The building needs some updating. Sliding glass door didnt lock. Birds were living in the wall. Other building maintenance issues needed addressed. Most of these are cosmetic. Room was clean. Maid service did a good job.

Front desk staff on arrival was rude and not very helpful. Room was way overpriced for what it is. The hotel has no pool, no hot tub, no exercise equipment and there was no mention of breakfast, continental or otherwise when checking in. Carpet in room (213) is badly stained and needs to be replaced.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable there was a refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, hairdryer, and we enjoyed having a sink outside of the bathroom as well as in the bathroom. The outside is a little rundown, but not bad. The office is a little dark but not bad. They did offer snacks in the morning.

No complaints about the room. Very nice, comfortable. The pet area is the best I have ever seen. Large, lots of grass and fully fenced with high chainlink. Loeer rooms have back door sliders leading directly in to the pet area! The property just needs a good pressure wash and paint. Otherwise 5 stars.

We were passing through the area, and needed a place to spend the night. We chose this location, due to the value, and proximity to downtown. We were very happy with our room! The bathroom was clean, with a full tub, and the beds were very comfortable. The quiet community this facility is located in made for a very restful experience. We enjoyed having the back patio with a table and chairs, for enjoying our coffee and letting the pup explore the lawn area. They have doggy doo stations on the lawn, to help keep the area clean. The parking area is secure and well-lit; access to the Santiam Highway is very convenient. The coffee machine in the lobby was a real bonus; they had options for latte, mocha, and cappuccino. In the morning, they provided some to-go snack options as well. I would definitely stay here again, the next time I am passing through.

The hotel is certainly aging. There was a strong musty smell when first entering the room. Things were better after we got the air circulating. The LVP floor appeared to be swept, but definitely needed to be mopped more thoroughly from past dogs. Also came across a dirty pair of underwear under the cushion of the couch. Gross!!! (No. We did not touch. Just left them there.) We'll probably seek better options the next time we visit Sisters OR.

This was a great surprise. The exterior is an aging, rather nondescript motel. Inside, the rooms are nicely furnished, completely refurbished (including freshly painted) and scrupulously clean. A great value.

Shockingly nice and clean. Former Sisters resident who never thought much of this place. Understated but inside: well-apportioned room with new/modern bed, bedding, furniture. Loved the low-intensity (incandescent) lighting. Very quiet. Will no doubt stay again.

Bed and linens were clean however the laminate flooring was very dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in some time, along with lots of dust on the lamps and baseboards. Shower was clean however did not get hot which was unfortunate. It was alright for a one night stay but would likely not stay here again.

Room was generally nice, clean, and modern. Quiet bathroom fan with separate switches for light and fan… a common pet peeve at other hotels. Beds were comfortable but could have used nightstands and reading lights on BOTH sides of the bed. Also could hear foot noise from room above.

The overall room was good however the beds were stiff as a board. Wifi was horrible so don’t recommend if you are traveling for work. The building itself needs repairs like the entire second floor walk way. The area is safe being as it’s sisters so no complaints about that/

Decent stay but all the electronics in the room were unplugged so I spent the first 15 minutes reconnecting the cable box, hdmi cords, lamps, etc. The pipes were fairly audible when other people were showering or whatever. I can’t give this 5 stars at $180 for a room but at $120 it would be 5 stars.

Very nice property; rooms redecorated and spotless. Was not very full so not sure how noisy it would be when full. No breakfast. It’s basically an old standard motel that’s been redecorated and the price was very fair. Nice big balconies too.

Other than check in there was no one at the desk. The door to the lobby was locked after 7:00 am and when my husband called the number, no one answered. The breakfast “snack” was processed snack bars of some sort. The coffee creamer was only French vanilla or powdered creamer.

I would have liked to know ahead of time that the water heater was broken down and not working. I’m from out of town and had a bike race the next morning. I was planning on getting a shower the night before. But only cold water!! When I called to ask what’s up the night clerk said I’ll get to it after I give my kids their bath.I believe I shouldn’t have to pay full rate for this

Pet friendly, clean room, but.....TV remote didn't turn on/off the TV or control the volume. You have to do that manually. While it's not that big of a deal, it was difficult to get assistance at 10pm due to the night clerk being busy putting her kids to bed. I would stay here again knowing what to expect, but only for a weekend stay. Not a long term solution.

This little motel was a great find. So close to Main Street Sisters. 13 min walk on the walk/bike path. Stovetop, fridge, microwave. Righ next to the supermarket. We’ll come again!

The location is very convenient within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. It's also close to the main access road yet quiet. The front desk staff were delightful and polite. The carpet had large stain marks but everything else was clean. It was hard to regulate the AC but overall I could find comfortable adjustments by making multiple changes.

There was no hot water one day and just warm water the next day. They should have offered guests a discount because of that. There is no breakfast, just snacks in the morning, but the snacks were good. The lobby, though, does not open until 7:00 a.m. The room was clean and we had a patio. The room had two sinks which was handy. Was quite expensive for an older motel.

Hotel exterior really lets this place down. It looks old and neglected from the outside. Inside the room has new furnishings, is large, and comfortable. Breakfast was provided and included coffee, biscuits, snacks, drinks which were help yourself from the lobby. TV did not work at all - needed to scan for channels but remote did not work.
