We booked this hotel for it’s hot tub and Tesla charger. Come to find out the hot tub is broken and they don’t have plans to fix it due to the amount of money it will cost. The Tesla charger don’t work, when we asked about it we were told well they are on, maybe it’s tour car. We were also double charged for our rooms. When we explained that we already made a down payment when we booked the hotel the person said well I don’t see it. Also the doors didn’t close properly so anyone could get into your room. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

The pool and hot tub were broken and had been for a month and a half. We booked this hotel instead of staying at the same hotel as our friends because of the pool since we had our kids with us. Should have been informed before our stay or gotten a discounted rate.

Room was large and comfortable, check-in was fast, breakfast was excellent, exercise room had two treadmills, so I was able to get a run in. Service was friendly and bathroom was roomy. Very, very nice stay.

The staff was really nice and the room was very clean and up to date. Right away when we entered the room we noticed that it smelled nice and clean. I appreciate having liquid hand soap instead of bar soap in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Hallways messy. Tables needed to be wiped in th breakfast area. Rooms were nice, comfortable bed and a big shower. Front desk very efficient and friendly.

The Expedia rating of the property have me high hopes but it was nothing like I expected when I arrived. It was pretty dumpy and low end. With some cleaning and effort it could be really nice in there. The elevator had something smeared all over it and the floors really needed to be cleaned. The rooms really need to be updated to be at the level that they are trying to be at. They are very low end. My air conditioner smelled horribly of must and mold, my couch had tears in it, and the bed was very uncomfortable from what I got by just sitting on it. They also informed me AFTER I arrived that they would be changing our room locks and someone would be in and out of my room that week. That was the kicker that got me to immediately cancel and move to a different hotel. The staff was super friendly and understood my concerns and issued me a refund for my stay.

Overall the room was clean. The only concern I have is some of the carpet squares were no longer firmly adhered. There were some corners curled up and one square could be picked up easily. This could present a tripping hazard. The room was 211.

Hotel room was decently clean but if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The AC/heater Every time it kicked on it was so loud It woke me up at night. There was probably about three trains that went through the night I stayed and the train tracks are right there so it’s super loud. The floors and walls are so thin. I can hear my neighbors coughing all last night other than that, it was a good stay.

I was not the one staying , it was my niece and her family as there was a family emergency that they needed a place that was close to the hospital as their child is in ICU. It was very convenient for them to be close to their child, they needed to extend their stay and once they explained to the hotel they gave them a better rate to stay longer , thank you so much to the staff we all thank you.

Top notch staff. Friendly and welcoming. Light sleepers should be aware I heard a train two nights ago (Tuesday), once at 10pm and once at 4:30am. I was up already, so it didn't bother me, but I thought I should share. I didn't hear a train last night (Wednesday) at all. I found my room to be very comfortable and the breakfast tasty with plenty of variety.

The property is such a great location and the staff were all wonderful and the room and common areas were clean. The coffee was some of the best hotel coffee we've ever had and the worker who did the breakfast was amazing! She was friendly and always willing to help and restock as needed and keep everything clean. The only downfall is it is a few steps away from a train track which sounds it's horn several times of the night on random nights. 10:00 p.m. and again at 3:00 am.. we discussed it with the front desk and they are very aware and are trying to work with the city to resolve this. The train noise and Highway noise are impactful for all the apartments and hotels along that area. If you aren't bothered by that, the location is prime. Minutes to downtown Minneapolis and to the shops of West End which has some great dining!

Walked in and was a line 3 people deep to check in. Only one person was working and she was getting slammed. Phone ringing off the hook. She needed more help. This is an ok place for a very quick overnight trip. I don’t think we would stay at this property again.

The hotel is situated 100 feet from active railroad tracks. The freight trains, blowing their horns, came through around 10PM and 4 AM. Absolutely terrible location. The shower doors did not close completely, leaving the floor to get wet. I booked through Hotels.com VIP Gold and the hotel did not recognize it.

Breakfast was good, just make sure to get there early, otherwise they run out of the hot food. The bed was not the most comfortable and squeaks. Otherwise, everything else was great. The staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool.
