First room at 3:00am due to storms & us arriving late but already checked in, was not cleaned at all. TV was still on as if the previous guests would be right back. Had to stay in the king suite with the cardboard mattress on the pull out couch. Breakfast was very slim. Waffle, 1 type of muffin daily, orange or apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, cereal, & yogurt. Many people had problems with their room cards. One couple got locked apart around 5pm cst Saturday. 1 was locked inside the room, while the other was locked outside. Someone worked on the door for almost an hour to get it opened. They went to a different hotel. Towels are old & worn out. Ceilings in the rooms on the bottom floor, sagged & needed inspected for mold. The shower head was fixed at 5’7 so my son (6’3”) had a hard time showering after baseball games. The TV worked sometimes. We thought it was due to the storms but there seemed to be no satellite dishes to be interfered with. The pool was outside only & for kids mainly. Would not recommend. So many other options that are better.

This location is very convenient to UARK campus, dining and Walmart. The hotel is pet friendly and we did not have any trouble finding grassy areas for our pets. The room was comfortable and clean except for the floor. It was so dirty I did go to Walmart and bought a Swiffer Power Mop and mopped the floor 2x before the floor looked clean...other than in need of some updating this is my only complaint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I arrived to breakfast after 9a, the female MOD made a fresh pot of coffee for me.

Room was great! Location was even better! Bottom level, right across from the pool, just all around great experience! Breakfast could of been bigger options than just cereal and waffles, but other than that, I don't complain too much. Just a clean bed and a nice shower is all I care about. I'd stay again! Not too expensive but doesn't break the bank either. A little above average. I'd give 5 stars, but more variety for Breakfast. Staff was attentive and alert always. Helping as well.

For srarters the tub was filthy. Like someone poured drirty mop water in it. The fridge at some point quit and defrosted, ruining the items I'd placed in it and flooding the floor. I borrowed a mop and towels to clean up. I did not clean or use the tub. The pool was apparently off. I used equip near the pool to skim and scrape the bottom so my geankids could play. My complaints to staff, housekeeping and the manager before I left did nothing. I wasn't in a position to change hotels, or I would have left. I do not recommend staying there.

Large crowd outside in a corner drinking late at night with loud music, the pool was a dirty blue, they refused to give me my $50 deposit back because the “floors” were dirty, whenever it should be expected to have floors clean on a regular housekeeping for future guests. Breakfast is only waffles, and bread.

Property was fine for the most part, but our room had a FUNKY smell (kinda like pee?), and was very humid. Also the floors were filthy. My wife was excited to use the pool, but there were tons of bugs and whatnot floating in the pool, and no skimmer to be found. Staff were very friendly though, area was quiet, and air conditioning worked great.

Check in & out were super easy. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and large. It had a fridge & microwave which was nice. The bed was comfy and there are nice large nightstands with plenty of plugs. I will definitely stay there again.

On check in they sent us to an occupied room, but fixed that promptly, but forgot to redo the keys. Fixed that pleasantly and promptly too though. Accessible room had a low tub with grab bars instead of hoped-for walk in shower, hubby could just barely step into it with a little help. Room had less than usual furniture - no sofa, two chairs, only one work space, queen bed on the small side, too- soft mattress, and very noisy unit climate control. TV was nice, microwave was OK and fridge needed the freezer space defrosted. It tilted slightly forward so things tended to slide out; worked Ok though. Skimpy free breakfasts - coffee and teas were good, but mostly just carbs, packaged yogurts but no eggs or even peanut butter for protein. Outdoor pool not bad at all, used it twice. Ice and laundry located outside. We changed to it at the last minute so I am grateful it was available, but most days of the stay were overpriced for what it was.

There was a cockroach in our room the 2nd night. Our room smelled awful. Like vinegar and stale cigarette smoke, we had a non smoking room. The bedding was stained on both beds. Also the comforter had a cigarette burn. We left a day early from that hotel. Breakfast was either cereal, toast, or yogurt. Nothing hot.

We stayed in Fayetteville, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The room had a strong chemical smell, and there was a small bucket of deodorizers placed inside to mask it. The floors felt oily, which made us question how well the room had been cleaned. The towels were damp — it seemed they were either used and refolded or not properly dried. There was also a small brown smudge above the light switch near the toilet, which was the last straw. We spoke with the manager less than an hour after checking in. They were polite and offered another room, which smelled slightly better, but after seeing the condition of the first, we decided not to stay. At $180 a night, it wasn’t worth half that. Unfortunately, they didn’t refund our money, but we found another hotel and had a much better stay.

Floors were very sticky, I used a towel to clean up some of it. Curtains have holes in them, rusty clothes rack. TV doesn’t work unless the staff comes and use a different remote. The facility needs up graded. Breakfast was much at all. The manager on duty was extremely nice and helpful.

Not a pleasant experience at all.Expedia showed 7.2 stars on review which seemed great for the price.arrived and the hotel looks nothing like the photos posted online.When I went to check in,I waited at the desk for several minutes before someone came out to help me. When she did,she brought her bowl of food with her.I understand having to eat while at work but I had already checked in online including a picture of my license so it shouldn’t have taken but a few moments.SHE WAS EATING HER FOOD AS SHE WAS ASSISTING ME!Also everything I already filled out online I had to do again,so what was the point in online “easy check in”.We weren’t at the hotel long before we left for our show,came back about midnight and went to bed.I woke up this morning with itchy welts,which warranted a check.I moved bedding around and found nothing obvious,however the wall curtains were covered in bed bugs and fecal.Igrabbed my stuff and we left.I contacted an agent through Expedia,who did their best to assist me in this.They contacted the hotel which states they will get an exterminator to “access” the situation,before offering any type of refund.Silly me for not taking photos as I was absolutely disgusted.When I called the hotel to make sure they got the complaint,she was not sympathetic nor acted like she cared.Don’t book here,not only bed bugs but poor customer service.I left an emotional wreck, and have itchy bites all over me!

First night not so good. My room was facing a major highway, loud traffic all night! When I told the manager the next day she went to a lot of trouble to get a different, more secluded, room for me. Greatly appreciated, this room was much quieter, very nice. Very helpful and accommodating staff…

The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. I would stay again. For the price a great stay. Only 1 con if your looking for a great breakfast hotel not great. But a nice hotel.

staff was friendly, but the room was not in good shape. the bathroom had touch up work all over that had not been painted, there was also debris on the floor by the desk that had not been cleaned up well. The bathroom counter also was not well cleaned. Also, the hotel is close to the Interstate (I49) and the windows do a horrible job of keeping out the traffic noise. On the positive side the bed was clean and extremely comfortable.

Really the only issue I had was the TV wall didn’t have power. I had an extension cord in the work truck. It was late and I didn’t want call the front desk and move rooms.

The heat did not work, it just blew cold air even when it was put on 90 degrees. Had to turn it off and bundle up under covers to get warm. It was not a continental breakfast like advertised, there weren't any eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits or gravy. We arrived about 2:50 PM. My husband waited at the counter for a good 20 to 30 minutes. He was ringing the bell. He even time to yelled back and said hey is anybody here? Nobody came out and nobody said hold on and when she finally came out. She was very rude and said some unkind things. I went up there a little bit later to get some towels and nobody was at the front desk and I waited for a good 15 minutes

I booked this hotel to pay at the hotel upon arrival. They charged my card in full before I ever left home...said it was "their policy". Not happy with that. Bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. King bed that was similar to sleeping in a giant cereal bowl. No sleep that night at all. One of their cleaning crew (most helpful) said there was a room with 2 Queens available and sent me to the office. There I was told (rudely) that someone else had that room. They said they would change the mattress. I told her I wanted a refund and was going to another motel. This was after she talked very rudely to her employee in front of me and also basically told me that she was talking to her employee and ignored me. The rooms are not as clean as they should be...(dirt and hair on bathroom floor in corners)...other than that the room was livable (not that that matters), but the rudeness of the owner and charging my card before I ever arrive is not what I expect of hotel management. The overall experience was great. The night manager was very pleasant and helpful. The room was in good condition except that the continuous air didn’t work and the charging ports on the lamp didn’t work. Even with these small issues I would recommend staying here.

This location is very convenient to UARK campus, dining and Walmart. The hotel is pet friendly and we did not have any trouble finding grassy areas for our pets. The room was comfortable and clean except for the floor. It was so dirty I did go to Walmart and bought a Swiffer Power Mop and mopped the floor 2x before the floor looked clean...other than in need of some updating this is my only complaint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I arrived to breakfast after 9a, the female MOD made a fresh pot of coffee for me.

Close to restaurants and gas. Hard to get to because it's on a one way road next to Hwy. 49 which you have to go a few extra miles to get to hotel. Then trying to get out onto the road to leave property is very difficult because of the oncoming traffic that is exiting from Hwy. 49 near property.

You have to enter off a side road at the Hampton Inn/Italian restaurant, go behind several other hotels, eventually winding to the side of Days Inn. Watch for the hotel sign along the drive when you are about to give up!

There was a cockroach in our room the 2nd night. Our room smelled awful. Like vinegar and stale cigarette smoke, we had a non smoking room. The bedding was stained on both beds. Also the comforter had a cigarette burn. We left a day early from that hotel. Breakfast was either cereal, toast, or yogurt. Nothing hot.

Room was great! Location was even better! Bottom level, right across from the pool, just all around great experience! Breakfast could of been bigger options than just cereal and waffles, but other than that, I don't complain too much. Just a clean bed and a nice shower is all I care about. I'd stay again! Booker they Hotels.com and paid 156.00. Once arriving to check in, the guy at the front desk explained the 50.00 deposit in which I understood and had no issue with. After running my card, I pulled up my checking account app on my phone and it had been charged not only the 156.00 to Hotels.com and the 50.00 security deposit to Days Inn, but also another charge to Days Inn for 118.00 in which the front desk employee could not explain. He went as far as to turn his computer screen towards me which also showed two charges (one for 50.00 and one for 118.00). He told me I would have to call Hotels.com in which I had my wife call as soon as I walked out of the lobby and got into our car. Upon arrival at our door, the keycard he provided would not open the door. I walked back to the lobby and he rescanned the card and said it would work. After walking back up to the room, the card would still not work. I went back and he asked if I was holding the keycard in front of the reader on the door (like I am ignorant). He followed me back to my room and tried himself to no avail. He went back to the lobby as we stood at the door of the room and waited for him to return. When he returned, he moved us to a new room so we had to carry our luggage to from there. After an hour and a half we were in a room but were still charged an extra 118.00 in which I have to dispute thru the bank. Overall it was a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
