept guests. the front door didn't open properly, there are two elevators, one was not available to use and the other one failed in the early evening. neither one of them was working the next morning. the hallway was cluttered with workmen who were preparing the hallway walls and painting. the heater in our room intermittently provided warm air, then cold air. it even kept running when we turned it off. when we called down for a couple blankets we were told it might be awhile because the place is understaffed. finally, when no one bothered to come up, we walked down the stairs to retrieve them around 10 at night and then back up stairs again to the room . . . and we are not young.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, door to gym wasn’t working and front desk said the door lock must need a new battery, but they didn’t have anyone working maintenance to fix it. So he told us we must have housekeeping let us in (the laundry room was in the gym and we wanted to wash some clothes from our long trip). There wasn’t anyone around to open the door so we had to forego the washing. A little disappointing. Other then that, it was an overall good stay.

Had mold on wall of room. Front desk lady informed me I had a reservation for just one night not three nights which I booked and prepaid 2 weeks earlier. Very unprofessional and challenged me when I said paid for 3 nights. Big issue was the mold we found on the walls. The manager on duty came to the room took pics of mold and confirmed our suspicion. MOLD..this property is more like a truck stop. Multiple trucks parked taking up a big share of the available parking. The largest truck parked immediately in front of the main entry door. This only allowed a single lane for cars to enter or exit. Cars parked across from this truck had issues backing out of their parking space. Needless to say we did not stay requesting a full refund. Called next day to speak to manager only to have the same front desk person hang up on me. We booked the stay through Expedia. They also reported getting no where with the same front desk person that was rude and unprofessional with me. She would not give the hotel managers name to Expedia when they ask her for it. Terrible experience in all ways. Avoid this place and this location!

We had room 310. AC was very noisy and badly needed. Opened window, but freeway noise was too much. The bathroom tiles had not been grouted, so the grooves were full of dirt. The room was hot at night, becaise we could not sleep with the noisy AC. The hotel is overpriced for the offering. Staff was nice and the hotel was clean, however.

The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Temperature controls worked well. My room faced the main road so there was some noise but closing the curtains muted the sound and I had no trouble sleeping. I appreciated the breakfast and always available free coffee.

Hotel is clean and neat. Pro - full breakfast in morning was a plus. Con - Thin walls! Neighbors upstairs were terribly loud. Sounded like they were moving furniture until late at night. Complaint made to front desk but it seemed they couldn't do much about it other than ask guests to keep it down - which didn't work. The location is right off the freeway which also causes increase noise. If you are looking for a clean and neat hotel, no frills, this is that hotel. But if you are looking for some luxury, then consider other options.

Do not pay extra for a balcony. There it's to thin to put furniture to sit out there and I don't think you would even want to because the freeway noise is so loud you can barely hear anyone talk. Breakfast is good, and staff is beyond nice an accommodating! Room was ok, but placement of the air conditioner next to the bed is horrid. If you sleep there it blows right in your face and there is nothing you can do about it unless you turn it off and boil all night.

A/C unit could not keep up. Room never got under 74 degrees. TV kept cutting out and internet was terrible. Also had ants in the room. I never gave them a chance to make it right though.

Property lacks support staff during the weekends. My toilet ran all night! The carbon monoxide chirped all night and they didn’t have the battery’s to replace it so I had to take it apart myself they didn’t have maintaince ! Overall bad experience would not go again

Inside the room itself, everything was worn and there was a blood stain on one of the bed comforters. The curtains would not close completely and worst of all, at 3:30 in the morning, we were woken abruptly by someone trying to enter our room. Staff admitted to double booking our room due to “staff miscommunication” and they offered nothing to rectify the situation other than an apology. Staff also admitted that this happened to another guest that night. Worst experience ever!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The property was clean and the room was comfortable. The parking was pretty straight forward and simple, that's huge when you just want to unload and relax... no stress lot. I really appreciate and recognize the efforts made by the staff and owners. The staff is amazing. The breakfast room is very clean fully stocked and the staff that works in the toom are super friendly. They have a great variety of food and its easy and convenient. Have stayed here twice and its has been a great experience both times.

We were put in a room facing the freeway. We called the front desk and they were able to quickly move us. Hotel was clean, a couple surfaces in the room were not wiped down but the linens and towels were fresh and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Staff were all friendly. Overall a very comfortable stay!

The hotel is dated but clean and the staff is super nice. There is coffee in the room and breakfast is included and it’s a nice spread. Parking spots are a little tight but it’s free with your stay. The water pressure is decent as well. I just wish the pillows were softer or more variety in softness.

We were very happy with this hotel. The manager/owner was a great guy! Everyone was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was the best we've had, or even seen, in years! It is an older building, but everything was in good shape. The room was bigger than the norm, plus the location was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic breakfast!! Nice lobby and rooms, hallways felt very dated and kind of dingy. Updating the hallways would go very far. Doesn’t impact your stay, just the feel of the hotel. If your room is close to the highway you will hear it at night.

Very noisy right on freeways. General disrepair of infrastructure. All ice machines inoperable. Floors and elevator in poor shape. Exterior very nice with good parking, but tight. No bottle opener in room. ADA room had lots of supprt handles but with a tub. Breakfast was above par for a hotel Breakfast, but meats were cold.
