Superbe sejour mais dommage que l'accès a la piscines est payant. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. 7 euros par personne pour une duree limitée à 1h. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c'est, plus de choix aurait ete apprécié pour ce prix (13e personne)

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en front de mer. Stationnement compliqué ! La chambre est confortable, sauf la porte (vétuste) faisant un bruit terrible (+grincement) quand on la ferme, laissant passer le bruit et la lumière...manque d'insonorisation. Les repas étaient au top ! Le personnel très gentil.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé en front de mer. Stationnement compliqué ! The hotel just feels old. Lots of things broken, shared the spa with the same discarded used plaster for three days. Parking is a problem here,, not enough spaces. Food was not good- why are the cooked breakfasts cold? My daughter has pasta for dinner one night only to find the sauce she put on it was chilled! Then the Member of staff told her off for wasting food when she couldn’t eat it- incredible. Website states staff speak English, they do not-we would have struggled if we didn’t speak French/ Spanish.

Sejour tres agreable, hotel superbement situé au dessus de la mer, vues magnifiques. Piscine tres agréable pour nager, transats pour profiter de la vue et lire, un bonheur. Personnel bar et restaurant tres sympa et efficace. Chambre finalement superbe, mais on a du changé pour une premium rénovée, car la première n’était vraiment pas agréable… Petite remarque concernant les transats, pris d’assaut: il serait légitime de ne pas laisser des clients indelicats bloquer des transats avec leur serviette des heures sans y etre… Mais sinon sejour tres agreable !

Très bel hôtel, belle décoration et meubles confortables. Très bien avec des enfants car il y a une aire de jeux à l'intérieur ( et à l'extérieur !) Piscine de balles qui fait la joie des petits pendant que les parents peuvent profiter d'une magnifique vue sur mer, confortablement installés ou faire une partie de billard. La spa avec les enfants est aussi bien appreciable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et les repas délicieux.

The problem was not that the room was smaller than promised or that it only had a partial ocean view. Nor that the place and the room was shabby and unclean. The real issue was the unfriendly staff, who did nothing to solve the problems (like a leaking and not cold enough fridge). They did not even apologize. We had booked for three nights at an expensive rate; we left after one night.

No habían suficientes plazas de aparcamiento. Faltaba información en las habitaciones el estado de puertas e intalaciones en general era poco cuidada para un hotel de 4 estrellas, la puerta del baño ni siquiera cerraba. El personal del restaurante e mediodía bien pero el de cena fatal, poco amable y comunicativo.

Seul bémol l'isolation niveau sonore, si vous tombez sur des voisins bruyants et/ou utilisant la salle de bain avec les options bain à remous à des heures tardives vous entendez le fonctionnement de ce dernier. Mais bon c'est certainement plus lié à l'ancienneté du bâti.

Hôtel très bien placé L’emplacement a une vue magnifique sur les criques, accès au crique depuis l’hôtel. Chambre disposant d’un balcon vue sur piscine et vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir, rien à dire variété des plats et qualité au rdv. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y reviendrons.

Le plus apprécier ce sont les prestations massages, spa. La vue sur la mer Le moins c'est le diner un peu classique et les plats sont froid car rien qui les garde au chaud et à la réception il faut attendre longtemps lorsqu'on arrive, pas assez de personnels .

The hotel could not find my booking as it had been booked by Expedia with different reference numbers to mine and in my first name only - all this even though I booked Through hotels.com So basically when I arrived I was told I had no reservation luckily the hotel was not full

Hôtel merveilleux. Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien passé, l'endroit est idéal pour se reposer. La jeune fille française à l'accueil est adorable, elle nous a très bien reçu Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel est parfaite avec une "Mention spéciale" pour le serveur Christian au bar qui est très gentil et très professionnel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir....

Sejour tres agreable, hotel superbement situé au dessus de la mer, vues magnifiques. Piscine tres agréable pour nager, transats pour profiter de la vue et lire, un bonheur. Personnel bar et restaurant tres sympa et efficace. Chambre finalement superbe, mais on a du changé pour une premium rénovée, car la première n’était vraiment pas agréable… Petite remarque concernant les transats, pris d’assaut: il serait légitime de ne pas laisser des clients indelicats bloquer des transats avec leur serviette des heures sans y etre… Mais sinon sejour tres agreable !

This hotel is in a fantastic location with superb sea views. We loved the little coastal path that runs along the cliff which provides access to the little beaches and coves dotted along the coastline. The only thing that let it down for us was one uncooked burger at lunchtime but I wouldn't say this affected our overall experience of the hotel. If you want more hustle and bustle the town of Platya De Aro is about a 20 minute walk where you'll find more restaurants and bars. We particulary enjoyed a restaurant called Roma (Italian cuisine). The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hôtel très bien placé L’emplacement a une vue magnifique sur les criques, accès au crique depuis l’hôtel. Chambre disposant d’un balcon vue sur piscine et vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir, rien à dire variété des plats et qualité au rdv. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y reviendrons.

Ubicación ideal, vistas excelentes, acceso directo a la playa, servicio estupendo. La única lástima la falta de aparcamiento en el hotel y alrededores.

Le plus apprécier ce sont les prestations massages, spa. La vue sur la mer Le moins c'est le diner un peu classique et les plats sont froid car rien qui les garde au chaud et à la réception il faut attendre longtemps lorsqu'on arrive, pas assez de personnels .

Superbe sejour mais dommage que l'accès a la piscines est payant. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. 7 euros par personne pour une duree limitée à 1h. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c'est, plus de choix aurait ete apprécié pour ce prix (13e personne)

The hotel just feels old. Lots of things broken, shared the spa with the same discarded used plaster for three days. Parking is a problem here,, not enough spaces. Food was not good- why are the cooked breakfasts cold? My daughter has pasta for dinner one night only to find the sauce she put on it was chilled! Then the Member of staff told her off for wasting food when she couldn’t eat it- incredible. Website states staff speak English, they do not-we would have struggled if we didn’t speak French/ Spanish.

Très bel établissement bien situé personnel agréable et à l’attention pour les points négatifs manque de place de parking et ne mangez pas au restaurant car il y a rien de bon mais il y a tellement de restaurant autour que ce n’est pas vraiment un problème

Nous venons dans cet hotel pour la seconde fois la semaine precednet Noël. Tout est parfait, la chambre est superbe, la vue sublime et la demi pension vraiment bonne. Le spa est très agréable et particulièrement le massage aux pierres chaudes, un des meilleurs que j'ai eu.

The problem was not that the room was smaller than promised or that it only had a partial ocean view. Nor that the place and the room was shabby and unclean. The real issue was the unfriendly staff, who did nothing to solve the problems (like a leaking and not cold enough fridge). They did not even apologize. We had booked for three nights at an expensive rate; we left after one night.

The hotel could not find my booking as it had been booked by Expedia with different reference numbers to mine and in my first name only - all this even though I booked Through hotels.com So basically when I arrived I was told I had no reservation luckily the hotel was not full
