Carpet tiles were not affixed to the floor. It could cause a slip or a trip that cause you to fall. When we entered the room it was 80 plus degrees. Why wasn't the air conditioning already running? The elevator was out of service. But don't worry I won't be staying in a sleep Inn again. I recommend stay some where else like in Greenville.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and in good condition. The elevator or out of service. My issues is the noise level in the morning by the cleaning crew. It was ridiculous and to the point where I woken up out my sleep and couldn’t go back to sleep. This hotel is too pricey for this small area not to be able to sleep because of noise.

The laundromat only had one washer and dryer. There was a sign that said for your convenience we sell detergent at the front desk. They did not have detergent nor did they have quarters for the machines. Overall, it was average cleanliness throughout, but the beds were very comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past, but this time was the worst. The elevator quit working during our two nights stay. There was a stink bug crawling up by curtain on the second day. The chair for the work desk was missing. I tried calling the front desk to bring a chair but the desk phone in the room did not work. My daughter also stayed at the same hotel and her phone did not work. She found a cockroach in her tub. Did the staff disconnect the phone so residents could not complain? There's a Hampton Inn opening in April right up the street from this hotel. I will be staying there in the future

The bathroom door had a big hole in it, from someone kicking it or whatever. Water spays out of faucet when using shower, mold or what looks like it in tube area with white chalking coming out from tub. I found socks from someone else in the room in the corner of the room. Lamps sheds turning yellow or torn. heater by window has all buttons pushed in and simply looks like hell no note to tell you to use the thermostat instead. NO ICE IN THE HOTEL, AND ONLY THREE PEOPLE CAN RIDE IN THE ELEVATOR AT one time, or maybe the rest of you just jump out the window. I asked for another room and it was far better. NO POINT that i make is this, management knows this and they and all that is important to them is your money. I paid over hundred dollar or more for this one night .

Door locks were all broken so front desk staff had to escort you to your room to unlock the door anytime you left. Elevator was broken. Room was old and in bad shape. Rips in carpet and phone was filthy and just a shell. No actual working parts inside it. Old washcloth left on top of shower head in shower. It was just a gross/crusty room. Paid way too much for all that just passing thru. Front desk staff was great though!!

Stayed 2nights for a couples getaway. Our room was very comfortable. There were a few items broken or missing. Nothing that affected our stay or opinion of staying again. It’s just normal wear and tear of use. But maintenance should address them. Towel hooks broke or missing in bathroom. We only had one hook to hang out wet towels after shower. So we DIY hanging methods. The curtain didn’t close all the way and sunlight was coming in. We tried to fix it ourselves. The curtain was coming off the hooks. But we couldn’t so again we DIY it by using a binder clip to keep the curtain closed. Breakfast was very nice and well stocked with different choices from hot to cold breakfast items. We used the pool during our stay and noticed the handrail at the pool steps was very flimsy and wobbly. It needs to be addressed very soon before some gets injured. Overall our stay was pleasant and relaxing. Just like we wanted and needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Elevator took 10 min to go up one floor, no ice machines anywhere, vending for snacls was leaking and card reader wasnt working, soda machine took my money, stains in cirtains, socks black from carpet, no bittons on phone or a dial tone, alarm clock didnt work, lamps didnt work. Terrible! And i have never seen a half of a pillow until today! All of the pillows were throw size pillows

The first room they put us in had bugs on the floor and bugs in the refrigerator, the second room was not much better, the room had a musty wet smell, the hallways smellled terrible, wet, hot, and musty. They didn’t clean the room and we were there 4 days, they said they had a problem getting housekeepers which should not be a customer’s problem. we had to ask repeatedly for sheets and towels to clean our own room, and on one occasion they said they had no clean towels, And the staff were rude, We should be entitled to at least some or all of our money back.

The first room I rented was filthy. The toilet didnt work, the air conditioner finally came on but control buttons on the unit were missing. The very worst thing about this room was, it had roaches all over the room. There is absolutely no excuse for that. We were upgraded to a very nice and clean room and the staff people were great. In my opinion, the whole place needs a complete overhaul to modern times. I will not go to social media with my story. Yet!! Oh, one other concern. The check-in area has a very offensive odor.

I was stopping for the night on my drive home. This hotel was rated decently, so I was excited to hopefully get a good night sleep. Sadly, I was disappointed with the rooms bathroom. The toilet ran all night, didn't matter what I did, jiggle handle, check flapper, etc. The shower dripped all night also, same thing tried all that I could at 1230am. Next morning, go to take a shower and the shower head has a leak causing water to shoot up and over the shower curtain, and hand held shower head was also broken. Taking a shower was interesting to say the least. Only saving grace was the bed was decent, no lumps, no divots, nice pillow top. Made the stay mostly bearable.

I can’t say enough good things about the beds, pillows and bedding in general. After an eleven hour trip, it was heavenly to rest there. All staff on both shifts were great; especially the breakfast crew who were pleasant, happy and eager to help.

Check-in was quick and the clerk was helpful. The room needed some attention. Carpet squares were loose. Lighting in the bathroom was poor and the fixtures were cracked. I am not a fan of microfiber sheets. Need 100% cotton sheets. The breakfast was hot and a good variety of foods.

No soap in room. Asked at front desk was told they don't have soap. Allowed a muti room party on our floor. Started at midnight and ended at 4:30. Multiple fights, screaming, slamming doors. Going door to door banging on doors. Called front desk they said little they could do. Very shabby room overall. When i left the next morning the front desk said things happen with parties.

I accidentally left my backpack containing my laptop on the front desk counter while checking out. I drove 260 miles back home before realizing it. It had a tag on the outside with my name and cell # and they had my cell # for registration. No one bothered to call me. I had to drive all the way back to get it, then back home again. They had no soap in the room and no shampoo (but there was conditioner). Won't stay there again!

Expedia gave the hotel the wrong dates for my stay. Fortunately the hotel staff corrected it. Check-in was January 13th Expedia told the hotel it was January 14th. Even though Expedia sent me an email with the correct check in and check out dates they provided the hotel with incorrect date.

Strange sounds emanating from the other side of the wall of maintenance room. Sounded like an underwater breathing apparat. Thought we were in an episode of Seahunt with Lloyd Bridges. But, after a while it was like white noise and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was less than the usual standard.

room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good, but staff is not very friendly. Breakfast opens at 6AM. My husband and I were there at 5:58. When we tried to enter the room (which was all set-up) we were told in no uncertain terms (ITS NOT OPEN YET) so we waited the 2 minutes and then went in.
