Quiet, private entrance, easy access. Would rec.

The service staff was not friendly very close to being rude. The room was dirty it looked like a cat had been setting on one of the chairs. There a burn marks in the bedspread. At 2:30 in the morning to you young man tried to get in my room, not a safe place.

One word to describe this place...DUMP. If you don't mind a few roaches, sketchy people, and a little, grumpy owner that nust seems irritated that you even showed up, then this place is for you!

Property is worn out, unpainted, and dirty. A thousand old cigarette butts sit around the back parking lot dumpster. The office chair in the room was in tatters. Desk in room was missing drawer pulls. No coffee was offered in am, let alone morning meal. 'We no longer have that.' Our car's rear wiper was stolen overnight in the parking lot. This property is on the verge of failure.

Room was disgusting. Had food on walls, dead bugs everywhere, toilet didn't flush, & TV had no service. We walked in room & 5 min later went to front desk & told them we would not be staying. We had room booked for 2 nights. Told them they could keep 1 days payment but wanted refund on other night payment & was told that was fine. Next day call HOTELS.COM to see about refund & they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help us. Pretty much told us that the hotel has cancellation policy. I explained that I didn't cancel my reservation . I showed up & honored my 1/2 of the deal & CAPITAL INN cordele, GA didn't honor their 1/2 by providing a clean, sanitary, operational room suitable to walk in much less sleep in. Hotels.com & Capital inn are nothing but crooks. I could see this coming from hotel but really thought Hotels.com valued customers more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTELS.COM TO ANYONE.

This was an overnite stay. The young woman at the desk did not have any record of our booking through Orbitz and wanted a credit card to pay for thing the stay. I thought I had already paid for the stay through Orbitz (confirmed by looking at my credit card statement online). A man came to the desk and said there was no breakfast (despite pictures of cereal, etc. in the online ad), only coffee from 7-9am. The room was a nice size and it was partially remodeled. There was only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, not adequate for 2 guests. There was no bathmat towel--I had to put my bath towel on the floor prior to getting out of the shower so I wouldn't slip on the tile floor.The washcloth and one of the bath towels looked as though someone had used them to clean their tire rims with the black stains on them. The sheets were clean, but stained. There were no disposable plastic cups in the room to drink water.There was no coffee pot in the room. The next morning I went into the lobby for coffee. There was none. The small pot (8-10 cup) hadn't been used at all. I told the worker we were promised there would be coffee from 7-9. He stated that the owner said not to make coffee because there weren't enough guests. From the cars in the lot, there were enough guests for several pots of coffee. Worker also related that owner said people don't drink coffee in hot weather. Ricky Patel was listed as the owner. Mr. Patel should not be in the hospitality industry.

Sheets and towels need to be thrown out all together, there was stains in them. The room itself smelled like either cigarettes or weed. Hotel is complacent with cleaning. The ac unit was leaking water inside the room just leaving a puddle. Place is ok for single night stays but carrying disinfectant spray is advised just in case.

I liked the convenience of the location of the property. Alternatively, the room was not up to even minimum standards. The bathroom was disgusting, it looked like the tub hadn\'t been cleaned in weeks, the hotel supplied soap, and shampoo packets were dirty, and the walls in the "bedroom" looked like they were under construction. Not only that, my husband and I had to switch rooms due to the first one not being ready, then I had to make a second trip to the office because the new room key didn\'t work. All in all, it became a hassle to stay rather than a relaxing evening that we were expecting.

The entire property needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Several varieties of crawling bugs in the room. Entry door had a huge gap in the side. Toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. Bathroom door was missing, and staff tried to enter the room a few minutes after we checked in. The bathroom door was replaced, but broken door frame was not fixed. The furnishings were old. Dresser drawers did not properly close. The desk mirror had several stickers on it. I try to use independent hotels when I travel. If I am ever back in Cordele I will not stay here again.

We stayed for 10 minutes and left! It was absolutely disgusting!! The room smelled like it wasn’t cleaned in months. My kids would t even stay in the room. Then when asked for a refund after being there 10 min, we were told they can’t refund after we have walked into the room. This place needs to be closed down and condemned. Nothing but scam artists here. Stay away

The room was clean and ok for an overnight stay. We had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes and weed. Overall the room was cheap and did fine for the night.

Upcharged at the motel to get the room I booked, charged 2.5x the difference from what the alleged room I needed would have been. Dirty floors, roaches actively roaming the room, hair in the towels, stains on the towels. Two towels for a double room with 4 people booked in it. AVOID.

good clean bare bones cheap place to stay

It was quiet and the price was very good. The bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave but no coffee available.

My reservation was for ground floor 2 queen beds. I got a single king bed. Problem was I had to sleep with my friend. The room had no towels and no trash can's. We had to ask for those things. We also ask for one additional pillow. It became an issue with the manager. He became irritated and disgusted. I will never stay at the capitol inn cordele,ga again!!!!

First there was no one at front so I had to wait about 10 mins before any came to help. The towels were dirty. The rooms or bathroom don’t look anything like they do on the picture. When I ask for new towels and a blanket I was told I had to bring all the old stuff down to them. The owner is very rude.

the old man at the front needs a reality check. the younger guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about half the time. the young lady was awesome though, sweet as could be. my room wasnt clean. there was clumps of hair on my shower wall. no toilet paper. they refused to answer the phone when i need towels or anything of the sort. just an all around awful experience, my favorite part was when we checked out!
